I downloaded sexlab frame work and it will not even lstart the game now and kicks me back to the windows screen. Any ideas whats up? I disables most of the mods execpt sex lab, skyui and skse. I got to click on the skse loader and it will not even start and goes to the windows screen, I disable Sexlab and it works fine. Is there an issue with the sexlab beta mod?

Did you intall the SL Hotfix to update 1.62 to 1.63? It's required.

Nooooooooooo! That is SoS-Light and will not work with SexLab 1.63! Uninstall both parts of Tempered Skins and install Schlongs of Skyrim SE. Be careful when you install it that you do NOT authorize it to overwrite XPMSSE. SoS has its own male nude body replacer, so for now you'll be fine. There's an argument a spirited discussion raging in one of the threads around here about how to use Tempered Skins with SoS-SE without having two schlongs per man, and once some consensus is reached you can always get your beautiful TS body back at a later date.

As to how you resave the Matchmaker plugin, just open it up in the Creation Kit (64-bit version for SSE and FO4) and after it finally loads up (Say "Yes to All" to all the error messages) simply click the little diskette symbol to save the plugin as a Form Type 44 (SSE) plugin. That's it.

Yes I know i am using https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3692-sos-light-version-with-tempered-skins-for-males-sse/ and for some reason it works anyway with SOS version, can i ask you the favor to upload for me the matchmaker  version made for CK64 please? i am not good using these things and i don't have that creation kit... pretty  please? :frown:

Yes I did. I am not sure what is going on. I download both files and put both on 7 zip and put both on nmm.

If no one else has converted it then yes.

Yes it works.

Also I've been using SOS light for the Sexlab animations and want to update it to the regular version. Do I need to re-register the animations?

Sos_light is compatible with the Sexlab 1.63 beta actually.

I have been using SOS light regularly. Although I'm going to update it to the regular version, since it'll give me more options. (Tired of banging chicks with a semi small penis) The only question is do I have to re-register the animations or not.

According to several people in this thread, none of the "*.Light" mods made for SL-Light are compatible with SL 1.63. So apparently, like over in the SMP thread, there are conflicting opinions, so I'll just stop sharing what I read. Sorry.

For those who are asking me to "upload Matchmaker" I have already linked to it, and posted detailed instructions on how to resave the plugin for SSE.

SOS Lite was made way before SL Lite, and doesn't depend on it.

It does work with SL Beta

I know, I used it with Flower Girls for months before SL Lite was released. Then I used it for the day or two I used SL-Lite before uninstalling SL-Lite due to the gender swap issue.

Obviously, I didn't know that, based on several posts categorically stating that none of the "Light" mods work with SL 1.63. Having just today read the previous post stating that it works, I know that now.

Something that I've been wondering. Has anyone experienced any severe frame rate drops in Castle Volkihar? It happened to me once after I had updated SexLab. It could also be the script extender but I'm not sure. Last time I went to Castle Volkihar, everything was fine, but I'm wondering about this from time to time.

Mods written to work with the Sexlab Lite Framework are the ones which DO NOT work with the full Sexlab Framework.  This is because the interface to start sex had to change for SL Lite so those mods are not compatible but since those mods were almost all converted from mods that were written to work with the full framework the original mod should be convertible if not already converted.

Mods like SOS Lite which was written to work with the full Sexlab Framework do not have that problem.

That should clarify the confusion.

HOWEVER...  Switching from SOS Lite to SOS Full or the other way around mid game is the same as switching out any other mod, highly not recommended because that is the source of a great many problems.  Wait until you start a new game to go switching mods.

I have a question, don't know if anyone can answer it, but when I adjust the animations mid sex scene do those save?, for example I move my character to be in line with someone thrusting in the air before her without even making contact will that save if I adjust it once?

All adjustments are saved. They are not only saved for the current game, since they aren't kept in the save game file they are also kept for subsequent games.

Something that just occurred to me. I'm using older than currently out versions of both XMPSE and FNIS. Is it possible they are interfering with SexLab's function in any way? Would it be functioning any different if they were up to date or something?

My version numbers might be slightly off, but:

XPMSE 4.31 is broken so don't use that. Stay on XPMSSE 4.20. FNIS 7.0 had issues, 7.0.1 fixed them, but otherwise you don't necessarily have to be on the latest version (7.2). Neither would really explain FPS drops.

Check out SSE Fixes. It could potentially be heavy Papyrus scripting too, but that's harder to track down.

Oh, I didn't ask for the FPS drops, it was just a thought I had since I was browsing nexus and saw that both had newer versions available. I'm not terribly comfortable with FNIS or XPMSE since they're tools and not simple mods, so I'm not sure what I should be doing with them. Thank you for posting the link, I will definitely check it out.

Tbh, I use the latest xLL version of FNIS, but my XPMSE is not updated, I haven't had a problem with the skeletons

Sometimes, the animations are off mainly because of the alignment. (Waxenfigure explained that part well.)

I tried everything I can think of to get sexlab to work. I will not start the game when the mod is loaded. I have the hotfix loaded too. Has anyone have had this problem and know how to fix it?

If you have to ask the question you're wasting your time. Just do it because it won't hurt to register them again even if they are already registered.

Got the download and the patch working. installs fine. Everything goes well until I save. Either quicksave or regular and I CTD. Any ideas?

Do tell if you ever find a solution to this. Works perfectly for me, until I have to load a savegame that uses this version of SL.

When I try to play an animation using a converted matchmaker mod, no animation plays. The two actors do not play any animation. During this time, in the console, the main error I see is something along these lines: Thread [0] starting the animation, Anim Cache : Miss (sorry I don't have the exact wording) Finally it will say "Anim Cache : unable to find valid default animations." It seems to me that the Sexlab animations are not being properly recognized as these default animations.

I've ran FNIS, fixed up my load order, reinstalled and rebuilt everything Sexlab related (just the Framework and Matchmaker are installed). I'm not really sure what is even going on here. No animations are considered default, yet all of them or toggled on. None have any tags, not sure if that matters. Thanks for any help
