SH MCM - debug page - several options to force an approach

 

the mod assigns a morality (1 evil, 2 neutral, 3 good) to every npc which combined with the confidence (from 1 [low] to 100 [high]) 

determines what an npc will try to do at times.

 

to change these you can use console commands

click on npc (with console open so you get their name highlighted)

setav fpsh_morality 1(or 2 or 3)

setav fpsh_confidence xx(1 to 99)

 

basically the more evil/confident the npc is the more stuff they will try (how people see you matters too).

 

the higher the npcs confidence the more likely it is they will approach and try to do things to you.

 

what approaches (if any) an npc will try is determined by a combination of your reputation, current circumstances, surroundings, and the npcs

confidence and morality.

 

you can check your reputation in the pip-boy (stats section, current effects and/or perks tab - which perks you have).

I don't believe it's an issue with AAF. I've messed with the AAF menu (the HOME key) and managed to cycle through various animations with no issues, and AAF violate runs just fine since it plays animations without issue. I'm not sure why Harassment isn't working fine.

Reinstall the zex - zaz files and anything associated with it (OCBPC) etc. I spent too much time looking into the animations files, when in fact the problem lies with the zex installation. Try it and see.

First off, I love this mod, but is there a way to change it so certain NPC's (Quest NPC's etc) that know you personally don't harass you? I just did the first quest with Danse and it was weird that every minute he wanted sex lol. I'd rather keep it for random NPC's, rather than named ones. If anyone has an answer please let me know.

You can block your companion as I remember. 

 

If you have CK, you could try adding in an extra check for harrassers of ca_affinity. No experience with the latest CK myself. 

 

Where potentialharrasser.getav ca_affinity < 250 or something similar?

 

So even if they are not your current companion, they will still remember they are your friend.

From the OP

 

Open console and left click on the NPC. Then type in the following and press enter:
setav fpsh_noteligible 1

or If you have the NPC's reference ID:
referenceID.setav fpsh_noteligible 1

 

Named NPC's behave a bit differently so even if you exclude BoS from approaches, Danse and Rhys need to be set manually. I'd also recommend doing this for Drummer Boy at the Railroad

It might be flavour, but my actress got repeatedly violated by this last night. 😄

 

Had a standard "bum slap event" that she weakly resisted (as you do), then the assaulter instantly slapped her backside again, but it sort of looped and she seemed to circle around and slapped my soft-locked actresses arse 3 o 4 times (with my actress yelping every time she got a whack) before we got to the resistance text again  - Honestly, it was hilarious and kind of hot.

 

The bum slaps and massages are my favourite SH events to be honest. I would love to be able to respond "positively" to the bum slap event with some counter flirting or maybe an offer to go somewhere quiet and finish what the "hands-y person" started.

 

Also, a player option to slap or fondle NPCs/companions to initiate some steamy action would be an amazing edition to this mod.

Just like the blackmail approaches should increase the players arousal once reaching slut level.

Seriously.. ya really gonna try to blackmail a mega slut with dirty pics? Get naked and lets get some really nasty 4k versions to distribute!

mcm just straight up isnt working i tried deletiong and redownloading F4SE which didnt work, same with mcm

Ah, just "one more lewd mod" then. :D I appreciate the recommendation and will give it a try.

 

As for blackmail, I either intimidate them, or if that fails I follow them somewhere quiet/out of town and play "the most dangerous game..." 😜

hmm could be a version issue

 

F4SE and MCM need to be for the version of the game you are playing.

check which version of FO4 you are running -  fallout 1.10.163 is pre update and 1.10.984 is post update.

you will have to check the individual mod pages to see if the version of the mod you have installed is for the version of FO4 you are running.

the update broke a lot of mods, and while some have versions for the update not all mods do yet.

Some bugs with (11/18/2023) 1.19.4:

 

  • Sometimes a 'approacher' will follow via fast travel (in one case, Diamond City to Murkwater Construction Site!) (NOTE: This happens extremely rarely)
  • Sometimes the delay between approaches doesn't seem to work.   Creepy guy will approach my character with a flirt, my character refuses.  A minute later, the same guy and usually the same pitch (flirt).  

 

Wishlist:

  • Would really like the text to be gender neutral or have a different set for female npcs.  (There was a mod for this but it hasn't been updated for a really long time)
  • I'd like to see this integrate with Sex Attributes Framework more directly, i.e. if you have your character agree, ensure it's treated as consent  etc.

Bug Report - Minor Issue

 

I came across this issue after noticing that some chastity items were doubling up in Inventory, the testing to confirm this can be seen in the DD thread here (to save repeating it here):

It's a minor issue as it doesn't interfere with the function of either mod but is just a bit odd (though logically correct) in that the device isn't reused, rather it is added again.

There is a approach starting with the dialogue: "hey you have radiation infection....". May I know which category of approach does this falls under in the MCM menu? I tried searching for the chance configuration for this to no avail. Turned off devious approaches but it still happens. Perhaps its in another category.

I am guessing it's the "sex approach", simply because that one has a 'gullible' modifier in the MCM settings.

I came across the fact that at some point, the approaches stopped working, and if you make the approach forcibly through debugging, everything works. I tried resetting approaches through the menu, and reinstalling, it didn't help. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

 Hey, guys. I haven't been able to find anything, and I apologize in advance if this has been answered. Has anyone made a patch that makes approaches far less frequent? By default, the longest cooldown you can set between approaches is 4 hours, but I'm hoping to be able to set it to 1-4 days. If someone could even let me know how I can manually change it, I'd be grateful. I've tried looking under the hood, but altering scripts isn't my strong suit. Thanks in advance, and great mod @twistedtrebla !

You can try editing Data\MCM\Config\FP_SexualHarassment\config.json to change the Approach Cooldown max value and then go into the game and see if it lets you set the slider higher.

 

Though I've had a fair amount of luck just using the normal maximums for approach cooldown and sex cooldown, plus setting scans per hour to 1. Maybe that still results in too many approaches for you, I don't know, but for me it becomes at least infrequent enough to provide breathing room for my other approach-type mods. Also just plain toggling it off when I'm busy with other things and don't want to be interrupted.

It "might" work, but there "may" be other scripts that also are effected and might not "honor" the new setting.

For example, I tried to up the hypno increase from a max of 5 to 10, and while the levels went up, the approach scripts lagged far behind, like it was at the max 5 increase. I still had to have 20 hypno approaches before the "advanced" stuff started triggering.

Not saying that the cool down will act in a similar fashion, it shouldn't, but just be on the look out.

If the settings aren't enough, just dip into the MCM and set a hotkey to switch it "off and on again".

 

I find it useful for stopping "quest interactions/conversations" being interrupted by the mod...or if I simply need a 5 minute break from the thirsty sex pests of the commonwealth (my own sex-pest-ery is perfectly acceptable of course).

The Visit Collar Master quest doesn't clear when when the collar is removed (collar was removed by paying Johnny Hacker in the Dugout Inn)

 

Tried sleeping a couple of days in case that would clear it but no luck

 

Workaround seems to be via console completequest fpsh_collarmastertracking

Not a bug. You can always get a new collar master, so the quest doesn't clear.

Another idea to add to the collection of ideas for this mod. Maybe someday the author will find it useful.
In Sex Attributes we have a condition called PTSD. PTSD can be removed in two ways: Dr. Neura or bring the spirit level to 80. It would be great if PTSD could be cured only with the help of hypnosis and nothing else.
 Let’s say Nora developed PTSD as a result of mental trauma. Now she physically cannot sleep (it is impossible to save game in survival mode), as a result of which after a few days Nora’s hands begin to tremble violently while aiming, and the clarity of vision of the target disappears. Nora has rapid breathing and heart palpitations, making it difficult to hold her breath while aiming through the scope.
If Nora is subjected to frequent public humiliation (Bound in Publik, wearing a slave collar, public sex, etc.) then she may develop a Constant Feeling of Shame. In this state, Nora always feels humiliated and depressed. She is not only afraid to talk to anyone, but even to look into the eyes of the person she is talking to. If Nora is in the Constant Feeling of Shame state, her charisma and speech are reduced to zero. She is also easy to convince or intimidate as her self-esteem, spirit and willpower are always low.
To get rid of the consequences of mental traumas such as PTSD and Constant Feelings of Shame, Nora will need the help of hypnosis. To do this, Nora first needs to develop the ability to be hypnotized through regular hypnosis sessions (for PTSD 45 for Constant Feelings of Shame 30 level of hypnosis). Then find a hypnotherapist who will heal Nora for the caps or something else. Therefore, if Nora has any mental trauma, she will always be glad to have a person offering her a hypnosis session.
Further, if an NPC approaches Nora and offers her a relaxing massage, she will willingly agree because with PTSD this is the only way to relax and fall asleep.
 The massage therapist may also say: Looking at your unnatural gait and the blood stain on your clothes, I can assume that you are suffering from severe pain caused by damage to the soft tissue of the anus. I have an excellent medicine that will cure you in no time. If you allow, during the massage I will apply the medicine to your wounds, but this will require inserting a finger into your butt and thoroughly rubbing the medicine into the damaged tissues.
 If Nora takes a chance on such treatment, she will wake up after a relaxing massage and find that her butt is completely healthy. True, it may happen that, having woken up after the massage, Nora will find that her anus is even more damaged, and traces of dried sperm have appeared on the surface of her buttocks and thighs (the massage therapist used vegetable oil and Med-X instead of medicine so that Nora would not feel anything when he will fuck her sleeping). Or even worse. When Nora wakes up, relaxed by the massage and well-rested, she will find herself handcuffed with a slave collar around her neck and that all her clothes, weapons and the rest of her belongings have been stolen by a clever massage therapist.
If an NPC approaches Nora in a state of Constant Feeling of Shame and offers her any drink containing alcohol, then Nora will gratefully accept this drink. Alcohol will allow her to temporarily forget all the humiliations she was recently subjected to, and again feel self-confidence (charisma and speech will increase again).
