Deviously Cursed Loot LE 9.0 (2021-03-09)

Alright so its wierd.

I just updated the new version of Cursed loot. Great Job btw! So many awesome updates :D

So everytime my PC do the idle animation(HDT idle) where she moves her hands close to her breasts they change back to a small size.

Only temp solution is to go into Racemenu again and resize them again.

But then they shrink again when she does another idle. Its like the racemenu scales resets everytime she does a idle.

This did not happen before i updated Cursed Loot.

Feels like this should have nothing to do with cursed loot.

But removing Cursed loot or rolling back to version  4.8 and idle no longer resize the breasts.

Same thing also happens on a totally fresh Save.

I still use the same skeleton as before so that didnt change. Is it some sort of Fnis limit or hdt (i use the latest fnis version)

Anyone got a clue why that is happening?

Thanks for reading this wall of text :P

maybe it's an intentional fix to prevent clipping. though i never exp any of sorts myself.

now i detected a weirder bug?? on my game.

my default breasts should be of very realistic and below average size(yes i am not interested in boobs) but now on my new

let's call it test game.. their size jumped and locked at the level of melons O_o.

no matter what i do anywhere allows me to reduce them. can somebody free me from this curse (bug)

it's annoying how they cover half of my screen. :-/

Should problaby mentioned that this bug is happening without any devices whatsoever on.

Wierd thing is that it works perfect on version 4.8 but as soon as i update to 4.9 the bug shows  up again.

Going to stick with version 4.8 for now until  i or someone can  figure out why that is  happening.

Am i the only one getting this bug?

Read the note. That should start the quest and give you the marker, as I remember.

You know, this mod is awesome. I like the idea, but i always wanted to make a real playthrough with it. Not just play a weak character that get fucked every 5 seconds for doing it's job: Looting. First time i tried it, I messed everything up. I would constantly get stuck at the wrong time. By wrong, i don't mean bothering, i mean getting stuck. I usually ended up in a place where I MUST kill some creature to open a door, all that while my hand were bound and i was gagged. And that every 5 minutes because i lost my keys. Now, i can finally play it thanks to the cooldown.

Thanks dude, keep up the good work ;-)

Love the new Rubber Doll quest! Having a bit of an issue with it though.

I set the quest to use an open hood (one without a blindfold or gag). When the collar progresses and an equipped hood shows up in the inventory but does not appear on the character model. Further attempts to expand the collar get the box saying that it is expanding but it does not apply the hood to the model and it doesn't move on to applying the armbinder.

I can fix this by allowing a closed hood and it applies the bag-like one with no openings in it. It then has no problem adding on the armbinder.

BUT

The program then ignores whatever number I set the number of sex acts needed to remove a piece of the suit and defaults to 10. Worse, the character becomes unable to participate in sex acts. Anytime an NPC gets solicited or decides to take advantage of her they go into a sex act animation for a second and then default to masturbating while the PC bends over at the waist and clenches her legs. The act ends with a box coming up saying that the PC could not masturbate themselves and is hornier than they were before.

Love the quest and the mod. Thanks for all the hard work!

Kimy,

Um, I think whatever you've coded into the sex attacks feature, it can now cause mass npc disappearances.

I'm attaching a log where a sex attack triggered in whiterun marketplace drew all the npcs from the bannered mare - which is a different zone (and where I had triggered a previous sex attack). After the attack was over, everyone ran off and never returned. Only hulda and sam somehow made it back to the inn. Everyone else (12+ npcs, with populated towns and cities mod) went missing and didnt return. Tried fast travelling to windhelm and waiting till whiterun refreshed itself - they were all still missing. I reloaded.

Subsequent test :I triggered a sex attack in the drunken huntsman. Saved, rebooted the game, went to marketplace and triggered another. The entire population of the drunken hunstmen ran out, did their thing, then disappeared. They were not in the Huntsmen, or anywhere else in Whiterun. This time I tried player.moveto jenassa, who had been part of that sex attack.

Found every npc that belonged to the drunken huntsman high up in the air somewhere between whiterun and fort greymoor. Except the terrain was all weird and incomplete, and if I tried running towards either the fort or whiterun they'd vanish. (Ok this bit sounds trippy but it really happened) I dont have a log for this incident I'm afraid.

For everyone reading this: watch which npcs participate in sex attacks. If they should be in another zone, be very careful. From my experience they're not coming back without the help of the console. And thats assuming you know who's gone missing.

Just attached a screenshot of where I find npcs after they've vanished following a sex attack. In this case its just Olfina, but in another test I saw nearly a dozen npcs there. Shes only alive because I have a mod that sets all npcs to protected; everyone starts suspended high in the air, before gravity asserts itself. As stated, any attempt to run towards whiterun or any landmark results in the landmark or city disappearing. Apologies for not enclosing it in spoiler tags but uh, I'm a bit forum-challenged that way.

If you want more logs, I'll be happy to play out a few more sex attacks and attach them.

Further info: A naked dance attack in the bannered mare, followed by a timed sex attack in the marketplace did not trigger this cell-changing npc issue. I got it with a naked dance attack in the bannered mare, followed by a naked dance attack in the marketplace.

Okay, I got this as well, it was with version 4.8 already. Didn't know where it came from ... thought it was a strange one-time error.

I found it only because Danica was missing for the quest with the tree and the questmarker acting strange.

Teleporting to her, she was high in the air on a strange piece of terrain between Whiterun and the Fort as well. After jumping down of this "floating island" in god-mode I landed in a pile of corpses of npcs, that all fell to death.

DCL is even more devious than I thought. ;)

I have never encountered this error myself. What the code does/is supposed to do is resetting the positions of each NPC used in a sex attack to the exact state they were in when the scene started. All three dimensions are reset, including the z-axis, so they really shouldn't float in the air, and in fact I have seen this code working as intended a LOT. I guess this one requires some testing.

My post might have been swallowed up by the tides, so i'll just give a refresher:

- Boots and Armbinder of the Rubber Doll quest have big texture errors. They're heavily pixellated and just multicoloured. And i once CTD'd once i got them on.

- Hoods are broken. The blindfolded one had no texture at all. Head turned invisible, and i just got this white veil-like texture covering partof what would be the head. The non-blindfolded hood did have a mesh, but the texture was broken. It was split in 4 quarters coloured Yellow-ish and shiny grey-ish black.

- Rubber Doll quest was hard to initiate. Even with everything else on 0% and rubber doll at 100%, i got the flashbang rape event a few times instead.

- Combat surrender did not work. Got killed several times, but no surrender, sadly. Might just be my old problem, same as the sleep attacks, though the arousal and exhibition attacks and possibly the bondage attacks all worked.

EDIT: Oh right. Keep in mind I'm playing on a craptop with the lowest graphical setting and no antialiasing.

Same here, I must have read that note ten times now, looking for clues... no quest is starting. Can it be started via console?

if you taken the time to read my previous posts you would know that i tried everything within a modding content user's power to fix it

this includes the console command setstage (insert quest number) 10.  it triggers the quest yes, but the letter still fails to get recognized therefore fully hindering progress. at first i thought maybe cleaning it with a script cleaner software would do it, apparently not.

For some reason i have similar problems...

Despite kimi says the mod runs on low memory seems quite resource intensive on my pc...if mixed with other mods (i have a gaming PC).

To solve that waiting a day after changing mcm seems to help.

Also there is the new feature to reduce mod resources i still have to try.

Maybe the coordinates are correct, but wrong cell?

By and large it works exceptionally well! It had always been reliable for me, and I've played through many many sex attacks. As I said, the disappearing npcs issue only seems to happen when the sex attack for some reason attracts npcs from another cell, such as pulling the inhabitants of the bannered mare en masse into the whiterun marketplace to dogpile my character.

If the sex attack is initiated in the bannered mare, then those same npcs will happily resume their correct positions after the deed. For that reason, I find myself wondering if Jensern is onto something, about coordinates for the wrong cell.

I provided the log (attached in my first post on page 249) of the marketplace sex attack in hopes it could provide some clue as to why the sex attack attracted npcs from ANOTHER CELL, rather than the npcs already present in the marketplace.

I apologise if I'm uselessly restating myself and you already got all that.

Well I have discovered the issue with the incorrect body mesh with harnesses.

The harness is using the default female body (which is CBBE) for reference rather than the Ningheim race body of the character (Which is UNP)

made the default body UNP and dodgy texture seems have vanished

I don't recall this happening before I upgraded to 4.9 then back to 4.6 but the issue is sort of resolved.

At some point I will need to do a complete reinstall without RCOTS so I can use 4.9

That it grabs actors from another cell is quite possible. But even then the code should return the NPCs to their correct locations. One instance where I can see it failing is if it grabs NPCs from another -worldspace-. World spaces do not share a common coordinate system, so that wouldn't work well. I don't think my code should be able to pull NPCs across world space borders, though. Or...does it? Maybe someone having experienced the issue can enlighten me? :)

Odd. I never even tried it with UNP. I use CBBE Bodyslide and it works like a charm for me.

There are a number of very resource hungry mods around. And while I still don't think Cursed Loot remotely qualifies as one, it -does- require some CPU time every now and then (when initiating sex attacks and when triggering a cursed trap). If Papyrus is at 99% load all the time anyway, the total load could lead to issues in these cases. Have a look at your log and see if there are any coredumps or other signs of too much engine load logged. If yes, chances are that you're running too many script intensive mods.

Excellent update. I'm very fond of mods letting my character have a mind of her own, so to say, and the self-bondage fits perfectly into that. As it is now, I deny my character any pleasure that's not derived through DD More devious quests, Defeat, forced friendly NPC interactions and devious events, and the self-bondage component you've just added is another great component in presenting my character's psychology of arousal without my direct say-so.

Thanks!

Same weird textures for me, and I also have alot of ctd issues when another rubber doll item is supposed to get equipped aswell.

It seems it crashes alot when in the open world, but when inside of buildings it seems to be relatively stable.

I am unable to reproduce the texture issue some of you are reporting, so I am not sure how to remedy it at this time.

No texture issues here either.  But I did discover that DCL requires that Zaz animations actually be registered with SexLab or any scene with an armbinder will fail (this was not necessary, when it was just DDi substituting an armbinder animation on demand; Kimy's solution is smoother, but does require using up some animation slots that might be put to other uses).

I *HATE* it when that happens and I can't figure out why.

Just wondering, do you have more shiny catsuits installed yourself?

That's the only other mod I can think off I have myself that also has more then just black color catsuit.
