All of those errors are under name idles. I just was making sure before deleting them (will see what happens). I assume that either idles were removed or the way it is handled has changed.

Oh I already solved this a while back, should've mentioned it. What I did was just to extract the necessary esms and scripts from integration (and assets I think?), nothing more. And somehow it works.

Of course any change to ESM should be done after serious consideration and major version change. As long as team is aware of them all is good. I deleted them though ? (whole property - is that how you call it?). Nothing crashed and animation play, same with Cursed Loot.

Well, I have to do a lot of updates. After I'm done with the easy and fast part (the anim packs) I want to get the fomods rebuilt. @Kythanaoffered his help with that. Maybe some of the errors solve themself, if everythig gets into the right position.

I really liked the quests.

 

Are there plans to include them in the future, etc? I would hope there's a way to get the quests again. I've never finished them and liked it.

Hello! It's my first time trying DD. Do I have to do anything with the hotfix, like moving in a folder or do I just install it and let it overwrite?

I use MO2.

EDIT: It just overwrites the assets, so ignore that...

 

Devious Devices - Expansion.esm is not in form 44... I fixed it in Wrye Bash, just wanted to let people know in case they don't.

It must be something else I just did brief test with bunch of items from Devious Devices Extended. DD messageboxes appear properly and using iEquip hotkeys does not lock devious devices on you.

Treasure hunter whore doesn't have an SE compatible dll, and never has yet. Any part of the mod that references or needs the dll won't work. Some parts do work - i was able to get kidnapped and the vampire put me on a quest. but distance never changed and i had no idea on where to go.  You may have just hit the breaking point for it.

 

The mod author is aware, but it probably won't happen for a while. this is what he said:


Yes, the SKSE code needs to be updated for SSE. This was an SKSE addition, not something the SKSE team cooked up, so there's likely no official work on it, and I haven't modded SSE, so not sure exactly what needs to be done for SKSE conversions... 

 

if i knew how to compile dlls, i'd help. but sadly, that's still on my 'i need to learn this' list with no eta.

Interesting, I thought that was just the way these things were.

 

@Pfiffy @Roggvir did you see this? Might be the reason for some of the clipping. Not everything seems to be in the four groups I found, so may take a little more digging to get them all.

Guys since I have never used Devious Devices... Does it have random encounters or I have to actually do something because I have no idea how to "play" with this mod xD

I've run across a bit of an oddity. Want to know if someone knows a fix for this, hopefully so. Anyways, the issue I am faced with is devious devices do not form properly on the CBBE body, despite using BodySlide's Batch Build to create morphs for them. Below is a list of my load order, followed by a few pics showing what I am describing. In the pics, I am wearing shock nipple piercings and the Black Ebonite Chastity Harness. What can I do to fix this? Did I do something wrong with BodySlide?? I've tried using BodySlide to fix this multiple times to no avail. Through a couple of tests, I've discovered that using Body Morph options in RaceMenu causes even more oddities to occur. For instance, when I make the breasts bigger, the nipple piercings move closer to the body, clipping through the breasts. When I make the breasts smaller, they move further from the body, hovering in the air. It almost seems like there are mismatched values... is this the cause?

The bodyslide files are still being made, but mine didn't clip that bad. Still what I did is go into bodyslide and make a custom slider for my body, then I used that bodyslide set for all my stuff. Worked for the majority of things, there was a few I had to tweek after that individually. So, thats what I'd suggest. Either that or you can wait for the new converted body slide files, they've been working on it for awhile so... I think it should be sometime soonish, maybe the next month or two? But I don't know when that would be really since I'm Ive just began looking into it.

I don't get what you mean. How do I do what you are referencing? I'd rather not wait for the converted BodySlide files as I don't know how long that'll be.

So when you're in the game you open body slide right, and for instance, you go to the harness. You look on your character where it clips. Then you go back to body slide and open the preview and zoom in on that area, say the belly. Scroll down on the list of sliders on the right and go to belly or torso etc. Using the preview, see which slider moves the area in question. Make some changes you think would work, and then build it. Back in the game just take off the harness and put it back on to reload the updated outfit to see if it clips. If so, rinse and repeat going back from bodyslide to the game using your character as a real world model.

 

It works easiest on characters with a max or min weight set, but if your character is somewhere in the middle its better (and more professional) to instead have two test characters... one with the weight slider all the way to the left (skinny, smaller, etc) and one all the way to the right. (bigger boobs, ass, etc) They can be new throwaway characters, it doesnt matter, I use Live Another Life so it's no inconvenience to make another one real quick. Anyway, load up say the skinny one first and adjust the sliders on the left for the skinny body, then edit the fat one and adjust the sliders on the right for it. When you've built both the way you like it, load your middle weight character and see how well it fits in game. The preview option has a slider to change between skinny and fat, I just find it better to do it in game.

 

Another option you can do if something isn't weighted right is open it in outfit studio, click file in the upper left, then click "load reference" and load up a dummy example of your body with the item you're adjusting. Mine is just cbbe with physics. With the dummy body loaded up, save it in outfit studio and close out, ya just wanted the manican. Go back to bodyslide and preview the changes on the manican. When you're done with the bodysliders, save the changes, open it again in outfit studio, delete the body reference body, go back to bodyslide, change it away from and back to the outfit your editing so it updates the outfit without the body, and save the bodyslide again without the body. Go in game, and see how well it fits~ rinse and repeat.

 

If that doesn't work you may need to go into outfit studio and mess with the mesh itself. Sometimes the sliders aren't done right, I've had things that seemed reversed for instance, annoying. I can show you a more in depth example tho if you want. I started all this crazyness because I liked the transparent zipsuit, but it clipped badly and the dummy body it uses as a reference [the one you can see inside the zipsuit] was out of date and didn't match my body. So when I would put it on and take it off, my whole body would change. I have ocd, so it bugged the shit out of me. I ALSO didn't like the glove parts around the hands since anytime I would wear an armbinder the actual hands would disappear but not the transparent gloves, so I'd have gloves sticking out through my armbinder. So I got rid of the reference body it was using, uploaded the new cbbe with physics one, adjusted it in outfit studio so the suit looked "tighter" and fit better, deleted the gloves, and then did minor adjustments to it in bodyslide.

That picture may be darker for you than it is for me, I have a mod that changes the environment usually ending up making Skyrim a little darker overall, so my gamma is up a bit.

 

Anyway, not bad if I say so myself, especially when I can just make a huge batch build for new armors etc and they all just work. I know the elbowbinder is clipping some in that picture which is what I was trying to work on at the time. I already have the armbinder fitted fine just have the elbow binder left. Fun fact, I couldn;t find any bodyslide files for the elbow binder and painting new weights for it entirely from scratch to make new bodysliders is a bit beyond my wheelhouse currently. So until I find a bodyslider for elbowbinders it's just gonna have to clip I guess, I figure I'll just use normal arm binders until then instead.

The point is, since I did a skin tight whole body outfit, the settings I used in bodyslide for it made the rest of my outfits easier since I could just use the same settings for everything else in a huge batch. Anything else like some gloves or boots or whatever that clips a tiny bit, I can just make tweeks in game until the clipping is taken care of, build, and go on to the next item. If I really wanted to be crazy I could save new sliders for each item I tweek... but its more for my personal not public use, so as long as it works for my game its fine, which is what bodyslide is really all about anyway. I guess I could upload the final results if people wanted to use my body... but then I'd feel like I'd have to do a bunch of support online helping people with questions all the time and I'm not sure that;s something I wanna do right now~ I just wanna play Skyrim again finally ?
