If the game crashes at startup, there are two options: incompatible SKSE plugins or missing esm, on which other mods depend.

 

I advise you to try to reassemble all mods, starting from the lowest DD NG dependencies (and there is quite a big tree if you dig). Check for updates for all mods and plugins, this will give hope that they are compatible.

 

Start the build and test the game at every stage. So that it will at least start up. Your situation unfortunately is not uncommon in our weird mod hobby :(

To trace the model from the armor in the game to the BodySlide preset, it's better to use SSEdit:
- Find the armor model and find the Armor Addons (Armature) used
- For Armor Addons find the nif files used.
- Search the BodySlide preset files to find those that generate the given nif files.

that's weird. those outfits have been built so they shouldnt be invisible, but they are. i am playing as a high elf, could that be it?

Just got the latest version. I´m having ctd when I´m hovering over Black Goo.

I´m not the only one with the problem. Apparently a texture bug that was supposed to be fixed in the current version, but it´s clearly not.

As an Unforgiving Skyrim User this issue is really bad for me. Can I fix this myself, and if, how? Or do I have to wait for a fix?

I'm sorry I couldn't get it to patch no. I thought someone else might have had this problem, so I gave up trying to get it to work. Nothing online really points to anything meaningful, so I just dropped this mod at least until there is an alternative way

Thank you for the response, I figured it out, it was a mod conflict with another mod, called Bikini breakdown remastered or something similar. Sorry for wasting your time, thank you so much.

There is now Custom Outfits section in MCM to configure outfits. Could you please clarify that what specific functionality was before and is now gone?

 

If we're talking about dressing a character in an outfit, you can now do that on the MCM page mentioned above. First you need to enable Debug Mode (UD-> General), and then the Equip button will become available.

As far as I know, with TFC enabled you can't open most of the menus. It's the way Skyrim works. Maybe there are mods that change this behavior.

 

If we are talking about UD, it has Hardcore Mode option (UD -> Custom Devices). But it regulates access to the menu with normal camera mode only.

The esp has all races configured for this object. I have everything working in the game too.

 

Is this the only device you have that is not showing up? If you have Mod Organizer, maybe the output from BodySlide is saved to some excluded folder/mod?

Look for posts in the previous Page that reads "SOLVED".

a few gags and this suit isnt working as far as i know for now. i might go through the outfits in this mod to see which ones are invisible.

i am using vortex and just to be certain, i re ran ddng catsuits (and technically all the outfits from ddng 3ba and dd 3ba groups in bodyslide studio) and the issue still persists.

Devices are not displayed properly on males with "Allow on males" option on.

 

I have DD5.2 with BRRF and For Him installed, as well as DDNG 0.4.1 with patches for both. Built all the necessary meshes in Bodyslide, including regular BRRT then built it over with DDNG and overwrote if necessary. Stating this in case someone mentions it: I have no issues with devices on females. UD is version 3.0 and I also have a DDNG UD patch from here:

In the MCM options I set the devices to be allowed on males. During Saarthal exploration Tolfdir walked into a goo trap (which he ALWAYS does).

This is how he looked after being bound:

Apparently he got bound in female version of the devices, which do not have male meshes.

I had to debug him out of those because I couldn't be arsed with freeing him manually. I then turned the "allow on males" option off.

 

I'm not sure how realistic it is to expect this issue to be addressed, but I'm reporting it for posterity.

It was possible, because when you were in free cam and used wait menu it skipped the time way faster than it would without free cam.
I turned off hardcore mode, but i still can't wait or use inventory in free cam.

Sorry, I wasn't even aware of that possibility.

 

And yeah, it seems to be something in UD that blocks the menus with TFC. I'll start an issue.

Dunno. Enabling this option just makes it so UD traps/shouts/weapons affect them. Otherwise they're immune.

 

As for the question if the For Him devices are displayed properly at all - dunno as well, I never checked, nor do I plan to. Males in bondage are total opposite of my kink. Usually I don't even install FH at all. I only did now and toggled the UD option for shits and giggles.

I'm confused about this feature. I don't understand the purpose that this feature is intended for. I don't understand how to role play with this feature.

 

Either notification messages are needed, or the user interface needs to visually indicate what is happening.

 

For example, if a notification was displayed such as "Iron Chastity Belt poisoned you", then I could role play that I need to remove that item before the bad event happens again.

It's devices that add cast random magic effects. Poison is a separate modification to random magic effects. If you examine the devices modifications in the struggle menus you can find this info. The random magic effects seem to be cosmetic, the poison, well id prioritize getting out of those devices fast. You can also use the debug to expose the modifications and remove them if yo wish. Like the sweetroll condition doesnt work. Also only saw this post cause i just downloaded your POP JK patch, dont know if someone else already answered.

Hi thank you for the reply, in the sub category of abadon plug there was an option below the anal variant selection to allow you to pick which set gets equipped when you pick up the plug in the quest. It was a drop down in the LE version.

With the previous version all DD devices had properly patched function, but I am testing the newer version right now the only devices that have UD functions are the Abadon devices.

Is there a setting I might have missed? The patcher menu looks normal to me.

No, because there is no DD patch in the new FOMOD. You are expected to patch it yourself using a method I don't even understand with some sort of external patcher I never even heard about until now, so yeah...

Makes one wonder why the xEdit script method isn't good enough anymore.

 

Anyway, there is a working DD patch posted on the first page of this thread, in one of the posts, just scroll down.

To unlock this device you will need Restraints Key (zad_RestraintsKey). If character (or helper) has proper key in the inventory, the "Unlock" button will appear in the menu above.

 

You could also use lockpicks for this device. But they must be in the character's (or helpers) bag.

I tried putting it into the folder of UD where the other esp files are, but it doesn´t seem to be active. I tried a new game and it did nothing and when I removed it and loaded the safe I didn´t get the usual warning that I am missing an esp.

Is there something else I need to do to get it running?

Sounds like you didn't activate/enable it in your mod manager.

I am seeing the same problem. Big lag spikes periodically while running around in exterior cells, occurs both when wearing devices and when not wearing any devices.

 

DD NG 0.4.1 + UD 3.0 + OSL Aroused are the only differences between this MO2 profile and my previous MO2 profile (DD NG 0.3.7 + UD 2.1.1) which doesn't have these lag spikes.

 

EDIT: After some more testing, I think that the lag spikes might coincide with crossing cell boundaries; in other words, when each cell gets loaded.

 

EDIT2: Created a new MO2 profile and tested DD NG 0.4.1 + UD 2.1.1 even though that is not a supported combination. No lag spikes. That rules out DD NG as the cause. The problem is either due to UD 3.0 or OSL Aroused.
