What is Heaven?
"Heaven - The Dungeon Mansion" is an absolutly Endgame Stripclub and fully build for the WickedWhims Stripclub-Feature, which was on Patreon with v150 and will be released for public in the Future.
It has 6 floors and a Rooftop Helicopter-Landingpad:
3 Overground-Floors:
- First floor: Main Stripclub-Area with Bars, Areas for Private Dancing, Dancing-Poles, Dancing on Bars (only the 2 left and right at the Entrance) and Table-Dance (only the Center Table in front of the Main-Stage).
- Second floor: Service Area for the Prostitutes with 6 Bedrooms, 4 Massage-Rooms, 4 Saunas, Yoga-Room, Gym and BDSM-Rooms
- Third Floor: Private Area of the Owner Household with the Office, Bedroom, Bathroom, Livingroom, Gym, Music-Studio
- On the Rooftop you have a Helicopter-Landing with 2 Helicopters.
3 Basement-Floors:
First Basement: The Underground Parkhouse
The Cars on the Screenshot are not listed in the CC-Section. You can set Cars by your own Choice there. So, if you don't choose exactly the same Cars like me, you will get a message for some removed objects, when placing the Lot.
But there are some Cars I could found with Animations available:
The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse - The Animations are created by R-Lo and E404P.
Ferrari California, made by LorySims - Animation made by Zorak
Audi A8 made by LorySims - Animation made by ATrois

So this is pretty straight forward, I made skin mods for the http://www.savestatecomic.com/dlc/ Furry Sims 4 mod.
These skins are found in Tattoos, because that's how SaveState did the skins.
Included are 3 different species; Husky, Dalmatian, Cheetah and King Cheetah, in four separate packages. You get 3 'natural' skin colors and 7 rainbow variants! As far I can tell, all skins work with Bernise's bits;
So you should have no problems using them for your furries.

WildStyle Unnatural Pubic Colors

I started a recolor just like this one a year ago and got so busy I totally forgot about it. While I never finished that one, I sat down and made damn sure I finished this one in it's entirety before posting.
In the single package file attached, you'll find all of wild_guy's Female Body Details pubic hairstyles recolored in Maxis' unnatural colors (aka the colorful bottom row). Perfect for your artful, rebellious, or occult sims. The colors include: Lavender, Pink, Blue, Turquoise, and Green. They don't conflict with wild_guy's originals, and work the exact same way. His mod isn't required but if you download this mod...chances are you have his. And if you don't, what are you even doing here?
The hairs can be found in Skin Details -> Mouth Crease
Just like last time, if wild_guy has any issue with these recolors I don't mind taking it down. These are something I plan on personally using, as we don't have too many decent dyed pubic hair options. I just figured I'd upload it here for people that feel the same way
Let me know if there are any issues, there could be duplicate or incorrectly numbered swatches. I checked multiple times, but it's 150 total swatches between all of the colors so there's of course a possibility I missed something.

A strip club modeled after one owned by my Vampire the Masquerade character!
Another fun build! Had a bit of a challenge figuring out this one, but I'm really happy with how it came out overall. This club is small, with all the fun happening on the base floor. The upper floor, I wanted to have a much calmer 'office' vibe. It contains the bathrooms and a live-in suite for your club owner! Remember to lock it so guests don't go snooping around your owner's business.

An abandoned botanical gardens that was converted to a high-end strip club with a retro twist!
This was a fun lot to build! I absolutely adore the synthwave aesthetic and wanted to give it a shot in-game. This club has two floors: the first floor features a bar area and six private rooms, and the upper floor features a greenhouse-themed bar with an outdoor lounge. Bottom floor has 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls, 2 sinks in each. This lot was playtested and worked fine on my end, but let me know if you experience any functionality issues!!

I added the little stripe of black tile in the entryway (last 2 images) while I was taking screencaps so I do just wanna leave a note here that that detail is in the final version! I don't have any rooms specifically made for sex/prostitution as I didn't intend for this lot to double as a brothel, but if you wanna edit the private rooms with objects for sex go ahead.
