jgrant1332 Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 So I've re-run FNIS, re-installed all my mods, etc but I'm still running into the same problem as before - it seems like it's the same issue that Parky has as well. Is there anything else I can try to fix this?
Gad_Donut Posted December 5, 2019 Posted December 5, 2019 OK, I have problem. A BIG one to be honest. My game instantly CDT after Sexlab finish instal.

Try disabling Aroused Creatures in the left panel (or just uninstalling if this is not MO2) and see if you can get past the SexLab install. If this works then make a new save without AC then reinstall AC with the patch and ensure that the patch files are overriding the files in AC.

I disabled SL, reinstalled it , same with SOS. Ran FNIS. Not sure what to do next.

Joes92 Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 I'm not sure this is where I should post this but II seem to be having an issue with this mod causing my game to crash when I turn into a werewolf has anyone else experienced this everything is installed correctly but whenever I turn into a werewolf a few seconds later the game crashes and It only happens when this mod is activated
myhouseatl Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 MO2 is still reporting that the Sexlabutil dosen't match SKSE version. I have SKSE 2.0.17 and the Sexlab description page say's 2.0.17 is a requirement. Is the link for Sexlab 8 not the 2.0.17 version?

Well i know that it only freezes up when i start a sex anim with the Player, you have disabled and reloaded any mod that might be related to the PC, disabled and reloaded SL, ran FNIS, check load order with Loot and still the same problem. I feel like it must be a missing texture or similar for the PC, as it does not matter which anim is running as long as the PC is involved.
Just Don't Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 3 hours ago, Player80 said: Despite my game loading fine, I get the infamous "teleport to giant camp" bug whenever a scene starts. Looking forward to the next update EDIT: I tried with the mirror version and it looks like it's working. I guess the main download is broken / outdated That bug has been around since 2016, an easy fix is to restore/clean/register anims again. So I wouldn't say this has something to do with this version in particular.
severusgoddess Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 i keep getting the: The failed plugins are: • Couldn't load SexLabUtil.dll (SexLabFrameworkSE v163 BETA8). The last error code was 193. from mo2 is there a fix for this or am i missing some plugin?

FeloniusMonk Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 I removed beta7 and the beta8 upgrade and installed the single beta8 version. Now, every time sex starts, the first stage always moves the camera around and positions my character at some weird angle or even away from the partner. I can press the [ key to re position them, and that works, but if there's any way I can fix this with a setting or something, please let me know. Note: This always happens only on stage 1. When it gets to the next stage, it fixes itself.
XDA Posted December 12, 2019 Posted December 12, 2019 What's the general consensus, LE vs SE? Are there any obvious disadvantages using Special edition vs original. Biggest concern is mod compatibility for me.

Biggest concern is mod compatibility for me. I can't speak for the General, or the Colonel either, so I'll just speak for myself: I jumped onto the SSE bandwagon not long after they launched it and gave it away for free. There were indeed some mod shortages at the beginning, but since SKSE64 became available a couple of years ago, virtually all the significant Oldrim mods have either been ported or replaced with scratch-built SSE equivalents (example: Ecotone Dual Sheath replaces Dual Sheath Redux, Improved Camera replaces Enhanced Camera while Immersive First Person has been released for SSE but was buggy AF and unusable last time I tried it, etc.) Everything I had and loved about Skyrim, including all of my mods, are in my SSE installation. SSE is more stable and prettier right out of the box. Even better, thanks to ESLs, I'm running more than 255 plugins with no issues. The only disadvantage I can think of is the ^$%&^%*&*) Crapware Club updates that Bethesda keeps shoving up our ToddHowards, breaking SKSE. Oldrim is not afflicted with this cancer. Thankfully, so far it hasn't taken the SKSE64 team long at all to update after Bethesda rolls its grenade into the room full of its customers and locks the door, and all the affected mods follow shortly behind that, so within a couple of weeks everything is generally updated. Meanwhile, those of us who don't want to be bothered with forced Skyrim-free holidays every couple of months are simply blocking updates and playing along happily, many of us several game versions behind the current one. For example, I'm playing v1.5.62, which is 3 versions behind the current version. So Bethesda's "Nuclear Option" isn't affecting me (and many others like me) very much. Go look at the mod statistics on the Nexus if you want to get a sense of where SSE is now in terms of available mods and numbers of downloads. I think you will be surprised.

Some modders are even expanding LE Sexlab (Osmels Mod tweaks for example) and I think some of my core mods are still not ported. At the same time I manage to run Oldrim quite stable on a potatoe and even use an ENB. The next thing in line is Fallout 4. I dont feel like going through the process of modding the same game twice o_O

Like Vyxenne mentioned, The only thing that keeps me leaning towards SE is the SMP. But I recently discovered that there is a mod for SMP in Oldrim. That being said, I'm not sure how tricky that would be to manage. Ultimately, you have to make the call as to what you will do.

Cheers. I'm gonna try SE for now. Havn't touched skyrim for a few years, and def not after SE was released. But if I encounter some major issues with compatibility, I might as well just switch back. I think my biggest concern with LE / Oldrim is just wether new mods are being developed for SE only, and LE being left out.

That's exactly what is happening with some mods. You mentioned SMP, which implies that you are interested in physics. For example, CBPC (a lower-cost alternative to HDT-SMP for SSE body physics only) has no LE counterpart that I'm aware of, HDT-SMP is no longer being developed for Oldrim but is being actively debugged and improved for SE by @srea and possibly others since it is now on open MIT license. Flower Girls has an Oldrim version, but development stopped on it over a year ago because the author no longer has an Oldrim installation. Oldrim Racemenu hasn't been updated since 2015 but is under active development in SSE, and not just due to Bethesda Crapware Club updates. There are others, but I'm sure you get the picture. 1

XDA Posted December 13, 2019 Posted December 13, 2019 What version of SE do you suggest running then? I understand that Bathesda are still pushing updaters for this PoS-game? xD
