Thanks for the compliments. You flatter me. Including Teddy and Bean's tweed jacket was a must. (The jacket took me a whole day to make). Regarding the story's twist, it wasn't too hard to add in this case. One can easily imagine it being possible for him to get into such a predicament, without needing to know how. I just wish I could watch that episode. Lara talking to herself actually presented a slight challenge, in that I had to constantly ask myself whether it was a voice-over thought in her head, or she was explaining things to herself, as she often does.

 

That was my first time mountain climbing, and I had no idea what to expect. I didn't even know it was a goaled event. All I knew was that sims could fall and die, there was a cave somewhere, and you could build on the peak. Using cheats I disabled Needs Decay, and gave Lara the expert climbing trait and maxed climbing skill. When I saw the timer, I right-clicked to pass each objective, and move onto the next area. I was surprised by the (low) height of the walls, so making it appear like she was making a massive climb was a bit of a challenge when taking shots. The script also called for a "breathtaking" view, but it was less breathtaking than I had hoped for. There's just clouds and three peaks.

@carlfatal How do you do that with the pond?  I've made irregular swimming pools and obscured the edges as best I could with vegetation, but I have no idea how to do what you did there.

Have a look to the last picture. I use a few of the debug rocks, shrink them, and then I place them over- and intogether by using ctrl and 9/0. Some plants will do the rest, And if you wnat to have kois, you need the waterlillies from Snowy Escape. Also I place most of the plants by using ctrl and 9/0.

Wow, that's it?  Now I gotta try it.  And I'll have to remember to place a house FIRST, the last time I went crazy on the landscaping I did that first, and then I HAD to build my own house, because placing one from the gallery or library would wipe out all that work lol.

Merry Christmas all! I've actually got something I'm working on, but it's not quite done yet. 

 

 

Anyway, I kind of redid and added a bit to the girl I posted in her room on the last page, redoing her makeup a bit for those and adding some more elaborate like video game character costumes (among others) I'd donwloaded and not really found a use for back when I was just looking for costumes. Kind of makes sense to put on her since my characterization of her is that she's supposed to be into cosplay and such. Even used the hairstyles and colors specifically meant for those costumes, as that also kind of made sense for her I think.

I managed to miss Christmas by a day, but I did finish a video I started working on a bit before Christmas, very similar to the earlier Halloween party video and the old orgy video I made, but with a light Christmas theme and this time mostly using some newer sims. Enjoy!

Was messing around in my old nightclub lot (seems relevant now considering I named it after a site error, though it's possible I misremembered and should have picked "502" or "504" instead of "503") and put together a bunch of gifs.

Looks amazing. It makes me want to actually play the game. "502" is a bad gateway. The proxy-server has gotten a bad response from the server. Possibly because the server is overloaded. "503" is server unavailable. Possibly due to maintenance or being overloaded. "504" is a gateway timeout. Possibly due to the server being overloaded. I think any of those names are as good as another.

 

 

EDIT:  Upon further reflection, I think "503" is the best. Access to the club is unavailable due to being overloaded (ie. too popular).
