Did you stop ascending after a while? Is that Z 0? I don't suppose there was anything like a huge load of fish, butterflies, dragonflies, etc. hovering there too?

I am still laughing when I look at that.How did that happen? I mean ever since I installed cursed loot that is the only place my pc has sex when outside, but where did the barrel come from? I tried everything I reseted sex lab and all that. But every sex scene started by cursed loot ends up 10 miles in the sky above that giant camp. The POPBHs work fine though, most of the time. But, if I take out cursed loot everything is perfect. So I don't know. Still, where did the barrel come from? And more importantly how was it? I mean with the barrel? Perhaps you should ask @Kimy if there is an issue with DCL. Although, come to think of it - that happens to me as well while I run DCL. I chucked it to my old save not being compatible with DCL. Leon and I were passing through Riften, and one of the guards liked what she saw, and decided to just take. Leon allowed it to happen. Heck of a master he is. This all happened next to that infamous barrel ... then boom ... we all got teleported in the middle of Whiterun above that giant camp.

Bleakwind Basin is the correct location.

I think it's called Volunruud.

That might be why I didn't recognize it. I haven't done the College of Winterhold questline for quite some time now. in the place where you go to get the things for the main questline, in markarth, above the jarl's palace. edit: now that i think about it, its the second floor of calcelmo's dwemer museum. Your second guess is very close, but it's not inside the museum. I think Atlas even has a map marker for it. Something like "Calcelmo's Balcony" or "Wizard's Balcony" or something? IIRC there isn't a marker in the vanilla game but it's been a while since I've played vanilla Skyrim so I could be wrong.
