Is there a down side to the slave collar?  It seems a bit OP, at least on a succubus.

 

I am actually not sure if it's OP and I am grateful for any feedback concerning that. The design goal of the Slave Collar buffs is to negate stat losses incurred from being unable to wear any other gear. It's not really meant to make you -more- powerful compared to wearing armour. Basically what I want to do is making your naked self roughly as powerful as if you'd wear level appropriate armour.

Am i missing a setting somewhere? It seem when wearing the slave-collar, i am only ever taken by guys.

 

I destinctly remember gal's doing it aswell in previous builds, although sadly not very often, but now, even if i rub up against a woman when i start seeing the "eyes you with lust.." messages, some guy will end up teleporting in from half the town away and do it instead.

That observation is correct. Right now only guys are picked. This will change with version 2.7. I am currently improving the slave collar scenes.

I think the buff is a bit borderline.  I personally usually use the Lady Stone for the bonus to stamina regeneration and that plus the Slave Collar buff can make fights against non-ranged enemies a tad on the easy side.  I think one idea, and I feel like most of my suggestions go through some mathematics, but why not have the Slave Collar buff scale with arousal?  That way the 'slave girls are fair game' would actively undermine the players combat ability. :D

Have problems with cursed armbinder. It says that I'm wearing something. BUT I used a chest in my house and now have NO items except quest items in my inventory.

The magica regen part of the buff is definitely a bit much.  It acts like the weaker reward from the "Out of Balance" quest but is not time limited which makes for super easy magic leveling.

 

With the 50% damage reduction the added hitpoints may be a bit much.  The damage reduction alone should be fine, it's basically the damage reduction you'd get from ebony armor.

 

I've no opinion on the stamina regen.

The best ones are the containers that give you a key after you've been searching for ages, and then immediately trigger a trap to steal it back when you take it. Usually leaving you in even more gear, to boot. Those ones are sooooo cruel! :P

 

I was thinking it would be fun/funny to have DCL track the number of times that it's stolen keys from the player (yes, I'm aware that other mods can steal keys) and...I dunno maybe start a humorous quest after it happens a certain number of times where the player hunts down a group of key stealing Gnomes (obviously these aren't the only key stealing Gnomes in the world so keys would still get swiped once the quest is completed).  I was also thinking that it should be possible (not necessarily enabled by default) for the key stealing traps to steal the Slave Collar Key with a message along the lines of "Probably should have used this as soon as you found it.  Guess you don't really want to be free".

Hm, since nothing keeps you unlock the Slave Collar when you found the key - is there really anyone who doesn't unlock it right away? Other than that... it's cruel fun. I like it! Should I reset the Slave Collar's stat requirements too, while I am at it? :P

That observation is correct. Right now only guys are picked. This will change with version 2.7. I am currently improving the slave collar scenes.

 

 

While wearing the Slave Collar, Female guards would take me, most notably the female guards near the Falkreath Jarls house and the Solitude guard inside gate by The Winking Skeever. Finally got out of the Slave Collar after 62 sex acts and not sure about days. Otherwise I have all settings in MCM set to bisexual.

I've had a couple of instances where I'd left my main armor at home because I couldn't use it and I needed the inventory space.  So I guess that's at least one 'Yes' in answer to the 'Is there anyone who doesn't unlock immediately?' question.  Also, I mean why not reset the release requirements, right?  To your point though what if, when sex and/or day requirements where selected in addition to needing a key, the key could appear prior to meeting the day and/or sex requirements but would give a message of "This item is not ready to unlock" until the day and/or sex requirements are met thus upping the odds of the key getting swiped.

after playing through the cursed collar quest again i noticed that it doesn't make any mention of the fact that you locked yourself into the devices you know like rubbing it in or the feeling that you've made a big mistake giving into optimism and that there may really be no way out. with a random chance for the text to be the cursed items talking to you, training you, making you feel worthless and that you belong to them.

or better yet if you try to use the key before your able the collar tells you the a slave doesn't have the right to have keys and then destroys it and zaps you for good measure.

Either i don't understand some of the explanation Texts in the MCM or they are very misleading and/ or buggy.

 

I wanted a setting were i only get cursed by chest (with the logic that the valuables are in the chests and not in barrels or sacks).

So i changed the "Common Container Modifier" to 0.0, in the descripe text was mentioned that this setting includes barrels and sacks.

But i get cursed mostly from big sacks.

So what is it? Did i read the explanation wrong or is it a bug?

The setting should affect all containers labeled "Barrel", "Large Sack" or "Sack". It doesn't affect any other type of container.

 

You can activate the debug screen messages and check for the "Chance to find cursed loot = X" line when looting one of these containers. The value should be zero when Setting the Common Container Modifier to 0. If that's no the case we're dealing with an oddity.

I posted a screenshot of my settings in my previous post.

 

As I said,  I'd like to know what the debug screen message tells you when looting a common container (barrel or (large) sack)). It should say "Chance to find cursed loot: 0%" Can you confirm that?

 

The code looks completely fine to me, so I don't know what the issue is right now.

First off, awesome mod! :D

 

It would be cool if the chances of the different item categories could be adjusted. Right now it picks X items, but an armbinder or blindfold (uh-oh) is as probable as a belt. 

 

Keep up the good work though!

Kimy the new solicitation feature seems to be pretty rare for a chance of success.  Does it check npc preferences?  What sort of factors are involved?

 

Other than the base success chance set in MCM, factors are your arousal and their arousal. The more aroused both of you are, the higher the success chance.

At present there's a check box to turn on or off Chaurus impregnation. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a second checkbox to make this impregnation only happen if the routine is started by an actual Chaurus. This would allow mods like DCL to use the Tentacle animation and give the player an option to switch off impregnation unless attacked by a Chaurus. It just seems a bit odd to me that the pc can get infested with Chaurus eggs by opening a chest rather than from actually running into a Chaurus

I could actually disable the impregnation on my end, but isn't that the point of EC+? ;)

 

Within the context of a Chaurus attack yes, but outside of that it would be a nice option as it would allow a similar effect as Estrus Mimics without all the problem of having Estrus for Skyrim active. But I take your point and I'll move this over to DCL.

 

If you could add this as an option easily it would be rather good
