rko23 Posted June 30, 2024 Posted June 30, 2024 Hello, I've run into an issue with SH and Gender neutral voices for SH. They support only a 1.16.8 version of SH, with newer versions it gets buggy. Is there a possibility to find a 1.16.8 version of SH?

Looking at the code for molest, and Harassment does check the sit state, but only fails molest if GetSitState returns 3 or 4, it assumes it's okay if the value is 0 1 or 2 (0 is not sitting, 2 is playing the animation of sitting down, and 1 is somewhere inbetween). Perhaps it's cause CWSS does something that would result in a 2? I forgot if I asked this before, but how do you force one to get out of a furniture?

There are several ways you'll find mentioned on the Internet, but the most reliable one I've found is to force the player to use a generic "get up" animation. Though for CWSS furnitures, I think I just opted to consider the player "busy" any time they're in any sitstate other than 0 and also checking whether their furnitureref is non-null. Harassment was created, I think, without the expectation it would have any voiced dialogue owing to how hard it would be to get reasonable facsimiles of the original voice actors for every possible character in the game that might speak those lines, so it has a single voice for every approacher whether they're human male, female, ghoul, super mutant... some adjusting or patching of Harassment would have to be done to accommodate different voices for different kinds of approachers, but if you're going that far then it would probably make sense to rewrite the lines said by super mutants anyway given they don't use well-formed grammar or long words. 1

In a few other mods I use I noticed that they force the actors to stand from sitting during the dialog phases, and it using any crafting furniture is also considered sitting or using furniture, which I would think most mods respect as, "not a good time". 9 hours ago, ptmc2112 said: (0 is not sitting, 2 is playing the animation of sitting down, and 1 is somewhere inbetween). It happened just as I sat, when CWSS sets/resets the camera and was awkward. After the scene finished the PC was considered still on the toilet and got ejected from it after CWSS finished, so it didn't break anything.

A super Mutant approaches my character who finally gets to use a clean toilet. I thought.. "Ahhh, fuck.. here comes another glitch. I might as well cancel eating food today!" 😄 But, vaultbait put in a little extra effort to ensure these types of things to lockup AAF. And my character just got up and resume the dialogue. 1

I don't actually have anything implemented to safeguard against Harassment's own timers sending approachers to you while in furniture, just to avoid triggering additional approaches while you're in furniture. Maybe I could add a further workaround to listen for OnSit/OnGetUp events to set/clear the AAF_ActorBusy keyword on the player, but that seems risky as it could race other mods doing the same. It would probably be better if Harassment implemented a more thorough fix itself. 1

deathmorph Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 (edited) Something just happened that shouldn't have happened. Nora hasn't been hypnotized once in this run. But she's wearing a collar right now. The master quest hasn't been triggered yet. She was approached about being a sex slave and resisted. The harasser snapped and Nora fell into a trance anyway, and there was no option to resist. Is this a bug or a feature of the sex collar that I'm not aware of yet? edit// Shortly afterwards the same thing happened, this time I was able to record the dialogue. I only got them one time out of ~10, and it was with quite a bit of delay (I was afk for a minute or two, with the last dialogue selection before AAF scene still open) All good with KFT=off, DD devices (RC9b2) equip as they should, in time. I have not done any troubleshooting on this yet, I have simply rolled back for now. (I had been using 1.19.4 for some time, with the "unofficial KFT patch" (https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/33713-sexual-harassment-unofficial-kft-patch/) Is anybody else getting this?

MHK has an MCM option to sync super mutant harasser eligibility with your pheromone state, so that they're eligible harassers when they're non-hostile due to your fertility drugs and vulnerability but won't approach you if they're non-hostile for other reasons (such as Violate's brief refractory period, since they can follow you and then turn hostile again suddenly). That feature of MHK can easily be disabled with the "Sync mutie approachers" option in its MCM. 1

I know, that's pretty rare, but Piper was my companion at the time and it reminded me of her backstory. "Soldout" would be an interesting addition to SH where that Settler (boss raider) becomes the player's master and takes over the settlement. Edited July 9, 2024 by jbezorg

gorgun Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 I use a mod that adds a custom race (Proto-Argonian) which also adds various NPCs of that race. It seems like NPCs of the custom race aren't being used by this mod. I've tried enabling them individually with the "setav fpsh_noteligible 0" console command which hasn't worked. Does anyone know of a way to enable a custom race to be used by this mod or if there might be a compatibility patch available to do so already?
