Edit: So don't test this while low health, even consensual will flag as rape it seems. Or, it doesn't correctly flag / unflag rough as ok. So just switch it to all sex is consensual while using ILE:R. 

 

I think I always turn off trauma because while it sounded like a fun gameplay mechanic I did not like how it was implemented. (real life trauma has both positive and negative consequences, for example - it's basically about surviving a certain kind of situation, using mechanisms which do not make sense a lot of the rest of the time)
