If anyone wants to test it, I updated Github with a fix for the broken permanent bimbo curse and missing applications of makeup effects.

I could use some help troubleshooting two custom mesh for new races for SD.

If you know about troubleshooting mesh in nifskope so that they don't crash CKeditor, please reach out by private message and I will send you the files. I would really like to get this to work.

Coming soon to SexLab Dialogues.... something I have wanted to add for a long time to make things more interesting in my repetitive testing - a Mage Apprentice quest similar to the Blacksmith Apprentice.

This quest will get you to produce potions and enchantments, find and read books, learn more and more powerful spells and unlock the secrets of Magicka.

My goal is to walk the player through a progression that will get them powerful enough to deserve to be Archmage by the time they complete the College of Winterhold quest.

I am also experimenting with a different take on magicka: Instinctive Magic.

That system will be optional (to not mess with whatever Magicka overhaul you may be using).

With Instinctive Magic, your Magicka level will be severely stunted initially... to the point you can learn spells but unable to cast anything.

When you start combat, you receive a boost of Magicka from a rush of adrenaline. That should allow you to cast moderate spells.

As you get more and more damage, your Magicka will increase sharply, with a big boost when you get near death.

This is to simulate the effect you commonly see in Mutant stories where stress triggers a release of energy.

It's all about opening your mind to be more receptive to Magicka.

The max amount of Magicka will be controlled by your Magicka Mastery, calculated from the number of items you enchant, potions you mix, books you read, spells you learn, etc... and even a hook into hormonal levels from Hormones (bonus for being a Succubus, reduction from being a Bimbo). It is NOT linked to your level at all. I want it to be ridiculously low at rest and ridiculously high when you get close to death.

All this because I wanted to play as a helpless apprentice trying to actually learn Magic.

I have the basic system already implemented and I am finishing the first stage of becoming an apprentice.

The updates will be on Github in a couple of days if anyone wants to tinker with it.

Could you clarify what you mean by this.

Will it be dealing damage or receiving damage that increases your Magicka?

Both?

A combination of both, but one is more effective?

Taking damage only.

The idea is that pain is the gateway to receiving more magicka.

At rest, your mind is too busy with mundane thoughts to be receptive to magic energy.

That's great! I'm a fan of your blacksmith quest, one of the most immersive ones out there. Definitely gonna try this. :)

SD+ and sisterhood of dibella, enslaved to fjotra after corrupting the template; I tried giving gold, gems, sex, and a lot of each, but at the end of the first day fjotra's disposition dropped from -2 to -5. I've never had this problem before with SD+ enslavement, so I'm starting to wonder if possibly there's an issue with the new releases. SD+ was an upgrade from the previous version and sisterhood was a new install.

Someone asked about the lack of walkthrough..

I am trying to spend my time finishing the quests in my mods right now.

If anyone has the time to write up a walkthough for any of the mods, I will happily host the text on Github. Just PM me.

If you want to contribute and do not know how to code, this is your chance :)

I updated Github with a fix for both the issue with the Blacksmith quest given to anyone in Skyrim and the victim flag not being set properly during enslavement in SD+.

This update also include a fix from @thisispatrick for a bad check of Defeat soft dependency (https://github.com/SkyrimLL/SDPlus/pull/888) . Accepting a merge request in GitHub for SD+ makes me very happy :)

Please check it out if you want a fix. I won't be able to properly test it until next week because of upcoming work commitments offline.

I created an account on GitHub, but how do you download the fix?

Sorry for the delay, I was away last week.

Once you are on Github, you will have to go to the repository you want to extract from (https://github.com/SkyrimLL/SDPlus or https://github.com/SkyrimLL/SkLLmods), then to the '<> Code' tab where you can find the file structure.

There you can either download individual files or the whole folder.

Place them into your Skyrim/Data folder with the same folder structure after Data.

It took a while longer than I had hoped, but I am finally back to making changes to my mods after a busy summer.... starting with a new menu structure and better control over hair changes (color, hairloss) coming soon to Hormones... and by soon, I mean today.

I uploaded a bunch of SSE conversions kindly provided by @nomkaz .

I couldn't do it this morning because of LL's outage but I plan to remove SSE files from all of my mods download page and keep them only on the first post of my SSE conversions thread. This is to prevent mix ups when downloading SE version of LE and vice versa.

If you follow my Github page... I added a new repo for some of my patches (Warm Bodies and Puppet Master right now) and I added new folders under SDPlus for optional modules like SD Addon and Slave Tat event bridge.

I updated the github repos with these changes if anyone wants to take a look.

I am trying to stick to a monthly release of all my changes so the next update should be out at the end of the month.

So much for my plans for a monthly release.... both the end of the year holidays and work demands decided otherwise.

I am trying to get back on a rythm for a monthly release.

I posted a small status update about that on Tumblr today:

My apologies for anyone looking forward to more updates of my mods. They are coming and I still have plans for them, but progress will be slow as usual.

During times like these, when i spend most of my time at work troubleshooting code, the last thing I want to do when coming back home is troubleshooting yet more Skyrim code.

To keep the ideas flowing, I am currently splitting my time with modding when I can, playing Elder Scrolls Online (mostly to catch the daily reward) and going through my backlog of unplayed games - currently: Kingdom Come Deliverance.

Psh. Yeah right. Look to me for an example of how to do it right. I never take time off, nossir, and I always update my mods regularly. I would never, for example, go quiet for more than an entire year, then pop up with a big rambling post basically saying "sorry I'm late, no news and no updates."

Thanks,  Don't worry about it, you did an awesome job so far.  Keep up the good work, we can wait a while longer ?

One positive side effect of having to work from home more these days is that I am better able to scrape modding time here and there.

Another thing that helped a lot was trying out a new ENB mod and enjoying the results much better than the one I had before.

Having a game that's smooth, CTD free and good to look at helps a lot with endless rounds of mindless testing.

With that said, I am working on a bunch of small fixes and updates for several mods, with a goal to release them in a couple of weeks.

If you are interested, you can find a list in these two github pages (look for Closed issues under the milestones in green).
