Also this function have search bug if you wear straitjackets and return no rendered device. See my post. I give up to find my post as it returns 0 results. Try find this post by search Tag:Hint=008 and user me. Today it's not search but some days again it works fine. Inventory device you can get only by idevice = libs.GetWornDevice(libs.player, devicekeyword)
Marajade Posted April 8, 2022 Posted April 8, 2022 (edited) Hi all. I'm having sexlab use devious device animations on my character for sexlab scenes, but I don't have those devices equipped. It will play the animation as if I have an armbinder on, but I don't. Is there a way to make it so that if a bound animation is played, the game will place that restraint on my character for the duration of the scene? It does this with yokes already (a yoke will appear on my character for the scene, then go away after the scene). But for armbinders the device doesn't appear when the animation plays. As a note, the armbinders DO show up. I can equip them just fine and all the models are there. They just aren't placed on my character during scenes that are for armbinders. I'm using Sexlab Defeat SE. It's working pretty well except for this specific animation issue. Any advice would be appreciated! Edit: It looks like pillories are invisible too. The animations are played as if my character is in a pillory, but none appears. Edited April 8, 2022 by Marajade

Unfortunatly I am too stupid to get it working I know youve seen this problem a million times but clearly I am too stupid I've browsed this thread for answers but everyone has like 200 mods and they conflict, but I've tried to get away with minimum. I've made sure everythings up to date, did body slide, did FNIS and still, Saved/reloaded and still she remains unbound can someone please help! Papyrus.1.log

Sometimes, it takes a while for the animation to actually start playing.

How you get that armbinder and how it names "Full name" not just armbinder. Some armbinders are without animations. Also in log not info that DDI was initialized, so you sure you installed right version of DD? Also in log are DD animations installation. First do some test be sure that all mods are initialized and works. After DD animations inicialize, save a game, exit from Skyrim, return back and get more clear papyrus log with fully initialized DD. I did something similar a long time ago. DD slot usage reference Using xEdit, create an override patch that modify Sexlab -Parasite.esp in: ARMA (Armor Addon) formId records for _SLP_harnessLivingArmorAA and change the attribute BOD2 (Biped Body Template) to only use slot58(DD harness). Also do the same for the ARMOR formId section for _SLP_harnessLivingArmor "Gum Osta Itinere" and _SLP_harnessLivingArmor_scriptInstance "Tentacle Armor", change BOD2 to only slot58. Get a copy of the SL parasite bodyslide files for your body type (3BAv2, BHUNP, or older) and open in Outfit Studio the one for SLP Living Armor. In outfit studio, right side is the mesh segments list and under is the morph sliders from the reference. Do not modify the item colored bright green, that's the mesh holding the morphs reference data and normally the skin body render. Now you need to set up the segments that render the Living Armor to only use slot58, anything not slot58 should not render when equipped because the armor records modified by the override say so now. Select the segment by clicking the "Meshes" tab Under "Meshes" tab, click the segment that renders the armor or part of it (not the body). That select it. Click the tab "Partitions". This is the slot's assignment, but defined in the mesh. Change "32 SBP_32BODY" to "58 SBP_58_MOD_ARM_LEFT", by clicking the pull down menu next to "TYPE" selecting it and then clicking "APPLY". Do the same to other parts that render the living armor but not the body(normally also the reference in bright green). Repeat 1 to 4 for the others sections. Go to File, "Save Project as" and change display name to something different, (you can add slot58 to the end of name). Click "To Project" to propagate the new name and click save. The idea is to modify a copy, not the original. Close or minimize Outfit Studio and go to Bodyslide It will not show up until you refresh the outfit list by left-clicking the icon in "Outfit Filter" and select refresh from pull down list. Select in "Outfit/Body" the new entry with the name you gave it during "save as" Build it with morphs and test in game with the override plugin created in xEdit loaded and listed after Sexlab-Parasite. Here is a SkyrimSE ESP-ESLflagged already doing the override. You need to do the Outfit Studio mesh edit stuff. Sexlab-Parasite LivingArmor Slot58.esp Note: You need to have 3d design skills to know what to modify to resolve armor clipping with an equipped living armor mesh. DD solution is the hider, but you want something more advanced not yet available. If the living armor disappears when wearing slot32 armor, it is the hider feature in DD. You need to reconfigure it or disable it. Black714 is doing something like that for Remodel Armor CBBE in Skyrim LE only. It is a lot of work. Spoiler Good luck. Edited April 10, 2022 by safado 2

Chastity is visible over if: 1) Catsuit have keyword what force show chastity to world. 2) If catsuit is on NPC (always) 3) You disable Device hider for player Chastity is under if: 1) Catsuit doesn't have keyword force show, device hider is enabled and catsuit are on player 1

soepsnol Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 (edited) Hey there I've returned to modding skyrim after a while, and decided to switch from LE to SE for the first time. Not knowing for sure which body to install I decided on BHUNP because I thought it looked nice. After intalling all prerequisites and using FNIS and bodyslide (for both body and hands) some of the gloves end up detached from the main body. Ofcourse I'd ideally like to play without any clothing clipping or having weird seams. Should I switch to a different body or is there some way I could fix it? Any help appreciated! In DD 5.1 items most are fix and there fix plugin included in installation pack. If not activated need activate. As for other non DD items need found what armor exactly do it, open xedit and add forearms slot to armor addon or calves slot for legs. also if those are gloves seems probably need edit meshes in outfit studio, to add forearms body part to gloves if gloves use forearms or remove forearms slot from gloves to allow use body forearms. Some of DD users install FNIS and Nemesis in unity and do some configuration to fix it but how good are success or how it can do i don't know. Officially Nemesis is incompatible with DD. 1

Tried multiple device hiders in the mcm but no succes, even tried to change the armor 32 slot (panty) in bodyslide also no succes. Is there a solution for this? other armors from cursed loot etc. are working properly.

I personally ignore the (moving) chains thing the Skyrim engine is not really made for this and the mod authors have "racked their brains" collectively for years to find an acceptable solution - but it just doesn't work for every mod combination

HDT-SMP cannot do chains. The only time those chains worked properly was in LE with HDT-PE, but there is no HDT-PE for SE.
