I've seen a bunch of people here complaining about these animations being dead silent and it was driving me nuts too so i thought i might as well share it with you since i spent 3h trying to figure out how all these tools worked to fix it myself. All you need to do is uninstall the SE 360 pack you got from Nexus and replace it with mine. Rebuild animations in FNIS and you're good to go! Quick disclaimer: I do not own these animations or the mod. I'm no modder either. I went in blindly and somehow pulled this off so if there's bugs i probably can't fix them. I tried it and it was working fine though. I'm just mentioning it because the patch note of the SE version had a line saying ''2017/12/12 V7.1 . . Addedd 360 support for female player. Fixed a bug that made male players use female walk/run after race change (e.g. werewolf)'' which i didn't see on the LE page so since i have no idea how those 2 versions actually differ i would avoid it if you guys play as male characters(just in case). If you're reading this i highly doubt you do though so there shouldn't be any problems. Heels Sound, the base Sexy Move mod and instead of the 360 pack you'd usually get from Nexus you need the one i converted and shared here.(not both just mine) When you say you don't get any sound do you mean it's dead silent and you don't hear ANY sound or all you can hear is the vanilla footsteps? If you can hear vanilla footsteps everything work as intended. The original SE port of the 360 pack was dead silent because of a bug (no vanilla sound). This kept the heels sound from playing on armors that allowed it even if you added the sound manually to it unless you uninstalled the 360 pack. While the SE version of 360 was left as is the oldrim version did get a fix. All i did was port it to SE and share it here so people could start using it again. If you do hear vanilla footsteps it means the guy who made the armor never added a patch for his heels to use the sound from the Heels Sound mod. In this case all you need to do is follow the instructions in the ''usage'' section of the main page here and add it manually to your favorite armors using TESVEdit. Might look complicated at first but i promise it's pretty simple. Linking your armor ESP to heels sound ESP is done in 2 clicks and the rest of it basically boil down to copying and pasting 1 line found in Heels Sound to any boots you want to add the sound to. Just take your time and read the steps to make sure you do it right the first time but don't worry you don't need to be a coding wizard. After you did it once or twice you'll be able to do them in batch in less than 5 min and add it to all of your favorite armors. 1

Are you guys aware of the astonishing True Directional Movement mod, which is a dll-based, true-360-movement mod that does not require any special 360 animations (works with whatever walk/run/sneak/combat animations you have) and includes swimming and jumping toward the camera as well as combat stance with weapons drawn and moving back toward the camera? It is a breakthrough mod, requires neither FNIS nor Nemesis (because it contains no animations- but of course your existing animations still require one or the other) and pretty much makes every other 360-movement mod obsolete. It works perfectly- my turns are smooth as butter and not limited to the 8 cardinal and semi-cardinal directions, and TDM has an AE version as well as an SSE version.
Tlam99 Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 Tried it and don't like it. If I walk backwards I want walk backwards and not turn the back to the enemy.

Of course, I'm sure you read this part of the TDM Description (quote below), where it explains that you can turn this feature off and thus back up instead of moving backwards toward the camera: Quote you also have the option to toggle settings in the MCM that will cause you to face the crosshair while moving and attacking, which will result in a vanilla-style movement but with improvements due to the camera not being completely locked to your character (e.g. better target lock, strafing while sprinting)

Lucky me ? For a moment I thought the color of the pumps would have leaked and stained the frame and maybe the whole desktop. I was impressed that you were still able to make a screenshot before panic sets in resulting in a frantic search for a rag. The lies were transparent before they got tainted in pink. I use sexy move for the animations themselves of course but the MAIN reason is the fact you can control the randomization of females NPC walking animation and have them make sense in the world. Ex: Armored = less sexy. I don't like having all females use the same walk or be totally random. I'd rather not have every animation like weapon drawn be 360 either. I could do without the 360 it's just a nice bonus when walking specifically. I never tried TDM so i would have to look first because i talk without really knowing but I'm not sure it could do what i want it to do. No idea when I'll look into it either i had to reformat my PC so i lost my gigantic list of mods(pre AE) and the idea of rebuilding it in AE one mod at a time to figure out what works and what doesn't sound like a nightmare. It's possible i might never find the motivation to come back to Skyrim because of it. Anniversary edition sound more like Funeral edition to me. Since i have to start from scratch and the world is ending i reinstalled Fallout 4 this time. xD

Also, it enables some interesting gameplay options- sometimes I set my own walk to #9, drink an NPC-included aphrodisiac elixir and flaunt my way through Solitude around midnight just to watch the lust break out all over town.

mpa855 Posted August 2, 2022 Posted August 2, 2022 Hi, I'm having an issue on AE where I hear the footstep sound infrequently and at random intervals when walking or running, maybe once every 5-10 steps, and never when jumping. Happens when manually adding the sound in SSEEdit and with armors that already had it added by the author. The behavior is also similar with vanilla and modded walk/run animations, and all versions of the mod, and all the files seem to be in place. Any ideas?
Vyxenne Posted August 2, 2022 Posted August 2, 2022 Based on its contents (no dll's), this mod should work fine in game versions 1.6.xxx. I can't test this bc I am using SSE 1.5.97 and will be for the foreseeable future (i.e. forever or until meh321 rewrites .Net Script Framework for game versions 1.6.xxx.) Hopefully, someone who's got it working for 1.6.xxx will respond to you.
Tkc Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 (edited) Made Synthesis patcher which can automatically distribute the sound set to valid high heeled boots, marked for HDTHighHeels or for NIOHH mods: https://github.com/TokcDK/SynHeelsSoundAdd Dont need to spend many time for manually adding or make hard dependency for mods. Synthesis patcher manager is here: https://github.com/Mutagen-Modding/Synthesis/releases . There are also many patches can be used from him and patching is very fast. Edited August 4, 2022 by Tkc 2
0nymous Posted August 22, 2022 Posted August 22, 2022 Does anyone know if/where to get a higher quality sound for the heels footsteps? I don't want to offend the author, but frankly, the sound quality for the snow and earth footsteps is absolutely awful to the point of breaking immersion (you can hear how shitty the microphone was recording them).
GIJ Posted August 30, 2022 Posted August 30, 2022 Hey fellas, I've having a new issue recently, when I walk any armor that has heels, there is no sound unless I draw out a weapon. It seems to work fine when I run, sprint or when I am in first person. Has anyone else dealt with this problem before and fixed it?
greenie01 Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 Can you please help me out with this step? What is "add Masters" on the TESVEdit? From what I quoted here, what is AA? And how do I assign high heels to AngelFSTHeelsFootstepSet? Quote Reassign the foot step set(in AA) of the high heels to "AngelFSTHeelsFootstepSet". The esp you modified will make "Heels Sound.esm" as master. If you are using TESVEdit, you have to right click the esp to add "Heels Sound.esm" as master, first. Quote

All i did was port the 360 from LE since it was updated to add the vanilla footstep sound back. The SE version on nexus was silent. As far as i know 360 doesn't add any sound to the game it's all .hkx files. All heels sounds come from the Heels Sound mod itself. You'd have to ask the mod author because I'm not sure why you had to edit any sound.. To be honest i don't know if any of these mods still work. I stopped playing when Anniversary launched because i didn't have the motivation to figure out what works and what doesn't anymore lol
