LoneSurvivorMax Posted July 1, 2025 Posted July 1, 2025 Sorry if this has been asked before but is there any way to add different pubic hairs to the growth cycle? I could've sworn this used to go from stubble to full hair, but the first growth cycle on mine is a landing strip.
Fraying9981 Posted July 7, 2025 Posted July 7, 2025 what's the verdict regarding heels training? Is this one better than Devious Training? I know both are compatible as long as you only activate one. Just wondering if YPS is still worth it without heels training

I know both are compatible as long as you only activate one. Just wondering if YPS is still worth it without heels training Devious Training seems to be more 'hard core' than yps' heels training. According to DT's description, its purpose is to 'intensify the bondage experience' whereas heels training in yps is only marginally about bondage since the 'heels training device' spontaneously removes itself once your character's high heels training is completed. Plus Devious Training is LE only. As to whether it is 'worth it' to include yps in your load order, that is a determination only you can make. The base mod, as its description notes, is there to give those interested in such things the wherewithal to include various fashion elements into their game. The added quest, The Dibella Quest, which only peripherally touches on yps' fashion elements, (settable in the MCM) has a totally different goal, which you can explore if you so desire.
MAssx Posted July 12, 2025 Posted July 12, 2025 I'm having an issue where wearing high heels actually lowers the fashion level (going from very pretty to quite pretty). The fashion level in general seems to be lower than what it should be (the character has makeup, nail polish, pierced, shaved... but the level doesnt go above very pretty). Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?
Just to clarify -> DT is also SE/AE... I've been using it myself for several years. You can also use DT and YPS together - even activate the heels section in both mods... only then the training progress (the time settings) of both mods must be "synchronized." The "crooked" feet as the final stage of heels training... I don't even know who first came up with that idea. Why do I now have YPS next to DT in my load order? DT covers the bondage part for me... the mod with "Bimbos of Skyrim" is very interesting - the bonuses from the training cover the losses from BoS. Since you should also use YPS for BoS, I can integrate additional elements like makeup, hair, and fingernails for a Succubus playthrough. Furthermore, the mini-quest about the chastity piercing is an interesting element for a role-play scenario... for example, with an extremely sadistic and dominant Valerica (Serana's mother) 😈 Edited July 12, 2025 by Miauzi

Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong? Quick question - did you either buy the mirror or, if you're playing the Dibella Quest, did Lena give you a mirror? While the mirror won't change your fashion level, it will let you see what might be affecting it.

Using the mirror it says i have a fashion level of 13, it's affected by hair (waist length), shaved body hair, nail polish (both fingers and toes) and makeup. When I first downloaded the mod and started applying makeup it was much higher, don't know what could've cause this.
Guest Posted July 13, 2025 Posted July 13, 2025 I am having an issue... SSE 1.5.97, YPS 6.9.2, when I got my ears pierced the studs showed nicely, when I got the nostril pierced it did not show nor did the other facial piercings. Did I miss a setting or a MCM box? It was working fine the other day but I uninstalled SL Survival and SD+ and by doing that my Race menu broke, had to download a new file to get it to work, BOS tats are showing, any help is appreciated!

When I first downloaded the mod and started applying makeup it was much higher, don't know what could've cause this. The mirror shows both your current fashion level and the max level. Near as I can remember, the top three levels give you something like "Prettiest girl in the Hold", "Prettiest girl in Skyrim, and "Prettiest girl in Tamriel". For me, the top level is level 16, "Prettiest girl in Tamriel". What's the top level for you? I should note that the various makeup items change their value as they 'age', so when you initially apply any of them, you will get their highest value. The longer you wear an item, the lower its value becomes. All things being said, that still doesn't explain why you're not getting a better level that 'very pretty'. You've probably already done this, but try rereading the description page with respect to fashion levels. If you're playing the base yps, remember, fashion levels go down as time goes on, even if you are adding more fashion items. That's just how the mod was designed.

I'm currently trying to ensure high poly head works well with cotr before I continue with yps conversion and I guess some free time. It'll take me a minute to get reused to modifying the files on ms paint. I might prioritize getting something dirty and quick out with improvements later. Anunya Posted July 17, 2025 Posted July 17, 2025 Does anyone have experience with how YPS hair management interacts with Racemenu based mods changing hair? Submissive Lola has a thing where the Master can force a hairstyle on Lola, and there are also mods like Let Your Hair Down. Basically, I'm wondering what happens. Does changing your hairstyle mess up YPS permanently in that playthrough, or will the hair grow to a new default length eventually and be styled as usual?

Here is what I noticed: I put a KS hairdo (iirc) on my character and YPS would switch it to a vanilla hair piece. 1

Your hairstyle is only messed up until Lola's hair control is removed. Lola's hair change is temporary but the yps hair is underneath still running. This means that, to make Lola "work," you need to spawn in the default scissors and cut your hair to the length of the style Lola forced on you otherwise it will just magically be the same length yps has it set to once you regain control of your hairstyle again. I haven't experimented with Let Your Hair Down yet but I keep meaning to. YPS has a similar system with the elastic hair band but it's a little more clunky (but precise). Takes more than a single button click. Edited July 17, 2025 by Balgin 1
Coffinmeat Posted July 17, 2025 Posted July 17, 2025 Not sure this will work but I can see no way to add a comment. I’ve just finished the bottom surgery in the Debella quest and the Doc says the nurses will help me with dilation. Both nurses have the line of dialogue but when chosen they say that they would be happy to help but it can only be done once per day, check back later (paraphrasing here). They say I can go for a walk but not leave town. I’ve waited a week and checked in with both nurses multiple times a day and get the same lines. How long are you supposed to wait before I assume the quest has hung up and I should go advance the stage? Is there something I am missing? The clairvoyance spells po8nt me towards the two nurses but no where else. Yes I’ve walked and shopped around Whiterun, cooked small talked etc etc.

Yes I’ve walked and shopped around Whiterun, cooked small talked etc etc. This is a bug that affects some old saves but not others. The nurses refusing to acknowledge time has passed and do check ups is a bug. For now try opening the keyboard (the default key is "`" (unless you're on an American keyboard in which case it's something different but still the button on the top left of the keyboard that you basically never use for anything else) and type in the following without the speech marks "setstage YPS04DibellaFollower 1210" (or possibly 1200, check both) then hit Enter. That should progress you to the next quest stage as if you had been receiving regular dilation checks and enough days had passed. Stage 1200 is probably the stage you're currently on right now although you might be on stage 1190 instead. You can use "sqv YPS04DibellaFollower" to check which stage you're at. Also don't forget to close the developer console after entering the command. Hope this helps.

In my experience, if your PC goes for more that 24 hours without seeing the nurse/priestess for a dilation session, there will be a message telling you to go see one of them for your dilation session.

I’ll try further when I get more time. Do you know if there is an updated full stage plan for the quest in case I need to do more? Ie, a layout of the stages?
