Hi Vyxenne,

I'm running Sexlab 1.63, SOS SE, Flowergirls and AA FG for SE. So if I'm into a play through and want to switch from AA-FG to AA-SL, do you think it'd be alright if I clean the save as well prior to loading and installing AA-SL, or can I run AA-SL alongside these as well? I would like to have hotkey sos/scene control in the AA animations as well.

@Sevatt As Thenryb stated it shouldn't be a problem. That said, as long as you're using SoS-Full and not SoS-Light, you can have Schlong control with either FG or SL- PgUp and PgDn are the defaults for angling the schlong up and down, respectively.

Also, I would not recommend cleaning the save after uninstalling AA-FG and before installing AA-SL- the two versions of AA are virtually identical except for the animation handler, and there may be script instances that appear unattached with AA-FG uninstalled but which will be useful once you reinstall AA-SL even though you're installing a slightly different version. So install AA-SL first, go in-game and use it once (complete an AA quest to generate a sex scene) then save and quit, then check the savegame with Resaver. I doubt you will find anything that wasn't already there before you made the switch.

Matchmaker is an Oldrim mod and should be converted to SSE (by resaving the plugin in CK64) before using it, although it does seem to work right out of the box (no conversion) for most people.

SexLab 1.63 has hotkey controls to:

  • change the current animation without advancing the stage
  • advance the stage, skipping the rest of the current animation
  • end the scene early
  • cycle through all scene actors to apply alignment changes to
  • move selected scene actor up, down, forward, back, left or right
  • adjust selected actor's schlong angle up and down
  • toggle free cam

In addition there are MCM options for just about anything you could think of, including disabling animations you don't like, setting stage lengths for Foreplay, Normal and Aggressive scenes, enabling auto free cam and setting its speed, and selecting stripping options by biped slot for males and females- to name just a few from memory. :classic_biggrin:

I don't believe SL-Light had any more controls than SL-SE 1.63 has. I don't know anything about Enhanced spouse because I'm not the marryin' kind. :classic_wub:

Mods for SL-Lite do NOT work with  SL-Full.

I downloaded sexlab frame work and it will not even lstart the game now and kicks me back to the windows screen. Any ideas whats up? I disables most of the mods execpt sex lab, skyui and skse. I got to click on the skse loader and it will not even start and goes to the windows screen, I disable Sexlab and it works fine. Is there an issue with the sexlab beta mod?

SO basically what I have to do after I install the FNI and xp32 Max is this:

Install the framework 1,62, patch .63, run the FIN for animations and i am done? no need to add more animations from other packs? And what about Spouse Enhanced not having the dialog option? :frown: good thing is that anyway the stats for the mod works lol

ALSO I tried use the spell to start the sex scene witht he spell Framework gives you but when involving mroe actors it doesn't work... it makes only 2 people and i can't cast it on my self. what if i want only 2 NPC to make the scene instead of my self?

I had also a problem before with light that in the 1on1 scenes my character (male) used to do only lesbian or gay animations  in M and F situation -.-

Those are debug spells for testing only. Use the Matchmaker spells- that's what they're for.

Nope. SL ships with a ton of animations included.

SL 1.63 is not SL Light. The problems you had with a mod you no longer use are irrelevant to the discussion about SL 1.63.

The SE version should work with it unless the SKSE addons all have to be recompiled to work with SKSEVR

You can set up what items are stripped from men and women in the MCM menu for Sexlab, it's easy enough to leave their boots and gloves on for the whole sex act using it.

------------

If what you mean by "out of loop" is that the alignment between the actors is bad then that's no surprise at all.  All the animations were initially aligned by someone.  However that "someone" isn't always the same "someone" and since there are so many different and shapes of bodies available for playing with Skyrim if that "someone" preferred a different body for any of the actors they aligned the animation for than the body you have chosen to use it's highly likely the alignment will be off for most if not all animations.

That is why the Sexlab Framework has two different ways to adjust the alignment of the animations, there are values you can set in the MCM menu and hotkeys you can use while watching the sex act.  The hotkeys are my preferred method.

Using either method or a combination of the two you can adjust the alignment and Sexlab will remember that alignment for future sex acts using that animation and that combination of actors.  Please note that unless you have a mod that gives different races unique heights it is best you do not turn on the option in the Sexlab MCM to have unique alignment profiles for each race combination.  That way aligning a sex act between a Dunmer and an Orc will also mean it is aligned for Wood Elf with a Bosmer, only with a mod making some races larger and others smaller would you want that option turned on because it means the same sex act will have to be adjust for each race on race combination.

Also using the hotkeys the CTRL key when held down as you make adjustments makes it for that stage of the sex act only while not holding it down makes the adjustment to be applied to all stages.  The general recommendation is that you do not hold down the CTRL key for adjustments made during the first stage of the sex act and then hold it down when making changes for all subsequent stages, many sex acts only need to have that first stage adjusted to end up with all the rest of the stages being aligned.

Also note that once you have the sex acts aligned those alignments will still be there even if you start a new game since they are stored independent of the save game files.

-------------

Not sure what you mean by "move my player to an NPC".

Yeah good post about the alignment.

I still can never get the woman to strip off what I want, because it shows only my character's option in the MCM

No information about Sex tools in SE? It would be great to see it in SE. Picking a sex position through a hot key.

Also waiting for Race Menu to be fully initialized.

Don't worry about that "move my player to NPC" part, I got that covered.

I read somewhere that there are data-exposure difficulties in SKSE64 (caused by deficiencies in the SSE engine's 64-bit architecture) that prevent Racemenu64 Scaling and Overlays from EVER working, and there's nothing Expired or anyone else (short of Bethesda revising the engine) can do about it. On the other hand, I also read that Range Rovers get great fuel mileage and never break down, so obviously, I'm taking everything I read online with a grain of salt. :classic_tongue:

Where did you read that racemenu rumor from?

Most likely BS. It's probably going to take some more time to get it fully implemented.  I just want the damn Head export function, so I can kickstart and work individually on bodies like I did in Oldrim.

Apparently Racemenu Alpha was created on the nexusmods site, but is now deleted.

Go back to the top and download the hotfix.  It's required.

@Ashal could you compile your dll against sksevr or at least make it that it allows game runtime 1.3.64 too, so we can test for VR in parallel?

Something like

else if (skse->runtimeVersion != RUNTIME_VR_VERSION_1_3_64)

should do the trick.

I don't remember, which is why I said I read it "somewhere." I wasn't being evasive- I spend hours each day reading all kinds of Skyrim/Fallout stuff just to broaden my awareness of what is going on. The good part about that habit is that I tend to know a little bit about a lot of diverse game-related subjects. The bad part about it is that I tend not to know very much about anything. :classic_blink:

I sincerely hope you're right. I really, really miss the ability to make my dual daggers more like daggers and less like shortswords (Weapon scaling via Racemenu).

I got mine from Github. Never knew it was on the Nexus at any time since it's labeled an Alpha release.

Thanks for the correction. That said, I still cannot find dagger scaling that actually works in RM64- like it was in Oldrim Racemenu. Does your version of Racemenu64 have weapon scaling that actually results in smaller weapons in-game?

For Expired's RaceMenu plugins - watch this space:

https://github.com/expired6978/SKSE64Plugins/releases

There are some guides floating around on how to get all the pieces working.

I'm blocking updates and still running 1.5.23 / 2.0.6, so I'm still using the December 2017 RM64 release. The only later release requires 1.5.39 / 2.0.7, which I'm still not quite ready to go to due to concerns with the latest SMP-HDT releases and SKSE64 2.0.7.

Matchmaker is an Oldrim mod- it has not been officially ported to SSE as far as I know, but it's possible that it has and I just missed it. There is a "Matchmaker Light" version but I'm pretty sure it's for SexLab Light, which is not SexLab 1.63. The reason Oldrim Matchmaker has not been ported to SSE is probably that it is so incredibly simple for users to port it themselves- since it contains no meshes, no textures and no animations, all of which would require user intervention to convert to SSE, all you have to do is resave the plugin in CK64. Here is a link to Matchmaker per your request.

I hesitate to ask, but in all good conscience I must- when you say "using the framework only" does that mean that you did NOT download and install the required hotfix? If not, you need to do that. It's at the top of the SL 1.63 page. You also need Fuz Roh D'oh! and probably SoS-SE, which, again, is NOT the same version of SoS ("SoS-Light") you might have used with SL-Light. Apologies if you already knew this, but your statement literally says you only installed "the framework" and FNIS.

Posted

I installed the Fuz Roh D'oh!  and the SexLabFrameworkSE_v163_BETA2_HOTFIX_PATCH  if that's what I mean. I dunno about the SOS-SE, what is it? btw if i go in game and open from CMC the SexLab requirements and i go third person I have all OK aisde the creature pack wich i intentionally didn't install, how do i resave it in CK64? I am total noob.... I am so sorry to bother you with all this problems... i am new to this :frown::frown::frown:

Now I downloaded that matchmaker you linked to me and will figure out how reesave it... or dunno >.<

For the SoS i am using the 2 part zip for tempered skins....

I run Latest SKSE 2.0.7 and skyrim SSE 1.5.39.

I installed Sexlab Beta 1.63 and the BETA2 patch, all from scratch since i had "nothing" installed in my current SSE playthrough. (nothing as "nothing from sexlab" yet ;p ) My last use of Sexlab (?) date from the Oblivion years ^^

I added, i think the Matchmaker version made for Sexlab Light (which i never installed) and nothing happens. So yeah, i ve read above in the comments about the oldrim, full (?) version of Matchmaker and some simple way to convert it to SSE with the CK, since atm, the only way to trigger a scene is via the Self debug spell included in sexlab. i guess its normal unless i use FG or some others mods (?)

My real issues with Sexlab : it seems i cant have some changes made in the MCM properly saved, the only one i managed to changed and get back from relaunching the game and loading a save are the key binds, hopefully...

- Cant have the disabled animations saved from a session to another. if i untick them (ie, all the footjob ones, they will be back again again the time after. rather painfull when you like about 50% of the anims included in the base install..). In the rebuild section of the MCM, is it what the Registry reset is for ? anyway... with or without doing this (i tested these in multiple ways, quiting or not quiting and relaunching the game too etc, to catch a glitch, i cant have my changes on that at all... I just didnt tried to DELETE the disabled animation, thats not how its supposed to work anyway, yeah ?

- Keybinds allows you to switch back and forth through stages of Anims, and cycle through the enabled anims too,. ok, that works for me (except the irritating "end scene" when you didnt know it was the last stage of that anim :frown: ). but what about PICKING or choosing one ? the ony way i figured was : exiting to menu > MCM > go to sexlab Menu, some info on the current anim are displayed, corresponding to the sequence beeing played, if i select another one from the dropdown menu and click on "play anim" (or so) on the right, nothing happens. Do i miss something or is it that Sexlab misses that features ? Thats geting an issue when you have lots of anims installed...

- I just installed SLAL and managed to have two anims packs added and registered properly in Sexlab and working (in a longer cycle now then as i mentionned above...), i did the usual FNIS stuff as i always do when touching my install with anything related to anims, no problem...

SLAL MCM have his own Sexlab rebuild registry function. i tried it hoping that would fix my problem about disabled anims not beeing disabled fully (SLAL even says this function is made for that...). That wont work either :frown:

Note : SLAL MCM menu was added only when i created a (new) save , right after clicking "save". For sexlab, as far as i remember... i had to quit and relaunch the game to see it appear in the MCM menu list. Just wondering if its normal or reveals i got an issue... ?

Any help appreciated , starting with : do i use the registry function wrongly or do i have an "unexpected" issue that i dont see any origin.

Stripping in the MCM menu is Females on one side and Males on the the other but which TYPE of sex act the stripping is for is controlled by another field on the same MCM menu page (Normal, Foreplay and Aggressive).  Look for the "Timers and Stripping" menu page and not the "Strip Item Editor" page which is a different thing and is player specific.

You probably need to look through ALL of the menus for the Framework, it seems you have missed many options.  Be sure to note that there is normally a description for items that shows up at the bottom of the menu when you hover over a menu option which should always be read before you try changing a setting.

Okay I kept looking at strip item editor only. I went to that menu before, but just assumed it was for something else.

This is my third time asking, but do I convert sextools? <---It seems maybe I have to convert UI extensions for it to work?

If no one else has converted it then yes.

Nooooooooooo! That is SoS-Light and will not work with SexLab 1.63! Uninstall both parts of Tempered Skins and install Schlongs of Skyrim SE. Be careful when you install it that you do NOT authorize it to overwrite XPMSSE. SoS has its own male nude body replacer, so for now you'll be fine. There's an argument a spirited discussion raging in one of the threads around here about how to use Tempered Skins with SoS-SE without having two schlongs per man, and once some consensus is reached you can always get your beautiful TS body back at a later date.

As to how you resave the Matchmaker plugin, just open it up in the Creation Kit (64-bit version for SSE and FO4) and after it finally loads up (Say "Yes to All" to all the error messages) simply click the little diskette symbol to save the plugin as a Form Type 44 (SSE) plugin. That's it.
