Alpia Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Was having pretty good luck with this Mod- thanks for making it- but when I upgraded to the latest version the mansion is now locked and it tells me a key is required to enter. 0_o I read back through a few pages to see if anyone else has encountered this problem, and apparently not. Is this normal and you have to talk to people to activate, or is is it a odd glitch popping up? There are two doors. One are key locked. Other should be open 24/24. What he said, other than that use the unlock command and take a look inside ONLY if BOTH doors are locked!!! maybe something in the mod is linked to this door and thats why the other is sealed. If you are standing facing the house from the street the right door. The worst that could happen with the unlock command is that you have to load your game again.
pinky6225 Posted June 22, 2014 Posted June 22, 2014 Noticed a conflict with the radient prostition tweaked mod if the NPC schedule is ticked on in that then it can pick the same NPC as animal mansion for a private show and the NPC seems to go with the RP tweaked NPC whore rather than the PC. Can avoid it by turning the npc schedule off before entering the mansion or using the NPC quest reset if it happens.

Search topic no results for frame rate so I would say nobody has problems with their framerate otherwise they allready asked the same. With so little information maybe your hardware just can't handle the load? maybe some scripts are interfering from other mods? Since its no freeze or a ctd I would say a lag of hardware. How low does it drop in the mansion? and how many fps do you have due normal gameplay?

I really like the companion and horse quest (although I may have to tweak the companion settings to match the quest Aela/Nadja/Ria to match the modified appearances of my original ones) Some things when I first tried it out (used the latest BTW) The horses/chaurus/bear/saber/etc. were all available during the party but I haven't done the horse/bear quests yet. I'm guessing party option was intended to be locked until you've collected enough animals through questing? Some errors with Valkas not following the character to the basement private rooms. The party NPC's sometimes are stuck standing around instead of taking their seats. I'm guessing it's not a scripted animation, but rather sandbox packages that don't work in the area(?) Some recommendations: - I recall having read somewhere in the thread about making the induction to the mansion to be a little more subtle like with the horse quest. Doesn't seem like it'll require tweaking script wise, just some changes to the dialogue/sales pitch to the job, with the reveal coming out as "too late to back out" - Have the party guests randomly cheer/clap during the show, or like in oblivion before have them do random masturbation animations while watching you perform. - I understand the animals in the basement are tame, but I was wondering if a cage separating the "stage" from the guests seats would be too out of theme? - Hoping that in the future you can have maybe 2-3 co-workers (mares/bitches) who have sandbox / scheduled / random performances in the private rooms / basement to add immersion. - Maybe an extension to the basement to serve as rooms/housing for the workers and the character. - Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down the line, a quest line where your character ends up as the owner of the establishment, can manage the girls/qorkers (outfit/animal preferences/etc.), and maybe acquire other vanilla/non-vanilla NPC's for the mansion. That said, really like the mod, and will be ff. it. Keep up the great work!

The party and all animals are currently unlocked for the purposes of testing, when the mod is more stable/complete, they'll be re-locked and only accessible after their respective quests.

Wouldn't that basically be this mod, but with bestiality? If I didn't suck at modding, I think it might actually be fairly easy to make "Guild Starter - Animal Mansion". Could go off the Guild Starter foundation that's already in place, add SL integration, new job types, etc and just alter the script that gives you the Guild Marker on start up to give it at the end of the animal mansion quest chain instead...

The would all be optional you could still start and play the mod in the same way, their would just be more immersive ways of starting the mod other than a Wealthy powerful beautiful dragonborn accepting the job up front. 2. It would be more immersive and they could range from blackmail to slavery if desired by just some simple up front dialouge and a coller that the character would wear but again this would be optional the player could chose to just voluntarly accept to work their and all of this would be avoided. 3. More options is allways a better thing So for a more a clearer clarifications: Start up: 1. You could still start the quest in the same way you do now. 2. You talk to an inn keeper or NPC who lets you know about the Mansion Reaching the Inn: 1. You start the quest the same way you do now 2. Poor/ Unknown: After you turn it down the innkeepr says that theirs alot of money involved and you can either say yes or no: If you say no a collar is put on you and you are forced along the quest line. 3. Rich/ Renowned: After you turn it down the innkeepr ask you if you'd be willing to at least catch animals for her and that she would pay well. If you say no you walk out, after all your the dragon born. If you say yes however, she shows you to the basement were she places a collar on a dog and then one on herself and shows you how she can order the dog around doing stuff. She then hands you the collar she was wearing and tells you to put it on so you can practice ordering the dog around. Once you place the collar on she reveals to you it wasn't the collar that allowed her to control the dog but an enchantment on the collar that allows only her to control those wearing the collar. The dragonborn now has to go down the questline as normal maybe with some different dialouge. 4.Thief/ Bounty in a Hold: The innkeeper offers you assyllum and to pay off your bounty if you will work for; If you say yes you continue on with the quest as normal maybe with a little different dialouge. If you say no she says she will have the guards in the next room that frequent the place arrest you. Saying yes you continue on like above saying no you get to run out since she was bluffing. Again this are just dialouge options not chnages to the mod that would change its atomsphere just additional options for people like me that find it immersively hard to handle that a renowned rich or poor unknown dragonborn given her beauty and combat skills would want to work as a beastiality whore. Just wanted to make it clear though because i think some people were confused about what i was suggesting this wouldn't force you to do these it would just add optional ways of starting work at the mansion, and pretty non evasive since it would be addition dialouge trees and a collar NOT pillories, whips, chains, and cages.

How low does it drop in the mansion? and how many fps do you have due normal gameplay? usually is 50 but when there are 4 NPC it drop to 20, but that is only inside the animal mansion & capture dream shop I've had problems in the past with the belted NPC's in the captured dreams shop overloading my game and crashing (they introduced a option to limit the amount of NPC's it now tracks). Are you using a mod that adds belts to regular NPC since by default there are none in the animal mansion that i saw

Is anything known that would stop the animations working? its only the animal ones the human animations work fine. The only recent Slab I have installed is Prison Overhaul and that works fine. I have tried removing and reinstalling the creature animations mods and even remove and replaced it in FNIS but nothing has worked. I hope someone will just say oh yes its a known problem just do this Please..... Try using the matchmaker target spell on a creature and see what it says, if it says your spell has fizzled then try using the rebuild option in the sexlab MCM to re-install sexlab and then re-register ZAZ animation pack on the sexlab tab of the ZAZ MCM menu and try the spell again and it should work, if it then works try some animal mansion animal sex and that should now work as well. If you haven't got matchmaker installed i'd recommend going and getting it since its a simple way of checking everything is working. I Installed Matchmaker and it did say your spell has fizzled so I tried as you said using the rebuild option in the sexlab MCM to re-install sexlab and then re-register ZAZ animation pack on the sexlab tab of the ZAZ MCM menu but nothing has changed it still says your spell has fizzled. Neodarkside Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Did you go into Sexlab and make sure "Allow Creature ANimations" is checked? If not none of the animations will work. Also run FNIS with FNIS Creature installed to double check the animations are installed for ZAZ and Sexlab.

Any Ideas what to try next? third time I say this if you have all requirements and all animations work only the creatures not. Its a simple click in the mcm menu there can't be other solutions because this is the only thing you could be missing if you have all required mods installed. the most common cause when all other animations besides the creatures work, is that you simply dont have enabled the animations in the sexlab mcm menu they are OFF by default you need the "Allow Creature Animations" checked in the SexLab configuration under Animation Settings. If you have checked this option and it still dont work you are 100% missing either the creature animations itself (read the requirements) or you don't have FNIS Creature Pack 5_1

So I decked out the private room (not the party room) in the basement with some straw and a bedroll, a water trough, and some food, and redid the lighting (actually, the whole mansion could use a lighting overhaul just for aesthetics). Maybe an idea for the next release?

Any Ideas what to try next? I Fixed the problem after re-installing all the animal mods and animations without success I reset the Animation Registry in SexLab and everything’s working Now. I want to thank you for trying to help and I expect doing what I’ve just done was something you expected me to have tried first. Anyway Thank you.

This kind of add ons should be great : - remove transitions if it's possible (click npc, click animal, click npc, ...) - animal gangbang with 2 or 3 animals (same or different races) - a new secret and dark room and quests to provide non-consenting NPC for animal gangbang rape party - new creatures - a be-fucked-by-animals skill : PC have to start with small animals to gain xp and get bigger ones after. Start with a horse is a bad idea and you lose life (with exhausted animation). More than 1 wolf and you lose life.

The rooms, if I understand correctly, are just placeholders for what it will look like when its finished. If I read correctly they will be kept in cages instead of just open rooms. I like the idea of the basement having a nice furnished room for the party, but cavern like cells for each of the animals to be housed in.
