Sorry, hope this isn't too much of a noob question.

 

I tried the original SD and didn't have any particular problems with it. I'm about to start a new playthrough and have been looking at SD+ but seeing Skyrimll's rather strong warnings was wondering if SD+ is less stable than the original.

 

I was planning to activate SD+ after taking a vanilla save at the start of Diplomatic Immunity to get the first main quests done and not have to repeat if it all went wrong

Apologies if this has been brought up before, but I just noticed something a little weird. I've been deliberately misbehaving to annoy my owners and see what they do to me. When I - presumably - reach the first demerit level I get the anal beads. At the next level I get a simple wooden gag, which gets replaced by a ring gag next time, which gets replaced by a ball gag the time after. All good fun, of course!

 

The thing is, every animation that plays after I'm first gagged is one of the gentle ones (foreplay/sitting foreplay etc) even though none of them are checked in the sexlab MCM under the aggressive animations tab. This happened with a mistress first but it does the same for masters as well. Any thoughts on what might be causing this to happen? It would be quite fitting for the owners I go out of my way to please to get all lovey-dovey with me, but I kind of want the ones I tick off to get nice and rough!  :P

 

Just want to say again, though, fantastic mod. Thanks so much for this. Makes Skyrim a far more interesting place!

Any chance to skip or delete the dreamworld? I dont like it at all. BUT ITS A GREAT MOD !! keep the good work!

 

 

I don't want to appear to be speaking for SkyrimII, but, based on past comments in the thread the dream realm is an integral part of the "death alternative" element of SD+ which is based on the stated intent of the original SD. SkyrimII has stated that he intends to develop the dream realm in the future, once base components have been cleaned up and stabilized, so, I would guess that the dream realm isn't likely to go away any time soon.

 

Personally, I will admit, I am looking forward to the developments.

 

Hope the information is helpful (and mostly accurate) even though it may not be what you'd hoped.

 

The only way I can think of properly dealing with turning Dreamworld on or off would be to rewrite it as a module for Death Alternative.

Then it would become just another alternative scenario kicking in at death time (and it would make sense to turn it off through MCM at that point).

 

Until I get to that point, Dreamworld is not going anywhere. There are just too many things to fix right now for me to add more complexity by turning off that side of the mod.

Not yet... I haven't decided yet as it would be probably a major change in the way the mod works and I don't want to open that can of worm again.

i'm playing the game with SD enhanced installed for the first time. i met three forsworn men and one of them killed the other two and enslaved me. every thing is going smoothly but just now i had a chance to escape. i didn't  try to escape. but my master seems to think i did. i was excited to see the message i was to be whipped. nothing happened and he kept on walking.

is deviant devices blocking the whipping?  or some other mod?

 

No... sometimes the NPC is running under a task with higher priority (like walking somewhere) an the whipping will not properly kick in.

The messages are there to let me know in debug that whipping should be happening... hopefully I will figure out how to properly prioretize them eventually.

 

I'm having a problem with the latest release. I haven't changed anything except installing the new version (through MO, so all files from the previous version are gone), and I started a completely new game. Some races (Orc and Dark Elf, so far) aren't getting the full range of sexlab animations. They work fine through Defeat (which I usually keep only the NPC/NPC part on) but not through SD.

 

I added code to sex scenes in SD to give you scenes compatible with your current restraints.

 

It works most of the time but it does have the effect of reducing your options if you are fully decked with hands, feet bindings and a gag.

Cages are currently broken. They relied on walking you to the cage forcefully with AI, and resulted in getting stuck frequently on stairs and other obstacles.

 

I need to rewrite the whole thing in the same way Prison Overhaul handles things... with AI to control you when you lag behind and manual commands the rest of the time (and fast forward when you use Wait). 

 

Also, I couldn't find a solution to the slowdown / getting stuck problem - especially on a running installation of SD+.

 

Even after reducing the carry weight and speed effects, the old effects are still there in your old save game. You would have to completely restart SD for the new values to kick in. Maybe later once I have a chance to fix the reinstall sequence.

When I'm captured with companions.. they don't stay still. When they should be in the kneeling position, they keep twitching UP into the standing position constantly.

 

I tried being captured by animals in a test. I summoned some trolls by console. Instead of being captured by trolls.. one of my companions is now my master.

This happens when your follower gets knocked down before you do. If you get knocked down first, your companion should get enslaved moments later. Not sure why.

 

Never heard of your "companion being your master thing". That's some funny shit. :P

Not sure what happened, but my character got stuck with 36 health (26 of it from a blessing)  no amount of sleeping, time check, or anything would give my original health back (160) and I had no debuffs on screen.

Hey, I looked back a few pages and didn't find anything on this bug, so I'm posting here.

 

SD+1.13 is causing my game to CTD when I first sleep. The Papyrus log shows a loop of the following as the last thing to happen before CTD:

I do not have Frostfall installed, and the patch is unchecked in the "Mods and Addons" section. 
 
EDIT: Nevermind, I do appear to have some other problems; uninstalling SD+ didn't prevent the CTD.

Not sure what happened, but my character got stuck with 36 health (26 of it from a blessing)  no amount of sleeping, time check, or anything would give my original health back (160) and I had no debuffs on screen.

This happened to me when thugs came back for me a 2nd time. The first time everythign worked perfectly, beaten, enslaved, killed owner, completed "paybacks a bitch" etc. The issues im having are on the 2nd attack by the thugs (Yes I kept robbing people)

 

I managed to kill the thugs, but somehow still ot sent to sanguines realm.  I came back and was stuck at the low hp.  I Reloaded an old save to get around this HP issue, but had another issue occur where im stuck in a neverending loop:

The thugs beat me down, and I get sent to sanguines realm. Once im in sanguines realm, sanguine sends me back, but the thugs are right there to beat me down again, and back I go to sanguines realm. I tried the chain which sends me outside of whiterun, however the thugs are there again, and again im sent back to sanguines realm.

 

Theres no escaping them =(

 

Edit, somehow im now enslaved with the quest, and in sanguines realm!

 

Edit 2: Tried this some more. for some reason the enslavement quest is not starting on time, my character is knocked down & chained up, but the thug continue beating my character until she is sent to sanguines realm (with only 26 hp)

Thanks for the help, so at least I know that the fault is in the mod, so I wont start playing around, changing the mods, setup, replacing toaster, unplug devices and my girlfriend.

So...I realised if I uninstall it, you know, dreamworld, wait etc.

properly, and reinstall, it is working for a while.

So Yeah,if I want enslavement I have to reinstall every time.

At least this is something, better than nothing...

Oh, another thing that just occurred to me is that SD+ takes away everything, including quest items. I might've not noticed, except every time I loot the former master, Meridia bitches at me for dropping off her beacon. This isn't really a good thing, considering the fact that the owner and his/her inventory may get lost in a cell reset or a weird Skyrim bug.

I noticed it on my game as well and I added it to the list of things to check because as far as I know, the code prevents quest items from being transferred. I don't know why it is doing that now and I need to look into it.

Hmm... I seem to have a problem... When i get reduced to extremely low hitpoints, a message pops up in the top left corner that says i am ripe for enslavement. This is normal (i think), but then i simply die, and the game auto reloads at the most recent save. Other words: I can't get enslaved!

i get the message that i am ripe for enslavement but pressing k does nothing nor any other key or mouse button. the bandit just carries on hitting me. oh and even though i have 0 health i don't die.

Not sure if this is wanted: I killed a Spriggan and I could loot the "spriggan host armor" in the description of the event there was a lot of information in a litte window like:

"waffenlose treffer verursachen 5 zusätzlichen schaden. steigert magicka um 150. steigert frostresistenz um 600. steigert ausdauer um 150. waffenlose treffer versucahen 5 zusätzlichen scahden. steigert magicka um 150. gesundheit regeniert sich 15 prozent schneller. steigert magicka um 300. gesundheit regeneriert sich 30 prozent schneller. [...]" the other thing is, I cannot loot the other vanilla spriggan stuff....

 

Okay, maybe i have to correct me: i found a flowering spriggan (a human in spriggan armor?) and there i get some "spriggan juice"

tried everything but wanted quest won t start :/ ....

aside the fact i can t have anyone tell me the first dialogue that should start the quest ..

 

Every single other feature of the mod is working....

Afternoon!

 

After starting a new game, when I get to the first dream sequence and get to Sanguine, I run through his dialogue options and nothing happens until I hit 'Let me go!' Please! then I'm transported back to the real world...but upon sleeping, I'm back in the dream with nothing else happening...kind of an endless loop.

 

And help?

1.13 , not returning items keys + books

 

Haven't tried the nice ending route in a long time, but when they give you the option to take back your stuff, they don't give you the option to take back your keys or books, have to steal them back or kill them. Killing is the only real option though, because some of those items you don't want tagged stolen in the event you're arrested.

The black books are along the list of books your former owner keeps when enslavement ends, which is odd since I thought they were like the elderscrolls; quest items that can't/shouldn't be removed from the main character?

Having issue with CTD immediately after initial startup (Bethesda + Skyrim logo screens) after installing SD+113. This is actually a _fresh_ install of Skyrim and other mods right now are limited to only prereq's of SD and a handful of other mods. CTD is fixed by disabling SD+ 113 in manager... of course that's not much of a solution.

I installed SD+ the first time back in January and it ran well, but I believe that was an earlier version... the only other thing I can think of at this point that might be causing a conflict, that I did differently was to use a 7base TBBP body versus UNPB last time around... but all SD lists as a requirement is a BBP compatible body replacer. So that should be fine, right?

Any insight or help would be appreciated. Love this mod and really want it back in the game.

Having only two issues so far with 1.13, First is that goddamned DPS effect sending me to Sanguines Dreamworld even when I'm at full health, seems to be more persistant than usual, had to completely lower the Enslavement HP and HP buffer and then let the frost wear off while fighting before killing the damn death hound. The other problem is that Sanguine only sends me back to the Dreamworld, just without the bindings/chains. The pillar chain still works fine, just disappointed about the loss of randomization where I reappear. Other than that, seems to be working pretty well for me so far. Got the Flowering Spriggan and then bumped into hired thugs so now I'm racing to get the spriggan off before the thugs catch up xD

Trying the devious devices out of curiousity, and recalled seeing SD+ was compatible with it. Is there anything special I need to do, or is it already compatible without needing extra downloads? Or did I just remember wrong? On a side note, I love that Living a Deviant Life start... Finally, a challenging start.

If the game CTDs in the main menu, you must have missed one of SD's dependencies. For a relatively short time, SD+ requires SexLab Aroused, do you have that installed?

 

If that's not it, either consult the download description and manually check that you have all the dependencies properly installed, or install WryeBash ot TESVEdit, either will show you the missing dependencies.
