It's just to the east of the path south from Nightgate Inn to Irkngthand. It's not marked on the UESP map, but the Atlas Map Markers mod calls it Yorgrim Forest Spider Trap.

There's a body lying there, which isn't the case with Eldergleam Sanctuary. I wish the lighting had been better, but I didn't get there until almost 10pm game time.

It's an animal den, I think it's the one near Fort Greenwall then? But I could be way off on that. I'm not up on my animal dens.

Wow, I'm impressed you got it. Atlas Map Markers has it marked as "Bear Cave", nearly due west of the "Hunter's Camp" that's marked on the UESP map by the name of the book ("Legend of Krately House") that is found there. The camp, in turn, is nearly due west of Falkreath. I was returning from the Twilight Sepulcher, saw the hunters camp on the HUD and realized I'd never been there before, so I detoured and ran into the bears. Bad luck for them
