I'm kind of taking the month off from sims, at least playing regularly, but ended up playing around a bit, using a method I sometimes use to create edited versions of sim screenshots, where I use faceapp to merge or swap the faces of sims from screenshots with pictures I made using the sim screenshot in artbreeder. I've shown it off before obviously, and sometimes it's even useful as I find might want to edit the sim to look more like the resulting picture.

 

This girl I've tried many times before and I think she comes out looking pretty good in it, though it doesn't quite get the coloration right. 

 

Also tried it with another sim and here I'm actually thinking I might want to go back and actually try to edit her to look more like the faceapp picture, because I really like how it turned out looking.

 

 

EDIT:

Made some quick changes. I'm trying to avoid changing any presets as that usually leads to a sim looking too different, but I used some different skin details and I temporarily changed to a different hairstyle. I think this one actually ends up being closer to the faceapp pic, so that makes editing simpler though I'll probably try to find something else to finish it, besides this one is already used by another sim. Also, there's something about the hairline and in general how that kiarazurk hairstyle (left above) frames the face that midly bothers me even though it's got other things about it that I like.

So I did some of my research on Sims 2 and found these two families Monty and Capps. I really enjoyed their family description and how big their family tree is so I decided to bring them back in sims 4. Here are two girls from Capp family Juliette and Hermia, these two girls live with their grandfather and a brother who is the middle child of this family. There are other members of Capp/Monty family that I will reveal later but here these two girls are involved with Monty brothers Romeo and Mercutio, Romeo is younger and is secretly dating with  Juliette despite their brutal family feud where as Mercutio has a crush on Juliette's oldest sister  Hermia but there's another boy in school who has crush on Hermia. Now if Hermia accepts that other boy's proposal it will leave Mercutio empty handed and he might go after his younger brother's girlfriend Juliette.
