Selene got punished by the Vice Captain Marx for being absent from Breezehome for too long. She left and kept questing anyway; even bought land and built her own home outside Falkreath. She managed to make a perk tree legendary before she realized she missed her period.

 

Now, after finishing the final wing to Lakeview Manor, she returned to Breezehome to deliver the news to Marx, which he wasn't too happy about since she was gone for far too long again. Another punishment soon followed, and this time he forbade her from leaving the city.

Selene is strong enough to take on the Vice Captain in a duel but can't risk it in her current state. She wants to get rid of Marx without having to resort to violence. Maybe the commander of the guard can help her?

You mean the cats? They are from one of Vicn's Vigilant side stories.

The cats are actually reincarnations of a Khajiit couple with a sad background story. ?

I love stories like that ?, especially if they have odd "happy" ends. Gives Pixels in Skyrim a history ?

My guess the Netch is added by Enemy Plus  ?‍♂️ (or it's related to the dungeon she visits there, where ever that is, maybe Blackreach ?, if so then it's from Enemy Plus)

The Dungeon? It's Skyrim Underground.

The most complicated escape route from SLS cities and a place there any kind of odd monster in Skyrim hides.

It seems I added a Netch texture overhaul or updated Enemy Plus or updated MNC on the long Skyrim run. What ever happened in between it changed the belly color of young Netchs ?

Or Netch don't grow that big in Blackreach? Maybe a subspecies ??

Vigilant was awesome indeed. Played it 3 times before dropping it for my current play. (I had the habit of stopping the play after finishing it.. Kinda like "Welp, nothing will ever be as awesome as dual wielding my way through an Army of  auroran's with this badass soundtrack. So i can stop here.. " ?

I thought they are from Vigilant itself.

Probably they got replaced by baddog1978's BD UUNP armor replacer.

BD UUNP comes with a long and short version of most boots.

Hm, they seem to fit that style, but I actually can't find any in baddog's BD sets which match. The ones in your picture have seams down the middle over the feet but not higher on the leg. The closest BD version to that are the warlock/monk type boots, but none of the ones in the screenshots for the BD outfits go over the knee or have the additional wrapping details at the ankles and knees the ones in your picture seem to.
