The first seemed to be Valerica's point of view, though her qualification for being a blood bag for the procedure probably also soured her on the idea. Not really whats her name the daedra that hates vampires would with out doubt make sure that her followers know what is going on, and you can bet your arse that they would let everybody else know what is going on.
