Cyber Street View File This was made mostly for adding Business Funds for my sims, I dont know why EA swapped out regular Funds for Business Funds to build, smh. Anyway this Lot is Particularly made for the night, it looks like shit in the day time lol ?. Use this as a Hotel or Retail or Rentable Business, whatever you want. Its also just decoration and new environment for Wicked Whims, but you can do alot of things on the LOT. Ill update this in the future, just continuing to put my skills to use. The Duo Retail Store Lot - Testers Wanted! View File The Duo Live-In Retail Store Lot This lovely lot was created By IJROU on The Sims 4 Exchange. I added much to it in order to accommodate a live-in family, added retail for sale items, and made the lot much bigger and changed it's layout. If possible, let your sims own & live on this nice retail store lot! I say if possible because I recently learned of a bug with retail lots that's been around for years! The issue is with the mannequins. When the mannquins have nothing on them, the lots can be place fine without any problems, however for me, after dressing the mannequins it worked fine until I decided to move my sims out of the lot and when trying to place this lot again, it failed and crashed to my desktop. I really like what I've done with this lot and wanted to keep it in my game. Unfortunately, I didn't save a version without the dressed mannequins after the renovations. So if any of you guys would like to try it out in your game and see if you can place it, I would appreciate the feedback! Results for some could be different. Don't worry about the crash if it occurs, it won't cause any permanent problems. It just happens when I place this lot. This is a very nice retail lot and can also be used as a club or restaurant. There are 2 files attached: CC ONLY - features a selection of custom created content specifically for your own Nude Store. Includes wall art, posters, billboards and sales markers. OnlyBella Retail Lot View File A sales gallery for Sims 4 that features only fashion photographs of Bella Goth. It also has a complete photo studio in the back. (As seen on Reddit r/sims4) : Because of the size of all of the photos, it's too large to upload in the in-game gallery, so that's why I'm uploading it here. It uses the Moschino Stuff DLC pack heavily (for the photo studio), but I imagine if you didn't have that pack, and wanted to forego that aspect of the lot, you could lop off the back room, or repurpose it for something else. And obviously, you'll also need the Get to Work pack to make it a working retail gallery. I highly suggest that you also add another mod before you plop this lot down. That's the Viable Photography mod, which makes the photos sell for a lot more than they would in the base game. I recommend the 20x version, so the photos end up selling for upwards of $400 each after the store markup. Installing this mod before you place the lot will ensure that the photos don't revert to their original paltry prices. Download the file attached, unzip it, and put the contents in your /Tray folder. Anyway, I still like this little area and have upgraded this retail lot. I look forward to upgrading it some more by opening up the second floor and creating some small shops and perhaps some hair and nail salons. Shop Sign Wall Lights View File I put together a few sets of shop sign wall lights. But there are instructions. I kept some swatches as a default white color so that you could pick which color you want the light to be while in live mode. This saved on the file size of the package file because the more textures a file has, the more bloated the file size is. I had some fun with some shop names although I mainly included generic titles in both English and Simlish. Click on the light and you will get the following pie menu. *Select SET COLOR AND INTENSITY and then choose THIS LIGHT. The color options will then appear so you can select which color you want. *If you use the name signs along with the Awning Lights, make sure to place the name on top of the awning so when you select the color picker, the correct sign changes colors. The other option is to place the name separate from the awning, go to live mode and change the color, then go back to build mode and add the awning light you want. *Enable the bb.moveobjects on cheat and then you can make adjustments to location and size of objects. You can adjust the position of the light on the wall by depressing the Alt key while placing the sign (on PC). You can adjust the size of the item by depressing the Shift key and either [ (for smaller) or ] (for bigger) (on PC). Once you place the light in build mode, then go to live mode. Click on the light and you will get the following pie menu.
