Firstly, thanks for the feedback about Sapphire. It worked. I don't experience the Sapphire bug btw, she has dialogue. I also use the Thieves Guild as Follower mod, so she actually travels with sometime.

 

Now, I recently (with both Taming of Lydia, and Love and Death in Riften) started to experience repeated CTD during the unclothing phase of the s?x phase. I can't figure out why.

LOOT order seems good, cleaned mods with TES5Edit as needed, SexLab Framework looks ok. I did install the Non-SL Animations pack (based on recommendation on your site about the Kiss animation), but have only the Kiss animation activated.

 

Any ideas why the undress animation would cause repeated CTD?

Will AA work without the SL Framework? (I don't really need the animated porn, mainly play for the great dialogue and Dragon Age style romances)

Does Non-SL Animation pack conflict with SL Framework?

 

For the record:

AA is last in my loadorder, apart from Bijin Wives, Bijin Warmaidens, Seductress Serana (but switching it to dead last did not help either)

There is no Non-Sexlab version of the Mod.  Although your post makes me think that maybe that's something I want to finally provide.  You know, just for people who enjoy the added dialogue and quests.

 

Anyways, if you have SexLab 1.6+ then the kissing animation is included in it.  You can drop the Non-SL Animation pack.

 

The issue is definitely SexLab related since this Mod just throws calls to Sex Lab over the fence to the Framework.  But it would be helpful if you would post a Papyrus Log of the play which involves the crash.  It may help identify the root cause.

It's a skeleton issue/nude body issue. The body suits should be last resort only basicaly, you are expected to provide your own nude body mesh and textures and probably Schlongs of Skyrim as well as a skeleton like Groovatama's XPMSE. Without these things yes you will CTD, and probably quite often, no way around it.

 

 

I for one would definitely appreciate a non-SL version of this mod. I honestly think it is the BEST immersive mod out there (who in their right mind would marry anyone in Skyrim, when you could be dead the next day.... or hardly know the person), but, "lovers comfort" => for sure. Totally makes sense. Your work highly appreciated (and I compare to Vilja, etc.)

But maybe the sex part could be a minor cutscene (think Bioware Dragon Age stuff), or even just fade to night. I might be in the minority (as a middle aged married guy with kids roaming around my gaming area), but certainly appreciate you even considering the non-SL version.

lol, you can get pretty "descriptive" without anything actually going on and there'd be no ban. As long as you don't play the comment game with the retards at nexus and keep that part here you'll be fine. Look at  0S3XKY that's 100% a bonafide sex mod and it hasn't been taken down.

 

And if people get offended, they have to realized there's far worse things on nexus than a simple fade-to-black sex mod with some "sex talk" ignore them for the most part.

 

I would say go for it. More exposure for us folk at loverslab. you could also probably just copy and past the opening post and just make a few adjustments.

 

One more thing

Don't mention or link to LoversLab on nexus, they'll ban you for that.

I think LaEspada's take on things is very plausible. Ignoring comments and not mentioning LL are probably important. Of course, the only people who will ever see or hear the things you mention will be playing the mod.

 

 

Just finished Morthal. Your take of people and politics there were very good. They were not the same take I brought to the quests there, but they were better thought out than the vague impressions I'd carried with me from earlier playthroughs. Nice.

Besides the fact it would immediately be flagged as an adult mod, the dialogue is tame, compared to what ANY preteen can see or listen to on the web. If you're seriously concerned about getting banned (which I highly doubt would happen) you can always use a VPN and a different email address to sign up.
 
After all, you don't expect anybody to pay you for all your hard work and the appreciation of people on the Nexus would be at least 90% positive I'm sure. This is an outstanding mod that would/should be enjoyed by millions! Before life's final curtain, the things that will give us the most comfort will be knowing that through sharing our gifts, knowledge we had an impact on someone's life that was appreciated.

I totally think you will be fine. They guys at nexus don't really have a problem with sex per se. Many early sex mod, like Animated Prostitution, where developed there.

When Schlong was uploaded to the Nexus there was a bit of an uproar. Basically because a lot of Nexus users found a dick picture showing up in the Hotfiles (they had not checked the adult setting). But the staff was totally on the side of the mod and took a lot of time explaining users you're supposed to censor out adult stuff if you don't want them.

 

So what are the red lines then?

I think what they don't really want is be associated with rape or non consensual sex. They are much more in the spotlight and that could cause a press uproar against them. That's a big red line but there are exception even there... think of a mod like Estrus on the Nexus.

In any case our Amorous consensual sex Adventures would be safe.

Second. Don't make any mention to Loverslab. They get upset about that. I suppose both because is a competitor both because is full of non consensual/bestiality sex. 

You could also have a AA Nexus version connecting with 0sex. 

Third. Much more diligent on checking copyright issues (it the reason BEING FEMALE is currently down). AA is on the safe side also on this point.

 

 

If you decide to do the leap, I'm totally happy about that and I'll prepare a new AA showcase customized for the Nexus premiere (I've made a lot of views with LL mods premiering on Nexus, recently).

I think the only problem could be that you actually need to link the SL requirement.

 

Otherwise with ample warning for the adult content it should fly. Just my opinion though.

Now, I'm gonna be serious, just for a while.

I think it is highly probable that Amorous Adventures will be accepted on Nexus and I am 100% sure it will be very popular (mildly speaking). I'm also certain that you are right about the result: you'll have less time for the mod's development, because of support that users will demand from you. Let's be honest, people don't read mods' descriptions, don't bother to read the thread - it happens here, it happens on the Nexus, everywhere. Also, I suppose you will be attacked by some hypocrites because of the nature of the mod. Yet, above all those, your  mod will receive the attention and praise it deserves. And maybe some modders will pick up the idea of how to give voice to the characters they create which in turn will give us, users, better follower mods (for example)...

... just my thoughts on the subject. Anyway, whatever you decide, I wish all the best. You're always be one of the top mod authors we know.

I think it should be fine FoxFingers, but upload it in November so we can vote it for the file of the month. There aren't many quest mods out there, even less with voice acting, and good ones are really, really rare. The amount and quality of content you produced should easily win you file of the month, and you deserve recognition for your work. Cheers!

Honestly, I couldn't even get the plain black ImageSpaceModifier with cross fade to work.  That's how you'd show pics like that in game (cool pics, BTW).

 

I googled up they could be buggy with an ENB.

 

I went with the Low-Tech solution.  Basic screen fade and a message box.  That's the "clean" version I uploaded yesterday.

 

I'll just have to draw them a picture with Words, I guess.

Couldn't agree more.

 

One of the best examples is HDT Bounce and Jiggles mod with lots of references to LL (and obviously no links). It comes with working vagina option, so it's surely quite an adult mod, yet it's permitted. Yes, it's absurd, although... it works .

Yes, you can update without losing your quest progress.  See the instructions on the front page.

 

Pretty much all the answers to your basic questions are detailed on the front page: Walkthrus, requirements, updating directions, etc.

 

I mean, that's why the Mod has a very detailed front page.  That's what it's there for.

Dang it!

Now have even more issues.

I can talk to Idgrod but after that nothing happens, I can say "Aren't you a pretty lady". (or something like that) and then nothing happens.

Also all the dialogue is gone. When i talk to Serana the lines appear but i don't hear the voice.

Another problem is that the Animations won't start. I tell Serana to feed on me and then i accept her offer to 'help' but then she just walks away.

 

What is going on?
