Hey here is a port of Monoman's Amputator Framework Beta v0.7 .

I used this version just for myself but it seems to work fine.

 

This is one of my first ports if i fucked something up please tell me :)

Unless I'm high, v0.7 is really really old....? 

In fact, I'm not sure there ever was a version 0.7 :P

 ah it is the 1.3 Version i just named it wrong, but i have seen you released 1.4 already...

ha too late :D

Here is the 1.4 port, but the crawling animation with missing legs is still missing and just "floats". :(

Do you have any idea about it?

Probably because 'Use glitched animation set' is disabled by default. 

Have a good read of the tooltip before enabling though to understand why it's default off.

I dont know... i think all crawling animation were not properly converted. Look at the debug message of my screenshot.

Can it be related to fnis Note?

 

I just followed this Guide (with additional esm->esp->esm with wyre bash) for converting maybe i will look for a more detailed one...

No I don't think so. I get that too with LE. 

It may be I messed something up with the animation set selection logic. I'll look into it.

Just for your information i ported your 1.5 Version and the error still occurs.

I wouldn't worry about it. There are probably three animation sets defined in the fnis file but there are actually only 2 animation sets. 

From the code it looks like a third set was planned but never done. 

There is only normal crawling and the glitched lower crawling.

Finally i find my problem... Amputator seem to be incompatible with fnis XL on SSE which i was using. All ports work perfectly fine with default version.

I spend way too much time to figure this out... sorry bothering

After my character has either lost both arms or a leg, enemy NPCs will no longer attack.

 

I'm not sure if this is Amputator or Sexlab Survival which causes this effect but how would I go about removing it?

dude did you find a fix for that?? I using FNIS XXL as well

What sort of symptoms are we talking about? "Incompatible" doesn't really help diagnosis.

Do you just mean the  AAset definition without any animation files provided  error messages in FNIS itelf?

In-game crashes?

Phantom limb syndrome?

 

I've managed to get Aloelpel's conversion (post#417) running with FNIS 7_6 XXL. Animation-wise it seems to work perfectly. Haven't tried the "glitched" set but the other two work.

 

I'm not 100% sure on the gameplay stability of it. Usually it correctly blocks equipping to missing hands, other times it doesn't (causing insta-crash). But I was getting those amputation crashes before I switched to XXL so I'm blaming either amp itself or SL survival.

Everthing was working fine except the crawl Animation was not played after amputation. Maybe it was some kind of combination problem of multiple mods. But in my case switching from XXL to normal fnis solved the problem. The fnis warning while building can be ignored, try for yourself if it works in your setup.

Sorry to barge in at a tangent, but exactly which version of AF is now most likely to work with SSE without blowing up the game?

Looking through this thread, there are multiple posts with extra parts thrown in!  I am rather confused over it all.

 

Might a guru please recommend the best download(s)?   I used to use AF in my LE game and would like to try it out again. Or is it still broken?  I use Nemesis now - I stopped using FNIS a while ago because Fore retired.

Hi, Mono

When my arm or leg gets chopped off they pop back in, SLS still counts them as being gone but visually they're still there. This doesn't happen when I do a clean start however halfway through my new game the same will happen. Any ideas of what might cause it?

Pop back on straight away or on some event? Certain events pop them back on. I think some mods do on game load as well. Mining for example used to pop them back until I started capturing the event and re-pop them off.

Well Something weird happened it fixed itself now on it's own so I'm not sure. Didn't change anything I think.

But what would happen was, 

arm got chopped, arm disappeared like you would want,

and then after 5 seconds or so it would just pop back, no action, no moving.

I had both arms chopped off, but after healing them I can't harvest any flowers anymore.

Barrels, doors, etc still work.

I tested with healing via the mods context menu and also via other mods nothing works.

 

*EDIT: I should mention that I'm using the SSE tweaked version
