My African Breeder Farm and Interracial stuff

I made an "African breeder Farm" for an interracial fantasy and I thought I would share it with the rest of you. There is also a "vanilla" version of it that I uploaded to the Sims Community Gallery (one without CC and all the "lewd" stuff)
Aditionally I have also uploaded a stuffpack I did, with some Interracial stuff. T-Shirts, charms, underwear, a hat, a sandwich poster sign and a number of wall painting and posters. No real life photos on them. Only sims and cartoon characters.
There is two versions of the African breeder Farm. One that includes the Custom Content and one that don't. Both version require Custom content in order to look right and some for functionality. Below is a list of the Custom Content with download links if you would like to download it your self.
Discription:
African heritage style mansion. In what use to be the garden there is now a small shanty-town surrounded with crocodile infested waters (just in case some of the snow-bunnies get second thoughts). In the basement there is a dungeon for all sorts of sexual satisfaction.

Sims 4 Legacy Challenge Varient (Beta)

I began playing the Sims 4 Legacy Challenge variant by SIMPLYVANILLASIMS that is called the Build Newcrest Challenge. Because I like to play with mods and a slightly adult content, i decided that I would modify the original and make it slightly more adult as well as tweak the overall game play of this challenge.
The purpose of the Wicked Whims mod is mostly to make pregnancy less predictable. Using vanilla method, you either have kids or you don't (woo hoo vs. try for baby). My method turns of try for baby and makes pregnancy a little more difficult. Other than that, this challenge could definitely be played without the additional mod.
I've also been informed that people are having problems replying to the topic. Please feel free to PM me with any questions, comments, or suggestions for the challenge. Would love to hear from you.

So as requested, we now have the LoveBelow SkyrimFantansies Vertical Diphallia
What is it?
This is another non-default bottom for our lovely teen-elder male sims that has two penes forked vertically (much closer to the base), similar in size to .Noir.'s Big size Pornstar Mod, and *now rigged for individual movement* (when there are animations geared specifically for this).
There is both a hard and soft version but no overlay this time because it uses the same overlay as the other one.
The hard version can be found in CAS with the following icon

Known issues
Certain default replacements will bleed through the overlays especially on the soft version.
If your public hair are just textures there will be a bald spot just above the base of the penes. (I find that most 3D pubic hairs work best like MindBender's which is featured in the pictures)

What is it?

sims4 Stargazer Lounge Makeover

I always had a feeling that Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno has some unused potential, to say the least. Club for elderly people with a big pool, couple of tables and a Karaoke? Come on!!!
So I decided to revamp it a bit. Now it's a night club with a dj, but also some beds with a breathtaking view on San Myshuno, dancing poles, hot tub protruding beyond the roof edge, decent BDSM corner with an open wall, and more! it was supposed to be a Gents Club, not any nasty bordello. You can spend here whole night, my girls had a lot of fun!
Couple of CC was used, mostly from LL and Noir and Dark. I'm not including them, we all have it. I only uploaded couple of CC from other sites or when I wasn't sure where I get them from. Below the list of CC - items in grey are included. Also required packs below. You do it as usual - CC content to Mods folder, tray content to Tray folder.

Well everyone, it's finally here! "The Big One" is open to the public. As I've said before, this marks the official end of the "Townie Makeovers" project by replacing it with what I call "Porkybork's World." This means that there will be no further updates here, and no more responses from me in this thread. This also means that I'm pretty much done with remaking households that come prebuilt into the game. All households here are to be considered outdated and obsolete. Having said that, this doesn't mean that I won't keep making and sharing custom sims with you all!
Thank you all for your support and patience! If it weren't for your kind words, I'd have stopped doing this after remaking the Goth household.

Thanks for checking out my page! As stated previously on a couple different pages, I've finally decided to share some of my redone townies. If you like fooling around in CAS as much as I do, you may feel a little disappointment when comparing your own creations to the official pre-made sims in the game, especially if you're a heavy CC user like I am. To remedy this situation, I've decided to do an overhaul of damn-near every pre-made townie in the game.
The Line Up
Basegame Series
Goth - An aristocratic family that's been with the Sims series since the very beginning.
BFF - Two hot chicks fighting over their geeky roommate. You can probably guess what happens next.
Pancakes - A mismatched couple whose marriage is on the rocks due to financial issues. Will they be able to patch things up? Or will this shaky marriage fall apart?
Zest - A rising comedian that hopes to prove his family wrong for disowning him.
Lothario - Move over Don Juan! There's a new fucker in town, and his name is Don Lothario.
Landgraab - What a lovely little family! Love, respect, and opulence, it seems like nothing can bring the Landgraab clan down. Except Malcom keeps acting up and doing crazy shit, and Nancy keeps interrupting Geoffrey when he's working at home. It's almost like she doesn't want him to find something out...
Caliente (Sims 4 Version) - Katrina is a single mother with two beautiful daughters – Dina and Nina – and a budding career in the entertainment industry. With her daughters getting ready to leave the nest and start their own lives, will Katrina be able to enjoy the rest of her life single? Or will she find someone to share her experiences with?
Spencer-Kim-Lewis - This household's gimmick is that the residents have overly complicated surnames! I mean, they could've gotten their last names legally changed at some point to makes things easier for everyone, but then we wouldn't have that kooky gimmick, right? This household is fucking boring.
Roomies - This household is just the cast of The Big Bang Theory! There's a peppy girl, a nerd, a jock, and a couch potato! Wait, that's not TBBT, that's just a hodgepodge of personalities. Why are these people friends again? No one seems to have much in common, there's no previous relations, TBBT is pretty shitty anyway... ah fuck it. It's a hot chick and three dudes living together. Free Spirits - Maaike is an aspiring author that hopes to fill the world with tales of whimsey, while Ulrike is a freelance painter struggling to create a piece that meets her exacting standards. They've always thought that the simple life would be enough to fulfill their wants and needs, but it's hard to embrace simplicity when there's paint peeling off the walls and you have a faucet that won't stop leaking. Can you help them build up the funds to rejuvenate their humble abode?

Download and open [...]Household.zip file and place .sgi and .hhi files into Tray folder.
All downloaded CC and Mods must be placed in "Mods" folder to work.
This is NOT a replacement mod. All Households must be replaced manually.
To replace pre-made households with my remade households:
1. Begin playing as desired household
2. Open cheat console, enter "testingcheats on", then enter "cas.fulleditmode"
3. Hold Shift key and click on any household member, click Edit in CAS, and replace original sims with remade sims
Attention Windows Users!
__MACOSX files can be deleted. These are hidden files generated every time a Mac user compresses a file into the .zip format, and are of no use/relevance to Windows users.

npc Expendable Townies (NPCs)

CONTENTS: Tray files, Tray Files and More Tray files for a less pathetic townie generation, Each batch belongs to it's own stereotype of NPC
DESCRIPTION: Do you have Extreme Violence mod? A zombie or other murder mod you kill sims often with? Or maybe you've progressed so far into the game that all the original NPCs died and you got some funky townies as a result of the CC you installed? Well in my case it's BOTH. I batched this together because I wanted more meaningful kills to my sims's names . I tend to cull my game often. And in a variety of ways. Be it Using MCCC or Murder mods. So I decided to batch together tray files so I can respawn the NPCs I murder,..... Eventually.... Maybe after a few generations. I looked everywhere for something like this and found nothing. So here it is. I may add more groups to this in the future if I deem it plausible.
NOTE: I did not create any of these sims, Credit goes to their creators, I simply cobbled together sims i found on the gallery to make a manual townie generator. So my own sims can play with them,... Or kill them.... Maybe both

High waisted Accessory Skirt (Find it in the Ring Category) that can be paired with any bottoms. (On all semi-nude preview Sims, the genitals are by Noir and Dark Sims. Do not worry, the item can be paired with genitals and other bottoms made by by any creator.)
Edited EA Mesh. Edited texture, shadows, and specular. Performance Friendly. All levels of detail, but my focus was on making the highest level of detail, so the lower LODs don't look nice. Sorry. Young Adult, Adult, and Elder. Acc clothing (in Rings) only. All genders, with separate files suited to the masculine and feminine frames. Full Custom Thumbnails. BGC.
There are variations optimized for different genders. These are fashion choice tagged by the gender they are optimized by, but not gender restricted. Disable the fashion choice filters and Sims can wear any of the four. You may need to do this for Sims with a mismatched gender and frame.
Two versions for each gender. One takes the Hat texture space, and the other takes the Extra texture space. The version using the hat texture space cannot be worn with hats. The version using the extra texture space will likely conflict with custom content penises, and with bulky clothing items. Make the compromise that best suits your needs. The skirt can be worn over tight-fitting clothes.
15 swatches, 12 taken from Citrontart's 'the only colors I would wear in real life' palette.
Update: 15 more swatches added, bringing the total up to 30. Features 7 colours from Ridgeport's 'gelato' palette, and many more.
Skirt version for males will clip with Luumia's BOD-E tops. Female Sims hips might clip on the sides during extreme motions, and bigger Sims are more prone to clipping.
But yes, they look good during most sex animations!
