Guest Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Thugs are definitely bugged for me. Once i got ''tipe for enslavement'', they attack me again. Then, when i am being marched to mistwatch, sometimes owner teleports (wtf) ando so, i get my chance to escape. Obviously, other thugs start attacking me. If i manage to reach mistwatch, once he gave me to the next owner, he starts attacking me, and doesnt go away. Also, he is set to essential, and thus cant be killed. what is happening? How to fix? I had a similar problem. It seemed like the game thought I was enslaved to both the thug and the bandit. My solution was to use safe word, this made the thug go away. Then rest, and ask the person who should be your owner to enslave you. The other problem is that now no matter what I do, MW bandits will never be hostile to me. I still don't know if it's all bandits, but if so it's pretty game breaking. Also the thugs still have the dumb AI which makes them try to rid the forests of all rabbits and elk.
MallaVelve Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 @MallaVelve I think that some of your issues are with a particular place, was it that tower just east of Falkreath? Yes thats the tower. I was not sure if it chose any other sites because I went back to a save before I opened the book to see if it would give a new location yet it was the same. Not sure when the location would be locked in. Most likely at the beginning of the Flowering Spriggan Quest. EDIT: Will get my "Deflowered" PC re-Flowered and see if I can not get this quest to play out nicely and completely.
Vithiss Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I think so, judging by cases where I got the quest a second or third time when you get the notification of where you need to go right away.

Well for me, I struggled through 6 quests or more, 11 PC levels, before I finaly got the message to check the Arcanium. I was trying to figure out if the masterbation vs Needles (which should be thorns in my opinion) had to do with the spriggan trying to get you to go in a particular direction. Hot - Cold type thing.

darkevilhum Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Have the mechanics behind the 'I need a strong hand to guide me' changed? After an update it never seems work, always get the response 'not my problem'. Not to sound like a broken record but... lol

After an update it never seems work, always get the response 'not my problem'. Not to sound like a broken record but... lol I did change one thing - only people with low morality will enslave you. It didn't make sense to me that anyone would just take a random slave since slavery is supposedly frowned upon in Skyrim. That said, once I fix the issue with friendly NPC masters going on a rampage, it could be fun to have a larger choice of people to ask from. One way to go about it would be to ease the requirements based on your visits to Sanguine, like Coveted. At first, only people with low morality would take advantage of you but after many visits to Sanguine's realm, just about anyone would be compelled to abuse you.
windu190 Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Is the dance already fixed? whenever I want to dance I still get the same "scene skipped" issue.
DeepBlueFrog Posted March 1, 2014 Author Posted March 1, 2014 Is the dance already fixed? whenever I want to dance I still get the same "scene skipped" issue. If you see 'scene skipped' as a message, check out your scripts and make sure you don't have old script starting with '_sd_' laying around. If the scene is skipped without message, it means the NPCs were busy somehow. Dancing should be working now but only when you are enslaved.

Thanks for the response, that makes sense, was just concerned in case i had broken it during the update process. Definitely a feature that deserves more attention as it can open up the 'story' line to go into various directions.

Please DO NOT make it an all or nothing. Can you make a check box to activate the more hardcore effects? I happen to like that only deviants and not good people will rape/enslave. EDIT: To extend this thought....Good people might request sex with you allowing you to turn them down or accept Versus no choice.
MallaVelve Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Which brings me to another point, I have yet to experience anything beyond the first Sanguin Dream (ie. sent to his realm) because I am very careful and do not die. I am going to have to intentionally get killed to experience this mod properly. It might be nice to make visits to Sanguine mandatory at certain times to force carefull players to really experience the mod. At least the ones that through skill, cunning or guile avoid near-death.
xboronx Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Today Sanguine Debauchery worked really well. The first time i could not sneak away but my master followed me instead all the time. After 2-3 punishment rapes i was slowed down too much (SD+ effects, wear&tear + RND tiredness) and couldn't attempt to sneak away anymore. The bandit that enslaved me was one of two remaining bandits from a bandit camp i nearly cleared, and he walked slowly to a full bandit camp! I decided to try buying my freedom then, and started a dance, about 8 bandits queued up for fucking. Was quite an experience, afterwards i was free in a slightly unexpected way, my master didn't decide to wait but wandered away and i couldn't find him anymore. But apart from that the whole slave experience lasted about a day and worked very well, the master wasn't as idle as normal and raped my char about every 5 hours. The new drinking/feeding system where normally the inventory is displayed and you can eat/drink enough to quell the hunger/thrist from RND works very well too. And one time when i asked for a drink my master forced me to drink a bottle of skooma instead, so there is a nasty surprise once in a while too. Thanks for your continued great work on SD+ SkyrimLL.

Good point for balancing the choices of potential Masters or aggressors. That will improve with time. I am planning on forcing visits to Sanguine's realm in a few ways at least: - random sleep (rare) - too long without enslavement - too long since last visit - after certain quests when it makes sense (daedric quests mostly, or Dibella's Heart for a quiet chat with your real Master ).

testarossa Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Would it be possible to extend the "flowering Spriggan" idea to more general encounters with the Estrus tentacle monsters? What if terrible tentacled monsters live underground, burrowing beneath the darkest dungeons and so on. Because they live in very isolated places, it's hard to meet each other and reproduce... so they use other creatures to carry their seed, like bees carry pollen from one flower to another. If flowers tentacle raped the bees, anyway. The Estrus "creature" wouldn't have to be a spawned creature, after all it's hiding underground. Perhaps just define a certain cell as containing an Estrus creature, and when the PC has been in the cell for a certain amount of time and isn't in combat, hit them with an Estrus tentacle attack. The attack implants them with an Estrus parasite. An internal thing. The parasite is going to "encourage" them to find another Estrus to mate with... fast. There could be a fair number of Estrus monsters placed in the world, and mating with any of them is fine. It's helpful if the parasite can give the PC some indication of when an Estrus monster is near. Either "hot/cold" indications based on distance to the nearest monster (other than the one that fertilized the PC), or at the very least "you're in the right dungeon". Otherwise there should be multiple places in the world where the PC can do research and get hints of where they may be. As for what the parasite actually DOES, well, it wants its host to move around and mate. If the PC stays in the same place too long(i.e. rests, waits, stays in the city too long) it inflicts sexual punishment, like edging the PC, stimulation without orgasm, maybe even making it impossible to cum from anything. It also rewards good behavior, although if weeks pass without mating it gets pretty pissed off. And another wrinkle... it's a little hard to actually stop being parasitized. Mating with an Estrus has a high (configurable?) chance to gain you its parasite at the same time you drop off your old one. The only way to avoid this is to return to an Estrus that you've mated with recently, since it takes them a while to generate new parasites. Because it's hard to get rid of them, this has to be kind of a valid gameplay style. The debilitating aspect would be the frequent sexual punishment (and temporarily losing control for the "rewards" as well), not penalties to stats. This is a reason I suggested an internal parasite rather than armor (although Aradia's Living Armor is in fact a tentacled horror wrapped around your body). Players have such different armor requirements (light/heavy/none, quality level, custom body shape) that it's too hard to please them. You'd need some way to configure the armor to light/heavy/cloth, with each version providing a protective enchantment that scales with the PCs level. The light/heavy enchantment would be an armor bonus, the cloth could be a magicka boost. Really, I just think the Estrus effect is cool but virtually unused in mods. And maybe dungeons could use a little more danger.

MallaVelve Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Would it be possible to extend the "flowering Spriggan" idea to more general encounters with the Estrus tentacle monsters? I would, for one be very opposed to this idea because I don't use Estrus. If you want Estrus options ask the author of that mod not another mod, ie. SD+ For those of us that don't want Estrus...but want SD+. to be forced to have Estrus included would suck and or we have to forgo having either...... I hope that makes sense. However that is not to say that If Skyrimll thinks he can make it work where it will only affect Estrus users, then by all means. Then again, it is not my mod and is of course up to skyrimll.
OH1972 Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Ok, I know there are ways in the mod to join a master's faction, but I can't remember ever seeing the option so far. Nonetheless, it seems bandits see me as an ally now whereas sundry adventurers go after me. Are there ways to reverse this? Either through in-game actions or console commands?

If you are a slave to a bandit long enough and please your master, you will get a dialog option to join them and get released. And yes there is a console command to remove yourself from or add yourself to any faction you like. AddToFaction xxxx RemoveFromFaction xxx Unfortunitly I can not help you with the Bandit faction and or sundry adventurer # xxxx But you can go on line to the Elder scrolls wiki and get it from there.

Thanks. I tried RemoveFromFaction to remove the PC from the Bandits Ally Faction, but for some reason, they still don't go hostile. Don't understand how this happened, the last time there was extended enslavement was in the cave with the Riften Skooma operation, but that ended with running away, finding some bows and coming back for a sneak attack, not being released.
