Today's update is focused on catching up on various updates made since, like, March, which turns out to be a number of mod translations.

Yes and no, and NO.

Sexlab is old, slow and some functions maybe not work, but it is completed by other mods : Sexlab tools, SUM...

Nothing nowadays can replace Sexlab, as it is a framework for many kinky mods among the better ones - which still are the better ones. FG - FlowerGirls - always was what it is named from, I mean an annoying flat-minded system for little girls. Ostim was long a baby-system with few mods available, no kink, no fun, and programmers disputing & asking fot personal intellectual property instead of working together (when I hear about intellectual property in tne shared-modding-world, I jump on my gun).

 

Sexlab-based creators proved an imaginative wit that doesn't exist anywhere else. Without their mods Skyrim would be as many RPG, not funny.

 

I plan some day to take the time to build a modded Skyrim with Ostim, just because it works fast an accurately, but I need intelligent and fun mods accorded to it. It seems to be slowly coming. Sex is good to make in real life but boring to look at if not especially 'spiced'.

I hope mods creators - including ZAZ - will work together to make full accordance with P+. I can save all the Sexlab world. Too many personal blocking. And we should just stop with DD. I definitely avoid any mod using it mandatorily.

Who cares ? All whose who know what it is made for and thus use it. As far as I know, nothing can fully replace it. ZAZ or ZAP is a bunch of assets & animations fit to restrain, punish, torture and so on, the PC, his followers, or even any NPC according to the mechanism of the different mods which use it. It is perfectly accurate for Skyrim word : medieval, cruel, kinky, nothing ridiculous like fetish catsuits or whatever (no DD...). Included torture furniture. Perfectly suitable for 'Defeat' mods, combat sex, kidnapping, or even just punishment organized by some kinky mods.

 

One of the best spicy features in Loverslab Skyrim is based on Insecurity & Injustice. I leads to very funny situations. For instance your follower may have a 'devious mind' and ask for money or sex, and when he gets angry with you, bad things happen. Of course bandits are not kind too, and just killing is not fun enough, eh ? And what to say about all peolple who have a go with you.

 

Well, the main problem for a long time and still now was a personal war between the DD team and ZAZ, DD providing heavy, unsufficient and inaccurate devices to build in Bodyslide, and ZAZ providing much more complete stuff, accurate in normal (non-fetish) play, and just working out of the box.

 

But some great mods like Devious Followers and Submissive Lola (both based on devious-minded follower behaviour) mandatorily stick to DD. So I wiped them out of my modding list. Anyway, no regret : as a matter of fact, after some time the creators turned these mods into over-complicated machines, and it broke the fun for me.

Hi, you're cute and witty and it's nice, but please don't forget that here (and on all & every Internet media) many, if not most, people aren't native american-english speakers. Among the best contributors we have Japanese, Korean, German, Russian, Ukrainian, French and whoever. So colloquial expressions may be painful to decipher for foreigners.

 

I meet a bunch of contibutors here who just chat as if they were at home or in the street in L.A. or N.Y. ; the purpose of topics is to share, so it's better to be understood. Nothing to say about English, practised in a classical way (when I was a boy I read A. Conan Doyle and Lovecraft in original text without effort) it's a perfect media. Just no teenager slang please.

My SE 1.5.97 was a Steam License and my hard disc broke at 95% of a very big modding job, so disgusted I decided to switch to a no-DRM AE. That is why.

 

Besides, I state that AE truly runs faster - with some specific problems. Will they be solved in v1170 ?

 

From this time, I lost most of the mods fitted for 1.5.97 that I had stored, and later I wasn't able to find all of them. Anyway modding again 1.5.97 would need to re-install Steam on one of my computers and downgrade from AE 1170 to get a legit 1.5.97, as it doesn't exist out of Steam. I have a few separate laptops but the older ones can't bear a heavy modding full of extra NPCs and added textures. I would need a desktop. Can do it one day, but would you explain the interest of it nowadays ? I'm open to discussion.

So, if one searchs the net a bit, one finds out, max speed increase in the lower perc. range.

Mainly it's done to introduce new functionality. Very good guess, 10% ( much to high, actual)

Companies need to make money, wnt make money. Those business responsible persons pull out all the stops for money.

How funny, today's update is going to cover that mod...

If you need the event bridge then you need the event bridge. AFAIK they're both the same, and the LE one should work on SE, but the version available through SD+ is more recently updated so probably the safer bet.

Random Sex-NG works without problems for me with Skyrim 1.6.1170, fantastic program!

 

The only problem I had is when used together with "Sexlab Cum Overlays Extended". If actors are send to sex via Random Sex-NG, and the cum effect gets applied, the game crashes when the face cum overlay is rendered, something is null when the BSDynamicTriShape "Face [Ovl<xx>] is rendered, no idea why (if I send the same actors to sex with MatchMaker this doesn't happen). But SCOE seems to have problems at the moment anyway, crashes if persistent cum is enabled and new cells are entered, incompatibilty with newest Racemenu (sometimes invisible actors after sex acts). I simply ditched SCOE, and am happy now.

In a different topic, I am gradually working through the Isle of Mara mod - there's some broken quest stages, so the simple fix will be some dwemer buttons to advance stages as a non immersive work around to get a set of quests that can go to completion. Then I'll go back through and see if I can patch together the quest stages and animations.

I dont know where you are at in this, but i had my own version of isle of mara but the version of estrus on nexus doesn't work since the dll is outdated :/

I'd started on tracking quest stages, for a brute force (add dwemer button to advance quest stage) as a backup to glitches in the animation/quest triggers. Unfortunately then got distracted trying to get CK on steam to work.

I'm not sure I heard from Bethesda News that Skyrim SE will update very soon about on Aug 8 using new land from Oblivion DLC for Skyrim SE in the CC store if an update or not I don't know so we will see on Aug if Bethesda will consider or not

Technically I'm supporting specifically 1170, but just about everything working for that will also work on 1130 too.
