that one needs the DLCs

I'm not arguing with you since you are the mod author but I checked before I posted the link, the requirements only list the following, nothing about the DLCs.

Required Mods/Install Order:

The full install guide (and a list of SLAL Packs) can be found here:
http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3524-sexlab-more-nasty-critters-install-guide/
WARNING1: uninstall MNC v9.# before installing v11, or you may overload FNIS with duplicated animation files.
WARNING2: uninstall Bad Dog's Vanilla Critters if you have it, it's assets are already included in MNCv11.
install mods in order shown:

Skyrim Script Extender (aka: SKSE)
http://skse.silverlock.org/

Fores New Idles (aka: FNIS) (don't forget to download the "FNIS Creature Pack")
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11811/

SkyUI
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863/

UIExtensions (needed for SexLabTools)

Sexlab Aroused Redux (you only need it's bsa file to prevent the "Creature Framework API reference not found" error)

More Nasty Critters

Suggested Load Order:
(Skyrim and it's DLCs here)
SexLab.esm
SexlabAroused.esm (only if it's fully installed)
CreatureFramework.esm
(Sexlab Addon\Plugin mod's .esm here)
(All other .esm mods here)
SkyUI.esp
UIExtensions.esp (needed for SexLabTools)
FNIS.esp
(All other .esp mods here)
SexLabTools.esp (optional)
MoreNastyCritters.esp
HentaiCreatures.esp (optional)
SexLabMatchMaker.esp (optional)
SLAnimLoader.esp
(Sexlab Addon\Plugin mod's .esp here)

most people around here have all the DLCs, therefor that mostly got overlooked.

And I'm one of those have all DLCs people.

I saw the all DLC's in the suggested which to me meant not a requirement but makes for a fuller experience with them.  That's why I thought it would work without all of them.  But I learned something new so its a good day.

Just followed those instructions. Some of the files I was instructed to delete weren't there already or the file path didn't exist, which I assume shouldn't be a problem. Game still crashes on startup.

check your other mods, something may be looking for the SexLabNudeCreatures.esp.

and make sure your not mixing up 32bit SLE mods with 64bit SSE mods.

I don't know what else would be. And I know I'm not using any SSE mods.

Apparently the issue is I was missing Creature Framework. Whoops. I thought that Sexlab came with creature framework already.

Do those instructions apply to the original non-SLAL version by dentarr? I can't seem to get rid of the animations from the non-SLAL version, resulting in duplicate animations and some of the animations not working properly.

By the way you may want to link that in the mod description page or mention it's in the downloads. Being the dumbass that I am I spent about 10 minutes looking for the upgrade procedure elsewhere on the page.

Edit:
Found a solution. For some reason resetting the animation registry in SexLab wasn't doing anything to the duplicate animations; But when I exported my settings, clicked "clean system" and then imported the settings the old animations were gone. Not sure if this is normal behaviour from SexLab that I don't understand or if it's a bug.

Hi I was wondering if there was any way to change the horses sexes? I have immersive horses and the patch and everytime i adopt a horse, it fades to black and forces them to be female. Does anybody know how to reverse that? Or prevent it? Ive seen other people have this issue but no solution :(

I'm not sure if I'm asking in the right place, but I'm having a strange issue that I don't know how to fix so I figured I'd try asking. For a while now I had this issue where Judah the german shepherd just wouldn't show up properly. The game doesn't crash when he loads in, I can still interact with him normally, he apparently moves around and I can hear him barking, but he doesn't have a model. I can start animations and all his files are there (meshes and textures) but he just won't load properly in game. This doesn't happen with any other creature and I'm not entirely sure how to go about fixing it.

I have the nifs, and I tried reinstalling MNC a few times, but he still just doesn't show up. I don't know why that is.

Are you using something other than the Hentai Creatures spells to summon Judah? If so then the mod that places him may be pointing to the wrong NIF location.

Make sure all your downloads are for the LE version.

If you are using NMM then it's possible the installation failed and the NIFs are either absent or corrupted in the Data folder. Make sure the downloaded archive is not corrupt (use 7zip or other archive software to test it or just try to extract the contents somewhere). There are bugs in NMM that can cause incomplete installations regardless of the number of attempts.

If Skyrim is installed in Program Files there may also be issues with Windows UAC which can cause files to become inaccessible. To fix that the installation will need to be moved to a Steam library outside of Program Files. Reddit has a handy guide for modding Skyrim including instructions on setting up a second Steam library.

If you are using MO2 then check the right panel Data tab and expand meshes/hentaicreatures folder. If the folder or Shepherd.nif files are not there then the installation is incorrect.

Neither the spell nor console commands spawn him properly, and all my mods are for LE (otherwise the game crashes on startup anyway, which has happened to me before). Even if it was NMM, I did recently also try just extracting all the files and adding them into the proper folders myself. The nif files are indeed where they should be. My Skyrim files are all on an SSD in a Steam folder, so they're not in Program Files.

Oh, never mind, I fixed it. There seems to have been something up with the scripts so that it didn't update to have "Judah" changed to "German Shepherd" as that's what he was updated to in-game, so trying to summon "Judah" wouldn't bring up anything as it didn't technically exist anymore.
