I've uploaded a new version.  Hope you enjoy the Serana quest.

 

From my personal point of view it's freaking massive.  But, then again, I'm only one guy and not a team.  I will say that was a lot of hours of work.

 

Please read all of the Dawnguard Section on the main page.

 

I'm going to be updating the main page over the weekend, so if you get Updated Alerts it just me updating the page - not a new version.

Really looking forward to trying this out! Hopefully I'll be able to try this out soon, got too many RL issues going on to load it up right now but based on what you've done before, I know it'll be well worth it once I get the chance to try it out!


 

 

i have one question about fangs of desire quest , at the start the sex scene with sybill can she turn the player into a vampire ?

Yes, at the start of the sex scene with Sybille you can contract the Sanguinare Vampiris disease from her, which of course if you don't cure will turn you into a vampire. 

 

 

That part is cool.

And she warns you about it :)

"Adds Seran romance that runs through Dawnguard."
Lack a "a".

Otherwise, nice update, guess some more Dawnguard related content would be great later on, something Were Hunter related ?

I suggested that part originally as a non-dawnguard non-combat method of getting Vampirism actually.

 

Also my neighbour's upset with me. First he comes running because my shouting makes him think I've won the lottery, and he wants a piece. Next he's upset that it's fully voiced Serana romance, and his Skyrim is on a PS4.

Thanks for the update, but it seems like I am having a little issue, I do not know why, but I can't speak with Serana after speaking with her for the first time (she only says wow or something like that and I don't get any dialog menu), is that normal? and so, I did not speak with her near the boat, and after becoming a Vampire Lord I have to speak with Garan Marethi... and I can't speak to him neither, no dialog menu, he just says his usual lines, he doesn't give me any quests.

any help. please?  :(

i already have start dawnguard quest and be before enter in the soul cairn for first , i guess its ok for serana quest . (i already did the mark of dibella)

No, that's not normal.  I do not see that in my game and did not hear of that from anyone who tried the alpha version.

I will try to do the same with out the mod, and yes, it is in the bottom. the same issue happened to me during the Alpha version, but I assume it was because it was an Alpha version. I will test it right away. 

 

 

Edited: well, I tried almost everything, and I suspect it has something to do with the savefile and not the game itself, but starting a new character and traveling all the way and killing all those enemies will really take me a lot of time, so if there is any kind soul that could lend me a savefile before finding Serana so I can check if the problem is the savefile, I would really appreciate it  :)

Ah yea, time to some more epicness.

I don't have dawnguard & no intention of buying it. EXTREMLY disappointed it is required now. can you do both a vanilla version & dlc versions?  otherwise this is where my armorous adventure ends,. :(   sad cus this was my fav mod.

He just added the Dawnguard quest chain on new version... keep playing the previous version...?  it's normal its ask dawnguard since he added Serana & Co.  -_-

There's no need to update, just stay on the last version and you're golden.  It's all good.  The new version doesn't give anything new to Vanilla Skyrim.  It's just the previous stuff.

 

I wouldn't support two versions though, no.  I thought about it a lot and, in the end, I just had to do what was easiest for me.  Because, you know, I just mod for fun in my free time.

All you need is the reference ID of whatever you want to be next to in the game.  The MoveTo command takes care of the rest.

 

MoveTo - when you absolutely, positively need to get there right now without killing enemies.

I have 2 questions.

- Can you complete Seranas romance if you finished whole dawnguard storyline before? From what i read from quest stages it seems like it to late :(

- And secondly , your Elisif looks great. I see you mostly use rxkx22 mods for changing npcs, but i can't find any Elisif replaces that looks like one on your picture. Did you made her yourself?

 

 

All of it is Bijin or from the same author; Seranaholic, Toccata as Elisif, Bijin Warmaidens and Bijin Wives.  All highly recommended.

 

 

Sorry, the Dawnguard quest is one of those sweeping "Gone With The Wind" kinda deals.  It plays along with Dawnguard.

Shouldn't break anything in this mod.  The story is the story no matter how you play it.  It's Vampire / Dawnguard agnostic, although thematically the story itself probably works a lot better for a Dawnguard side playthrough where the player is not a vampire.

 

Couldn't say about if it breaks Dawnguard itself.  I'm assuming whatever that Mod is takes those things into account.

you know, if you have dragonborn dlc, maybe in futur the autor add some npc from solstheim in mod (Frea or else) and even at this time, you cant play it due to the fact you needed dawnguard dlc :/

 

(i know dawnguard is a bug nest for the game) but best way is to buy the dlc, even if you not make the quest at all if you are not interrested.

 

keep in mind skyrim never have been correct, i remember the launch (11-11-2011 at 2AM here) , 1 hours later play time, first crash coming when you encounter the first troll , all of this for a shitty "sound" bug that bethesda never have fixed for now...no need to say more about skyrim lol, thanks community for fix all this lazy devs bug
