When you ragdoll, it's just the character passing out. It's not an animation as such. You are the only person reporting this happening, so it is a you problem. If it crashes when you leave NCRCF, just don't leave NCRCF until they take the collar off.

Your load order is incorrect. You have a bunch of dependencies above the mods they're dependent on.

If you follow the install instructions, all those problems go away. It sounds like you have a conflicting mod, or are running too many mods. Without your load order, it's impossible to say.

I have never heard of that error. That would be some sort of error from Sexout itself instead of Tryout.

There should be a script attached to the locker you get your gear from that gives the companions theirs back. Try opening the locker again if it didn't work the first time.
