Bonding1005 Posted May 6, 2025 Posted May 6, 2025 I have to reopen the topic above. DCUR is not recognizing it´s event probability weights anymore. I´m getting pretty frustrated. Here´s what happened. - Yesterday, completely new game. Set the first 7 entries in the "events" page to 0 probability (standard, furniture, gas trap and the likes). Set the special ones (collars, rubber suit, slave belt etc) to their defaults. Set "only standard traps until" to level 1. Worked as it should. I got zapped with the rubber suit, after that the exhibitionist suit. Today after loading, first trap equipped the slave chastity belt. Got through levels 1-6. - Some time after that, it stopped doing what I set it to. Several standard traps in a row. Not a single special one (5+ traps). Maybe starting in level 7 or 8 if that matters. - I use mod organizer, apart from this issue everything works, next to no crashes, the last game I got to level 65 with this config. Apart from DCUR and its requirements, there´s "bondage furniture world", devious followers (paused), devious lore (shutdown), EC+, Laura´s bondage shop. Nothing special really. Bonding1005 Posted May 6, 2025 Posted May 6, 2025 I did some more testing. I loaded the last save where the mod "obeys" the probability settings. Character is level 6 - Set trap chance to 100%. Opened a container. Got zapped with a slave chastity belt. Great! - Used "player.setlevel 7". Same exercise, got a whore collar. Great! - Used "player.setlevel 8". Got a gas trap (set to zero chance). Damn! Failed. - Used "player.setlevel 9". Got a high sec harness (set to zero chance). Failed again. - Used "player.setlevel 10". Got standard arm cuffs (set to zero chance). Arrrrr.  So. It seems, that at least for my game, from level 8 the probability weight settings stop working and revert to (I assume) the standard setting. Question is, WHY????? 😢
Sara Blackheart42 Posted May 7, 2025 Posted May 7, 2025 (edited) So after alot of back and forth, i got this Mod finally working, but for some Reason the Mod isnt showing up in MCM even after 30 Mins of playing (I should mention that i had the AE Version installed before on the same Save) and i was curious if i broke something or if i had to enable that in the Files first (Settings Textdocument or something?) I did look for such a Thing but couldnt find anything, however while the Mod itself doesnt work yet (Looting doesnt do anything and while one of the Volkihar Vamps is already trying to fuck me (Which is annyoing cause i need to talk to him to start the Bloodchalice Quest) nothing actually happens) i can already see it showing up in the Command Console  Edit: Why is it that LITERALLY ANYTIME i ask for Help, i just find the Solution myself right after  Edit 2: Nevermind, i fixed a Problem i didnt even knew i had, but the Mod still doesnt show up in MCM Edited May 7, 2025 by Sara Blackheart42 Why is this happening?

In order to help, please give a bit more information. How do you install your mods? Are all dependencies installed? Are you using some mod organizer? Any other mods with missins MCM? Is it a completely new game or have you used a save file mid-playthrough? Did you sort your load order? Built all outfits with bodyslide? Used FNIS generator? Etc...

tommy58029 Posted May 20, 2025 Posted May 20, 2025 (edited) Hi guys,  I got some weird error here:  When I wear this "Improved Rubber Gloves of the Thief" I got this red exclamation mark. I have done the bodyslide thing to fit the body but it didn't work. The online resourced said it's missing its mesh file and I need to find the source file of this armor first. So checked its information and found out it's part of the DCL mod. Then I ran the SSEEdit but I can't find it with this base form ID of EA0D2C76. The things with the ID EAXXXX are the DCL LAL addon and they are not armor. Any ideas how to find this item or how to fix this mesh error issue? Thanks in advance Edited May 20, 2025 by tommy58029

I did somehow installed LE version DCL on my AE game. Classic myself being careless and thank you so much for pointing that out! But can you elaborate more about how you know that I installed wrong version of DCL by looking at the FormID?

Elsidia said you were looking at the wrong plugin, not that they could tell the plugin was LE by looking at the formid. DCL has two plugins, the one you were looking at was the live another life plugin, which wouldn't contain the files you need. Somehow, the way the game was loading the mods and the way xedit was, was different, which is bad. They mentioned it could be because you changed your load order after starting the game, which is not recommended. I understand the exclamation mark issue now. But I don't know how the mod loading order could be different. I'm using MO2 like most of the people 🤔

And i found that MO2 doesn't care about load order, if you not optimize it by loot. It can show one load order, but if some mod from this order needs take another place (like master files) it can load in xedit and in game in other place. So in MO2 it can show in another place as it loads into game. I usually use Vortex. Now, when i use both, i can say, that both have good and bad sides and no one is better.

ZeroDrool Posted June 20, 2025 Posted June 20, 2025 Cursed Loot keeps telling me some mod is removing important tags from children and then disables itself. I'm using NGVO Wabbajack and have disabled anything and everything related to children or NPCs but can't figure it out. Are there any common culprits or bug fixes that aren't obvious? Is there a mod that can just overwrite the everything and add whatever tags it needs?

Too many mods? I don't remember the number, but there's a hard limit on how many mods with MCM can be shown.

twsnider1138 Posted June 27, 2025 Posted June 27, 2025 So umm, apparently The Dollmaker did not approve of me stealing the, har har, master key from the floor by her bedroom door before she enslaved Chloe and I. So she sent thugs to kill me and they caught up to me INSIDE her house. To make matters worse, I was still doing courier in chains and had to liberally use the Kill console command to eliminate them. 🤣  just something I thought you’d find funny.
