I still laugh when I think about it now. This is partly to see what my new (July) machine can handle. The old machine did 28 before it got tooooo slooooow to play. I'm on 68 now and it's not too bad (not too good either). Worst thing for me is the amount of loot I lose. Often some of them will fight and kill something, somewhere and the only hint you have is the EFF stats popping up. Heart-breaking.

BD UUNP + Bashed Patch causes this. ? If you move BD below Bashed Patch that poor Thalmor will get it's feet back! Or maybe you can rebuild the bashed patch and remove BD from the bash tags. Only reactivated the BP earlier today - I'd had it deactivated because I had been chopping and changing stuff. I'll also have a look at what exactly this armour thing is. I've got a tonne of body-piercing stuff in the forge items menu.

It will be only the Thalmor boots, I tried to ignore it for a while, because the rest of BD UUNP is unaffected. Although you might be able to make a patch for those boots? As soon as I removed BD from the bashed patch the issue was solved. I have only BD as replacer, so some sneaky mod we both have cause a conflict in bpatch ?♂️

I did it years ago, but I didn't do it in this savegame with 1 year of history. Those are my current followers, exactly 8, playing on my 5-year-old machine, with a simple GTX 660 2 GB without ENB, but I think it doesn't look bad at 1920x1080 with average 50 fps . Spoiler 3

I just started a new game with a new character, equipped some Thalmor boots, and her feet went missing. Now I know why! Thanks! I'll rebuild my BP. And since I have to post a pic, here's my new gal. She started out with the Immerslave start as a slave on the wrecked ship off the north coast. She's made it to Winterhold at this point, still level 1. Spoiler 2

I agree about followers disappearing from Nexus.
