You installed the LE mods. The mod linked on the first post of this thread is the ONLY mod you need. Remove any separate DDa, DDi, DDx, DDc, DD for Him, BRRF you have installed. I did notice a graphical issue with the boots though. After rebuilding in bodyslide, while wearing any body armor, the Calves portion of the boots disappears (not merely transparent with legs, but fully transparent) when wearing it with any other body armor. In the screenshot here I have a tunic, but this occurs with other Skyrim armors, DD corsets, DCL bikinis, etc. I initially suspected some kind of armor priority issue, but it looks like the boots have priority 20 just like any other restrictive boots. Is this a known limitation of the engine? I'm still running Skyrim SE 1.5.97, and this is with DD beta 9 + bodyslides. Thank you. Spoiler

Hide contents It is a priority issue, but maybe not in a way that's going to be entirely fixable. Because we don't want a whole body reference in with the boots (it should only have feet, which it does), the boots rely on the body outfit to provide the legs, I'd expect it should be ok if you're naked. All that said, I don't see the same thing when i test it. the prisoner rags are still cut off at the knee, but i've got a body shape in there. Best I can suggest is to try the patch I posted in the dev thread. There are some things I've got to check on that patch, so I'll link it later. Or just wait for the next beta release.

Yes, it's stable. There's no changes to the DLL other than making it compatible with the new version. There's been a version of it out since a month or so after AE was released, you're late to the game. 2. The betas can be downloaded from the DD dev thread or the troubleshooting post. The dev thread is LE only, I usually have the conversion up in both places a few days after the beta comes out. It doesn't matter where you get it from. 3. Yes it does. Patch releases of skse usually do not require mods do a new recompile unless the DLL uses a function that was changed. It's only the major (first number) and minor (second number) that you need to match. That DLL is also included in the installer. Only download the DLL if you want to use the last production release (DD 5.1 linked from the first post of this thread).

The problem with outfit managers seems to be that when they unequip a DD device, it is deleted from the inventory. AFT used to work for me but after updating most of my mods (and starting a new game) the DD items disappear whenever an outfit is switched. I tried using Better NPC Support for Devious Devices 0.6 SE but that caused more issues than it fixed.

But the requirements are listed on the download page now, so make sure you read the description. You cannot mod in skyrim if you don't read the mods you're downloading. Unfortunately this patch didn't fully solve the transparent calves problem for me. When wearing DD dresses/straitjackets, now sometimes the boots themselves disappear, rather than the legs, so there is a section of bare leg, then the boots' upper sections. When wearing DCL bikini armor, any other default Skyrim armor, etc, the legs still disappear. Screenshots attached. This problem also occurs on followers and unique NPCs for me. Since you can't reproduce this problem, presumably it's an issue on my end with my modlist or game version. AFAIK I'm only using the 3BBB Amazing Body with vanilla preset, and nothing else that should affect character bodies (except slavetats, that draws on the body). I've already rebuilt the body without any effect. If you happen to have any ideas of what things I could try to rebuild/turnoff, would be appreciated! In any case, thanks! Reveal hidden contents Will take a look at the formal dress again. The second pic is from DCL and no one has patched for DCL's outfits yet since we're still working on DD. DCL will be worked after DD 5.2 is out of beta. If you want to fix that one yourself, look up the AA for that outfit in DCL and set the priority at 25 (boots are at 20).

I'm using 3ba, with DD 5.2beta9, the v0.8a bodyslides I just uploaded (they're on the troubleshooting post), and the patch I linked. For that dress in your screenshot, I'm not getting the upper sections. And really this is about the best that can be done as otherwise there's clipping at the thigh if the boot does go all the way up. 1
ohmyjots Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Coming back to this again, because I seem to have a problem. When I wear an arm restraint like shackles or armbinder, it work. However, when I try to do bound combat, or raise my fists and walk, my character lets free from the restraints and plays the default walking with fist up animation, as result the hands dissapear. When I stand still, she returns to her bound pose, but breaks free again when I walk. Is this supposed to happen, or do i need an animation pack for this?

My physics in game goes a bit haywire after a bit of gameplay, requiring a restart to get it back working again. I always wrote it off as my 8 year old computer struggling to keep up but it's been getting worse so I'm wondering if it's an actual worthwhile upgrade.

DD doesn't play well with nemesis.

I forgot to make screenshots but the number of registered animations was now also higher (around 150 more). Before and with all this hassle, I had around 4900 and something with my mod setup. Now it was well over 5000 which showed me that these were the missing idle animations. So, to anyone who has the same problem, this is definitely worth a try. I am really happy that I saved my game. But I would be much more happy if someone has a clue what has actually happened here. So if you have any theories or actually true insight, feel free to give your 2 cents. Just curious, as I decided to axe Nemesis from my load order, is there a combat mod similar to CGO that you use? It's the one thing dependent on Nemesis that I was hesitant to remove.

Then again, I'm on a GOG edition, which does not allow for SMPT, due to SKSE mismatch. @zero2infinity There is Ultimate Combat SE, but since i dont have CGO, i would not know how "similar" they are.

Thanks for the answers but I only have a question related to version 5.1 and dll which is: - if I want to continue with version 5.1 until version 5.2 is definitely released, will a new game be necessary or a save without version 5.1? or I can replace the 5.1 by the 5.2 normally ?

Is one of those other files necessary that I removed? You can use CBPC for breast/butt/belly physics while simultaneously using Faster HDT-SMP for cloth and hair physics. That is what I do. HDT-SMP is needed for cloth and hair physics, but CBPC provides better perfomance for breast/butt/belly physics. Since breast/butt/belly physics aren't being handled by HDT-SMP for you right now, then they should start working for you after installing CBPC. 2
