As clever as that might seem it breaks the point of that kind of restraint since the blade guards provide a point that can be used by the restrained person to lift themselves off of the hilt of the sword.

? Those things don't appear to me to be "spikes". It's either handles or simply screws to lock it.

I am still wondering how it will be opened for a new "bearer", closed and reopened when the bearer is released -  the RL thing, not the Skyrim item.

It's definetly looking very complex, not so easy as the simple iron fiddle.

this is best i guess...those "spikes" are screws to fix the upper part to the bottom wood-panel...with wooden grip...both bottom-parts are fixed by wood-duwels....put all together it´s a nice sort of "fiddle"....

 

-I corrected mesh-errors, made that item more smaller, -made the scews more bigger, -the plates more thicker, melted the top-plate together (gap is away) and changed the form a little more to the original one...now it´s to me like a serious restraints-item-this piece of "cuff" can also be texture-changed, if wanted !

The way I see the heart stock working is this:  The device itself is quite heavy, especially with the thick metal section.  The prisoner has to either lift the device up, which strains and tires the arms and shoulders, or try to rest their arms, which rests the weight of the device and the arms where the points (dull as they are) dig into the flesh between neck and shoulders.  Over time, this would become quite the torment.

In every aspect has the stuff activated our fantasy-some of the items, I simply take it as "magic"-like the sword-or that leaf-heart (which I´d also like to create in real-life-which is pretty easy to create (all plates made of wood) and really "nice looking"!)

If somebody likes to create them, they would be suiting much more better inside of dd.

There´s a dildo in zap for a "handy" use btw, how it´s mechanically supposed to be-no machine, you can create animations by equipping the dildo with the common skeleton and add the dildo as animated object in CK-such sorts of animation I´d integrate in zap !

While I do love the roped version, I can't shake the feeling that the wedge is a bit too needlessly sharp. It only needs to be that sharp if it's used as a torture device like the wooden horse, but for this usage her vagina and anus are pointing out at the end of the wedge. Instead it's her torso and belly resting on the sharp edge. It looks as if she might get some serious injuries to vital organs if pressure is added to her back. (Plus, a dude might cut his cock on that thing if he ain't careful when taking advantage of the situation)

I came across a porn comic by a guy that calls himself 'Feather' which featured a device called 'The Wooden Donkey' which I feel may fit in this mod:

And we need a different horse-race, so to use a different riding - style on the horse, with hands bound-this was on my listing for v9, but I don´t know, how much trouble this is causing-maybe it´s not difficult and we can maybe also exchange some offsets with the standard horse riding, without locking the common functions of skyrim´s riding function.

 

ZAP could:

 

-offer different horses, which offer different "bound" riding styles, so that a modder can use such a horse for some "punishment"

-offer a "special saddle" for the normal horse

-offer a special static saddle on a block with a suiting rope bondage

- (in future)...offer a cart with the comic-wanted design, which is a furniture, that can tethered behind a normal horse
