Is there a way to configure which modifier appears on which device type? I saw there was a preferred and forbidden device type in the mcm but I can't edit that. e.g. I only want collars to have sentient modifiers

Hey there, 

does anyone know if there is a modpack/collection that contains this mod? 

I know it is a lazy question but  I'm very overwhelmed with all those dependences.

 

Thank you a lot in advice! I would also pay for it when its hidden behinde a paywall like patreon.

I rly want to enjoy it :c

This can only be changed in esp. 

 

This modifier is defined in the quest "UD_ModifierSlots_Quest".
Alias: 007 Modififer_SNT
Script: UD_Patcher_ModPreset1
Property: PreferredDevices

i have the latest version, but Shock piercings do not display the widget piercing icons, whereas all other piercings show and function correctly. can anyone confirm this? or is it just me?

Edit: Nvm, Only Jeweled Piercings and Abadon Piercings shows the widget, all other forms of piercings do not show the piercing widget

Do the Actor functions 'UnequipItemSlot', 'UnequipItem', 'UnequipAll' and 'EquipItem' work with UD ?

 

I am using "The Erotic Adventures of Misty Skye", and have the problem, that in "Devious Carriages Redux" Misty and Summer Skye get dressed in DD devices, and it seems, because these npcs change their clothes on their own, that the DD and UD device logic gets totally messed up (the "Rendered" devices are simply moved to the inventory and their scripts are still running, intead of being properly unequipped).

 

How can I make the above functions compatible with (or at least aware of) DD/UD ? Is there a way to force unequip a UD device in a certain item slot ?

A possible issue:

 

Could you check please if the Abadon Yoke struggle crits are working? I had the crit visual effect regularly, but it felt like hitting it doesn't do anything, neither bar (Quality/HP) went down.

 

V3.0.1. AE 1170, I created the patch with Synthesis, new game.

Abadon Yokes have a 100% immunity against one stat and 80% against the other while being a 'hard' difficulty device iirc.

Struggling against them does almost nothing.

You generally remove Yokes by lock-picking and not by struggling. Struggling will take ages.

I'm quite sure the numbers were much lower, but I don't remember. And regardless of the difficulty, crits should move the bars, especially the upper one (condition) at least a little bit, like a pixel or two.

 

Anyway, I'll make sure to doublecheck the numbers if I see an Abadon Yoke next time.

I have constant problem that persists with or without internet - mod update deadlocks on 13 percent. Is there a way to disable update checking? I dont want this very nice mod to brick on me due to such a problem.

If your stats are low, struggling out of Abadon yoke will take forever. Best approach is to employ a follower and go for lockpicking minigame.

 

I too, in my initial test run thought this is broken. It isn't. The device is probably the hardest one to get rid of, unless have really high stats in respective skill (e.g. Destruction 50+ and several perks invested in it). Even then it takes a while, and pray to RNGesus you don't land with Sentient, Regen or Manifest modifiers on top of it.

It's not update checking and not tied to internet in any way, it's start-up procedure where all scripts and such are checked to make sure all is there and mod can run. Check the log to see what is making it stuck.

Abaddon Plug's script will fail after reaching max strength, timer won't work, can't even be activated in debug menu. Not sure if anyone else has this issue

i am having a few issues with the mod, 3.01 feels a lot less buggy then older versions, it probably helps that i sorted out my load order and removed DD lore patch, and DD SE patch,

whenever i get followers to help with devices the struggle minigame lasts forever so i have to reload save, idk why it does that,

contraption minigame works, its very nice to see some integration there, now i need something that lures NPCs to mess with the player in furniture,
i don't think the cutting minigame does anything,
struggle stamina/magika seems to work, but idk about the crits i just seem to lose big chunks of stamina/magika when i try to use them,
lockpicking seems to start the struggle minigame and then run out of stamina, i think i got it to the actual locking part once, i am not sure if its supposed to be that unreliable.

I had a similar issue, with a regular vibrating plug. In my case, it never stopped buzzing, never deactivated. I used the Debug page to remove it.

I'm confused if I use newest version of DD NG then UD wont work? patch is only for DD NG 0.4.1. Currently after trying to use action key i got message in console they no devices equipped or something like that  :(

This 3.01 version somehow disabled some of Stamina and Magica Hotkeys making escaping Soooo Loooong...

 

I was doing the Abadon quest, I removed the armbinder without issue but when moved to other devices, the green and blue outlines calling for Stamina(D) and Magika(A) never showed up and the struggling process was too slow, only came back for plugs where it wasn't even needed, pls fix

 

 

Also what happens when the plug reached the max power?

You probably don´t have the synthesizer patch.

There is a step by step guide on how to make your own patch, so you can make every mod compatible that you might have by yourself.

Alternatively: In one of the first sides in this thread there is a premade patch that you can add  to the mod (and then enable the plugin in the plugin tab in MO2).

It has some of the mods and all that I use in it.
