It's been two years since Rebecca and Wendy got married. Rebecca has noticed ever since they found out Alexia is half vampire Wendy has been doing lots of research on vampirism. Wendy asks why to which she replied "I only want our daughter to be happy with who she is." She is concerned that Wendy thinks their daughter will be shunned when she enters school. Rather than dwelling on it she decides to hire a sitter for Alexia and let them have a day together for their anniversary . She starts off early in the morning making Wendy's favorite meal for breakfast.

 

 

Before she can even get the table set Wendy smells the breakfast fragrance in the air and wants desert first! She is happy to oblige.

Only very few pictures today.

I dislike EAxis´ behavior in using every culture only for their own interest in making money out of everything. And although some "game changers" had the opportunity to build the houses for Mt Komorebi, I was shocked about calling the bath in the snowy area there an Onsen. This building there has nothing to do with an Onsen...

So I tried to build one by myself, and this is how it looks like. It has separated sections for women and men, like those bathhouses usually have. And I used the Whicked Whims lot traits to make it possible, that sims will bathe naked autonomously, cause this is, how people bathe in an Onsen bathhouse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This lot is built without much CC, only WW is needed for the lot traits, and some floor comes from http://www.sims4fun.com/?p=2488. You will need to enable custom content in you library to see it, and I recommend using "bb.moveobjects" before placing. If you try to rotate the house, the fence around the pool areas may disappear. I tried to find out, what causes this but hey, this addon may have nice sides but together with the coresponding patch it also contains more bugs then this game had ever before.

@wild_guy Hey man, love your work. The Male skin is from Simdulgence's RealGen's penis, the specific file I believe is simdulgence_cas_ymBtm_RealGensPenis_CAS.package, a non-default replacement. The feet is magicbots feet v5 remaster.

@carlfatal A big "Thank you" for the bathhouse. That's the one thing that annoyed me the most about this pack. It's like it was made for tourist families to go there together, and they just called it an "onsen" to make the tourists happy. Being mixed-gender, it's actually "konyoku", and the layout of the building is a little weird. Yours looks so much better.

Three weeks after their anniversary. Rebecca noticed that Wendy has become more isolated. She does still spend a lot of time with Alexia which soothes her concerns some but she has always had this inner concern. She has never acted this way in the entire length of their relationship. One night Rebecca woke up and Wendy was not there. Worried, she searched the home for her first checking on their daughter. She was fine and fast asleep. Their home was large and it was until she searched the guest room she found this:

Oh, you will need the new addon for nearly everything there. And yes, I used the new platforms but they came with the last patch, it´s a feature, that is not bound to the addon but to the actual game version.

And cause I made this building to replace this particular lot at Mt Komorebi, I used a lot of the objects and wallpapers, that came with this pack. You will need Snowy Escape for it.

thank you so much for the compliment. I never visited Japan but I did know, that those bathes usually are not coed. And then I started reading about them, and looking for pictures about the architecture, cause I was so annoyed, when my sim visited this bath for the first time. And she even started singing loudly in the hot water... Sadly I can´t stop sims from doing this but I tried my best to build a calm and comfortable place to rest and bathe.

I used the shower from the addon but sadly sims will still stand while showering, and they do not use the bucket. Also I added a vending machine on the upper floor but nothing else cause I wasn´t sure, if one will find something like that in an Onsen but Sims will be very hungry after returning from the snow and leave the bathhouse to find something to eat. So this is some kind of compromize, and I hope, that it is not completely wrong to add something like this machine.

@carlfatal  Whether an onsen would have a vending machine inside, I don't know, but one thing that's pretty well known about Japan is that they have vending machines for EVERYTHING.  So hot food, in a place where people are probably good and ready for it, makes a lot of sense.

I wonder if anyone is doing T-shirt recolors, with completely random English words on them?  That's a thing anywhere in Asia, Asians seem to like the look of English text but have no idea what it says, and vendors crank out shirts with words on them.  Random words, some of them are hilarious.  But at least you can throw a T-shirt away, Westerners tend to get Japanese or Chinese tattoos.  And those tattoos usually don't say what the recipient thought they said.  There was one, where the guy was in Tokyo, and wanted "Lover of Asian Beauty."  So naturally, they tattooed "hentai gaijin" on his arm-- "pervert foreigner."
