I disbled and tried but no change. Same result like before I need another animation without oral for normal state.

In MCM\Sexlab\ExpressionSetting , The expressions are configured and enabled?

Are you using a specific facial expression pack?

 

Sexlab Expressions V3-110805-0-2-1753559733.zip  I use this one. Install it with your ModManager, and overwrite if prompted. In-game, go to MCM\SexlabExpression, import the “Pleasure” expression, and activate it.
