Okay so it's my first playthrough with this mod, everything works just fine except when I select to give birth the animation plays normally but I am not receiving any gems? I am supposed to pick them up myself or how does it work? The gems aren't appearing at all and so far I have been using console to give them to my inventory

There was a change to the XPMSE skeleton a while back that caused that kind of problem. A patch was made available here in the forum thread, and it worked for me. Unfortunately you'll probably have to scan back through many many pages to find the patch.

SGO IV Beta. It seems to be abandoned but it works. Although it does lack certain features from SGO III (the ability to toggle birthing empty and filled soul gems, for example).

thanks for reply but i don't actually see a download link in there and the description in the read me implies your game will explode if you download it haha was kind of hoping for something nicely packaged and non explodey

I've been using Beta6 and its rougly okay, the warnings I would give you is if you are saving a character as a preset to use in another save via racemenu, DISABLE SGO first then wait a while, as it seems to store the body,belly,breast weights in this file too which will break when importing them in the future

 

gem transfer, is still not in the mod yet either (if you want that sorta thing)

the milker armor doesnt support 3BBB bodies

 

Oh and lastly, the MCM is partially broken, the settings are cross save and the weights page doesnt work right, and you can break settings easily (this can be fixed if you delete the .json files in data/configs/dse-soulgem-oven

 

 

The dev has their own discord here if you want to keep up to date on progress (and/or complain), but yes it seems that development of the mod has been dead for over a year or so now

 

 

Final edit: There isn't a thread for the SE version of SGO unless you go to the authors page here on LL, so yes, its a little bit confusing to find the download unfortunately

Its here which will make it easier^^ and to make it even more confusing, it isnt tagged as a 'release' via github which is why its hidden, and even more, theres a page for beta 7

I tried installing Beta6 for Skyrim SE, I have skse, racemenu, and everything that's required but when I click enable mod in the mod configuration menu it keeps telling me that racmenu is required. But I have race menu, (the latest version). Any ideas?

If you're using the updated version of SE (1.6.x) then the issue is Racemenu. It hasn't been updated to run with that version. The only solution is to downgrade the game.

As a bonus, I have made a modified esp for the "TRX - Cow Girl Bikini" armor so it works as the SGO milker armor as the built-in version doesnt support the newer body types:

 

 

 

If the author is still working on the SSE version, i hope they will make a SSE thread to stop this confusion

Am I missing something or was a fix for gems spawning out of some random point in space ever fixed? I upgraded my skeleton for Skyrim LE a LONG time ago and that aspect of the mod has never worked since.. or at least I'm pretty sure that's what I've been seeing.

 

My character can get pregnant, produce milk, and birth gems but the only way I'm able to keep the gems is by exploiting a player home called "Shard of Coldharbour" which causes the gems to spawn just outside the main door of that player home.

A fix was provided in a post here in this thread, but was never incorporated into the mod or added to the download page, I think because the mod author hasn't been seen here for quite some time. Here's the patch, it works for me:

hello, since i couldnt find a comment section for the soulgem oven 4 for skyrim SE ill write here if its not a problem. I downloaded the soulgem oven version for SE and since i intalled the testicle of every male character in game became huge. Is there a way to disable this type of inflation? i dont know a way to disable the semen production mechanic?
