Unless... this is a trick question and it's Helgen. But the chest doesn't fit so I don't think so.

 

I wondered about Darkfall Cave, looking across the initial pit with the water. It's a little too light, but that could just be an ENB or lighting mod.

There's a sleeping bag at the bottom, so it can't be water. Then again I haven't gone through a latter part of DG questline in a long time, so I have no fresh recollection of how that place looks exactly.

Nah, that's Forgotten Vale. Near the river where all the Falmer are. Possibly the pass where the spider ambush is before you get to the Falmer proper.

My turn. I expect this to be fairly difficult, so I'll give some tips: this is a vanilla (non-DLC) location, it's decently large and contains several interior zones.

I only want the name it appears as on the main map, nothing fancy.
