Where exactly is it located? If it's not bugged and you meet the conditions for it to appear, it can be found inside the smelter in Markarth. If it is bugged etc. have a look at the FAQ and use the console commands to force it to appear.

I tried reinstalling the mod 10 times, removed all the other animations i had but i ran FNIS many times but i just cant make it work. If anyone has any tips pls let me know...

Do you mean all animations, or just the animations of sneaking into Solitude using the box? There are other ways to get into Solitude if that's the case, but getting just an A-pose for all animations even after reinstalling the mod, removing other mods, and running FNIS multiple times, it sounds like the next suggested fix is reinstalling Skyrim entirely. Does uninstalling the Thief mod remove the A-Pose problem? Or is it only when you uninstall the Thief mod AND run FNIS again?

No it is not Solitude, i played the mod on my PC and wanted to continue on my laptop so i skipped until 9.5 till the point when i agree to sleep with Kush. I removed all my other animations like Leito/Billy etc. reinstalled mod, ran FNIS, and the animation still gives me an A-pose.

It seems to be some sort of animation that started at some point but didn't finish properly. Alright, so if you have no working anims at all, my thought process goes like this: Are the anim files present? Check and make sure that the files ended up in the expected locations On LE, make sure that Dogma - Thief.bsa exists in \Data\ and is a readable .bsa archive On SE, make sure that there are .hkx files in \Data\meshes\actors\character\animations\bdanimations1\ Are the anim files readable? Anims made for LE are not valid for SE and vice-versa - make sure you have the right version of the mod files Many of the anims are originally made by Leito, try downloading the version-approriate Leito SLAL package and perform a bitwise comparison between two copies of a given animation If neither of those work, we'll try to come up with some other ideas

Try using the player.showinventory command to get a list of all items you're holding. If you can identify an equipped item (listed as worn) that has no listed name or has a name that matches drooling or whatever, use the player.unequip command to take it off. 8 hours ago, telefonfulke said: It does return control, but Haelga's diary won't appear I've never actually figured out the script conditions that force it to appear - from what I've seen it should be like a 24-hour wait. I usually find it on the floor under her bed or something or just add it to my inventory when I test these things. Use prid XX89f9fd and enable to force it to appear.

Yep, that helped. There are 2 "tongue oral" and "CumMonthS" when I removed them from the inventory it ran again as it should. However, they are only listed as normal items in the console, not as "worn".

The console gets a bit weird on the subject of equipped items. It will generally list an item by name with the correct FormID, and then the next entry in the list (just below the item name) is another entry for each equipped item that specifies the FormID of the ArmorAddon record, and whether or not the item is worn. Can't imagine why it was done that way except probably for debugging purposes. Most likely some QA grunt was tasked with equipping every item in the game one-at-a-time and making sure that only the correct ArmorAddon pieces were visible and worn, and the poor bastard had to check the console for each one as part of that. I recall there being some mod conflict that caused it... For me it didn't crash but the werewolf didn't have any animation, only my character have the animation. it work fine for her. 1

I recall there being some mod conflict that caused it... I remember the issue with SE was the packed bsa files with the behavior files. If you installed them loose it would work. When I used LE, that scene had many problems in the alpha, and I thought MNC was the problem, but Dogma eventually fixed it.

Only seems to effect some of the npcs added (for example it effects both bards, the cheesemonger, and the spice merchant, but not Ikol or the Porter). No vanilla NPCs effected. I've looked through TESEdit and see that Thief uses some custom body and some different custom texture sets, so I tried copying my regular hand textures in and changing names to match Thiefs custom texture names, but no luck. continues to effect same npcs. Anyone run into this problem and have a solution? Edit: problem may be related to interaction with SAM. Switching back to SOS seems to have resolved problem. Edited October 29, 2021 by Phosphoribosyl
