Thanks. So, what's the etiquette on fixing bugs in a mod that hasn't been supported for five years? Is it permitted to post the corrected .pex file?

Big fan of your work with Fame Comments!  The main reason I'm using SLSF is because of Fame Comments.

FWIW, I've seen people post patches / .pex files for other mods.  I think I downloaded the SE port for SLSF from a thread attachment, where the conversion author mentioned they couldn't reach Versh so they posted the conversion.  Given it's been 2 years since that post, I don't think the author minds too much?

Can I make tattoo's visible while wearing armor? When I add armor to the exclude list it changes the player state to naked. The tattoo is on the upper chest and is visible with my armor on.

If you mean visible in the sense that SLSF will trigger fame with it when worn with armor in the same slot, no way I know of except the "exclude" list as you mentioned. I don't find it much of a problem in my games though. For example, if I'm wearing a "whore" tattoo in an armor slot (visible or not, depending upon armor skimpiness), it will be exposed for fame purposes when the PC is stripped for SL animations, and that's usually plenty enough exposure to increase SLSF Whore fame pretty quickly.

Thanks. I agree. If you have the corrected file, do you mind posting it here?

UIExtension is not required for the SLSF MCM to work. It is only needed for SLSF's separate in-game radial menu to work. If the MCM is not showing up, I would try the usual: 1) save and reload, 2) wait several minutes, 3) save and reload again, 4) try "setstage ski_configmanagerinstance 1" in console.

So I tried this and still nothing for me. I have reinstalled made new saves, all the normal troubleshooting tips other than wildly disabling mods. The MCM never shows up.

Next I would try reinstalling SkyUI.

Hello!

I want to request for feature. There is mod called MCM Helper on nexus:

MCM Helper at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

Developers often use it to create extra mod used with main mod that remember MCM settings that were set by user during game. After that when player starts a new game these setting are automatically loaded and applyied in MCM menu. It's very useful, because with huge amount of mods installed game save sometomes break. And it's often required to start a new game. And it's hard to remember all the settings of all mods. It would be good if they were set once and applyed to the new game automatically.

Can I ask to add this feature to Sex Lab - Sexual Fame 'Framework'?

Main problemme I have with Sexual Fame 'Framework' is that "Child Remover" option is enabled by default. And there are quest dialog in just the start of the game. It breaks if this option is enabled. I am talking about dialog of Ralof, Hod, Rerdur when player arrives to Riverwood. But there is a boy (don't remember his name) that should say 3 sentences in this conversation. So if all children are disabled then this dialog breaks.

I often forget to "untick" this option before arriving to Riverwood, so progression breaks. Or maybe there is other solution? Create fix for mod, so it will not remove children that used in quests?

Has anyone found a decent way to decrease fame gain from visible devices, while keeping other gain intact? I find it really annoying how just wearing fancy boots or cuffs (that could absolutely be passed off as a strange fashion statement) give you as much fame as running around naked would, and find that I have to wear some anonymizing headgear constantly (usually by cheating and marking gear that absolutely does not cover as such), but this still introduces problems when nude, since I then still don't want Submissive/Slave fame to increase as quickly as Exhibitionism fame.

I realize I could cap submissive gain at some value, but it would still reach that value incredibly quickly, while other fame levels remain at practically zero.

Are you using Public Whore?

I am, yes. Although I'm not sure why that's relevant?

Man I wish there was a way to disable exhibitionist fame gain. It's killing me with YPS. Is there a way to make the tattoos not register in SLSF? I know about Cum always hidden. But is there any way to have SLSF not register Head tattoo?

It took me quite some time and searching to realize there is an "obvious" feature to exclude slave tats by name in the mod menu (the ui extension wheel one accessed by a hotkey). For YPS just add "YpsFashion" to exclude list there and change location (at least it didn't work instantly for me). Hopefully it helps someone too^^

P.S. There is also an option to exclude armors, but I haven't tried it @Aldid

Yes, I use that feature quite often! However, it is the opposite of helpful if you want to decrease fame gain, as it makes the mod disregard that piece of armour for coverage/anonymity calculation. I.e, wearing an excluded armour is the same as wearing nothing at all, as far as SLSF is concerned.

Useful for preventing necklaces and the like from certain mods from preventing fame gain by making the PC anonymous though.

Thanks for mentioning this, I really like this mod, and this didn't make me drop it, but it did make me disable exhibitionist comments in the comment mod as basically every character would end up with fame through stuff like drool etc. Might take a while to include everything as for me its not just YPS but this is really useful to know. Thanks again.

so I have a question to this mod.

I have been using it for a while but I want to understand its working better.

The weight system for the NPC's allows you to put weight on whether they are dominant, neutral or submissive and then again kind, bastard or neutral.

Is 1 heavier then 20 or the other way around?

I scanned the explanations of the file page as well as the 18 pages here. Apologies if the explanation was given and I missed it.

Would appreciate the clarification.

Did you start a new game and a restart after character creation? That usually works relatively well for me (still a house of cards built on a Bethesda foundation).

Also, the naming format with a "-" in the MCM makes it go above "Se...".

I figured it out turns out I didn't have the zaz pack which I thought I did lmao

The mod seem to work well here. It shows I'm getting fame, it's correctly installed and all, but for some reason, fame is not increasing when I go to Fame View. Any ideas?

Are you sure you have Fame View set to the current location?

Yes yes, I had. I just reset Papyrus something and it started working, so now it's all good.

I can't find an option in the debug menu to mark headgear from mods as allowing anonymity - is there something I'm missing? Or is it a keyword I could add through manual editing? Thanks
