It's not Talking Stone camp, I've been around there a lot lately. IIRC there's an Akatosh shrine just west of there though, up in the rocks a bit, like halfway between there and Rorikstead. I don't recall exactly what it looks like though... I might be off. EDIT: North of Rorikstead, southwest of Talking Stone. Something like that.
