For me the only time I have an issue is if for some reason the revert back to normal hairstyle doesn't work right away, and I fix this by using the elastic hairband or the catalogue again. It doesn't change my saved style. BoS might be interfering, I assume you are using the setting in BoS to let yps manage your hair (the new yps hair option in BoS mcm)?

 

Right now I am having an issue with Children of Lilith and hair color. CoL saves your mortal and succubus forms and applies them when you swap, hairstyles are saved but then revert to what yps has recorded, but for some reason hair color does not. I am working with the CoL author to try to figure it out, but if anyone has an idea that would be appreciated. CoL only seems to run the script on game load and when you trigger the transform, so shouldn't be overwriting yps constantly.

Ok, it kind of resolved itself.
Got a haircut, and afterwards using the book didn't change the style permanenty as it reverted after 8 seconds. The console log was still duplicated, so maybe thats intended.
I also noticed that the menus were working "better" this time. The messagebox appeared, i clicked on "OK" and only then the selection list appeared. After selecting an entry I saw the hair model appearing, then after idk 0,5 secs the menu reappeared and I could select finish selection.

Maybe some state was slightly buggy, since I could reproduce my issue before. Either way, seems to work as intended now.

The piercing thoughts are on a different timer and depend on how fast your piercings will heal.

Try changing the healing rate in the piercing section of YPS

Hello, I don't know if it has been solve or alreadya sked but I have an issue during the dibella quest. When I need to get my professional manicure done I have an error saying "Nail from /[yps] almond/ red/ does not exist, or syntax error in json file."

 

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

This is mentioned earlier in the forum.

I've encountered that problem using the SE version. I did a barbaric fix by altering the YPS item list to change the name of the missing nail form.

It works for some reason.

emily1673 says we've got an installation error or something. That I've never figured out, but the fix described earlier in the forum does work.

I am using sexlab p+, it stops working near the end of the dibella quest(error 11). It happens after the conversation with Yolie when she attach the new diamond earrings. Weird. Tried it 4 times. Belived  first it was the piercings from Tris.

That may be owing to me doing that fix or something similar with an updated version of YPS.

All I did both times with the fix is try to achieve agreement between the call for the nail type and available nail types. If it doesn't work for you, my apologies.

Regarding the application of keywords to glove enabling nail use with fingerless gloves (or bracers and the like), would using QAR work?

Quick Armor Rebalance permits adjustments to a number of aspects of worn items, including cost, weight, armor rating and keywords. Seems to work like a charm on the applications I've tried.

I guess I may as well just try it and see.

I can understand that. But is it possible for you to just give me the line you replace ? It kind of block me in my playthrough with the dibella quest

I'm not sure I remember which line I replaced the second time. The error message varies, and so does the replacement line.

In case anyone was wondering, yes I did notice that KS Hairdos updated a few days ago and yes, I am updating the json file for them slowly in my own time. I'll upload it when I'm finished to save the rest of you the struggle of going through it all yourselves. Currently I've added 1 hair and checked one for length, confirmed my suspicion, and haven't added it just yet. I'll get on to the rest of them soon.

Somehow, for some reason, each time I exit and start the game, YPS restarts to its initial setup prompts and the introductory quest gets started over again. Anyone know what's happening to my game?

I had a problem after applying nail polish, my hand texture disappeared, although the nails themselves are visible.

What's a good long hair mod with physics for the Dibella Quest on SSE? Preferably a smaller pack with just the long hairs without going full rapunzel. I use KS with physics and it makes it to tail bone length but as soon as it gets to the longest style it goes back to a short vanilla style completely ruining it. The Dint 999 works ok but I'd prefer a smaller mod with better long styles. I always end up with a really stringy hairdo with no body.

The latest version causes stuttering with frequent hair check enabled and Dint HDT hairstyle. It didn't do that before though, so something made it more performance heavy.

 

Edit: I should have mentioned that I had v6.21 in my previous game, so it's quite a big jump. But as long as it's updated when it's cut, without the frequemt check that's fine.
