I forgot about that. No idea where that chest is. I'm sure I've seen it before, but I can't recall where.

I only played Falskaar once, for a few hours, ran into a bug where a quest wouldn't progress. I think I reinstalled Skyrim at that point because of some other issues too. Anyway, I'm not going to be of any help. I don't know Falskaar, Enderal, Wyrmstooth, or any other mod like that...
