I noticed a lot of sex scenes where rape is implied are not tagged as such during my recent test run, and it's kind of bothering me that my character is moaning sensually and bouncing away at people's willy no problem, even though the act is clearly implied to be non-consensual.

Would it be possible for the Victim argument on the StartSex calls to be set if the Sexuality tendency in the MCM is sufficiently low, or if certain rebellious dialogue choices are picked before the scene happens?

 

Since I get scenes by tags I can probably add some variation to the tags based on situation and tendencies such as adding 'aggressive' or other things like that. Most of these were written before there were a lot of different sexual positions were available so my options were somewhat limited and I was just figuring out SexLab.

 

 

 

if people keep having such ideas, then a possible next version will take until same time next year.

But i got to say i like the idea. ^^

 

Most of these will likely happen during dialogue updates or expansions and are rather simple to do in the scripting.

 

As for taking longer for updates I am trying to keep them smaller so I can get them out sooner and there is less that needs translating.

Yep, i'm back and doing my usual stuff again. Meaning translating things&stuff left, right and center. ^^

 

As for taking longer for updates I am trying to keep them smaller so I can get them out sooner and there is less that needs translating.

i don't care and you know that. i'll just keep chugging along until everything is tranlated and since you always gave me a head start, i was usually on time anyway. smile.png

I am having trouble with the punishment scene running 4.15.

It stands me in front of display cases, Herran chains and undresses me, then Master says "Thank you Herran" then it just sits there indefinitely.

There were a couple Cursed Loot items Herran wasn't able to remove, so I removed those prior to talking to Master and same result.

The only thing I'd noticed that might have some effect is that when Herran moves forward he bumps my player character back a little bit, idk if maybe there is a certain position that she needs to be in and that is messing it up, but its not working, so I can't do any more quests for Master.

 

Any thoughts?

 

If you think you may be too far back then move forward some, just enable the controls, move then disable them.

 

Use the following to see what has been set up for the punishments:   sqv  CDxPunishmentSet01

 

Look for the items with Pun##ToBeUsed  and tell me which ones have a 1 with them

Also tell me what the value for PunishmentRunning is.

 

 

If everything is 0 upload a log from a session ending where the punishment stops (have that be the last thing). It should have selected them by then.

 

 

  • Pun02ToBeUsed = 1
  • Pun03ToBeUsed = 1

 

It might be of interest to note that at the same time:

  • Pun02Avail = 0
  • Pun03Avail = 0

Pun 11-13, 15, and 22 were the only ones with Avail = 1

  • punishmentRunning = 2

At this point the PC is in chains and when I hit the Enable Player Controls in the mod menu it says "enabling controls" but nothing seems to change. Waiting and loading another save are also disabled.

 

Removing the special items resulted in no change to these variables.

 

Also, side note, when a character's arms are above their head their armpits have some severe texture stretching and even a tiny bit of clipping for me. Is there something wrong with my setup or is it like this for everyone? I have the skeleton arm fix checked when I run FNIS.

 

 

When Pun##ToBeUsed is set to 1 the corresponding Pun##Avail is set to 0 so it does not get picked again. Punishment 02 is the whipping, if Herran is standing in front of you in a combat stance but with no weapons then it failed to equip the whip which would be item  xx006001  where xx is the load position of ZAZ animation pack.

 

If he isn't then it is in the middle of a scene (which is why the wait and load are unavailable) so check the following for me:

 

issceneplaying xx240596    with xx being CD's load position. If it says yes try going into the MCM menu and resetting the player's idle. If this works then you have an issue with ZAZ, either an old version (v6.10 caused this issue) or another mod is doing it (t.ara's expansion may cause it but I'm not sure as I don't currently use it). v6.11 or v7.0 of ZAZ animation pack works with CD (make sure it is the . I am thinking this is the issue since when you enabled the controls you were still locked in position (also caused by v6.10), enable the controls and reset the idle and if you can move then it is definitely an issue with ZAZ. If you have one of the recommended versions then I suggest rerunning fnis again.

 

If necessary you can use stopscene <scene ID from above> then startscene xx2472ae which is the central dialogue and the next step from the scene you described.

 

In all honesty, I believe the issue is with the ZAZ version you are running or if you have the right one it could be an fnis issue or one of t.ara's mods that alter ZAZ (if installed).

 

 

I think it I got it to a working state, here are the details.

 

Either you gave me the wrong number for the scene or something seems to be very messed up with my install.

When I do `issceneplaying xx240596` it says "Item 'xx240596' not found for parameter Scene ."

I am pretty certain I got the load number correctly because when I do a `help "Captured Dreams"` all the items and stuff related to the mod start with it.

When I do `issceneplaying xx2472ae` it correctly responds "is not playing"

Yes, according to my mod menu the installed ZAZ is 6.1. I'll try updating that real quick.

 

Ok, got some odd results for you.

I'm pretty sure you gave me the wrong number because after updating ZAZ to 7.0 things proceeded to and past the whipping fine.

Then things got a little odd.

For some reason now I am getting Pun01 and Pun02 instead of 2 and 3. Also the second time I tried removing the special items prior and Herran did not draw the whip but rather used his mace, though I still didn't seem to take normal damage. The third time, items removed, the whip came out just fine.

Master says something about "I know what to do next" "I've got a gift for you" or something along those lines.

As before I've been moved a bit by Herran, at this point the PC will move to the original spot again, still being in chains so its just a slide over there.

She says something along the lines of I won't unlock your for the next couple days, keep these they are gifts.

The chains come down but control is not restored. About five seconds later the chains go back up.

There is a very long delay, I would say 30 seconds or more.

Then an item is equipped. The first time a single item was equipped, a blue locking rubber collar, and a locking gas mask is added to my inventory (I am guessing the equip failed because of the slave gag). The second time a locking black rubber collar is equipped and I don't notice anything else in my inventory (but I might have missed it, see following). The third time was the same as the second.

 

That all would be workable, though feels broken, as I imagine it is supposed to be more than a single item.

 

After that she says something like Herran will take you back to Marcus now. The screen gets blurry like a transition is playing but the location does not change. The just added items are removed, my inventory is stripped (probably sent to that chest) and I am equipped with a maid uniform and black pony boots, then control is restored.

 

This is almost certainly a complication with earlier in the save. I started with the slave start, worked to freedom, and then something was bugging about releasing the player so you guided me through doing it via console. It appears that didn't work entirely. Also it may be of note the character that the player is at one point assigned with retrieving is still walking around the area, and I had both Lydia and Barbas following me. Not sure if that would impact anything.

 

I tried a fourth time, removing all DD items before hand and then doing a Main Framework Reset. When talking to Master she initially greeted me with the first time meeting dialogue but I was still able to turn in the quest. This time it did pun02 and 03. There was still an oddly long delay, but I was equipped with three items and taken to a cage a ways north and west and Herran said he might come back in a couple days.

 

So I think it is working now.

I don't think that description is correct. :P

 

That would be CGi's department, likely grabbed the wrong text variable since the script is nothing but string variables (what you see if it shows the $Text). Of course it is always possible that I screwed it up as well, I am really good at that on some days.

Hi!

 

I've just finished the property quest and opted to get my freedom back. However, the collar, belt and plugs stay equipped along with the hidden, unnamed CD items.

There's no way I could find to get rid of them. (Master, MCM quest device removal, DCL's safeword, console.)

 

I see in my papyrus log that some errors were logged just at the time I should've been freed. I've attached the relevant part.

Could someone please advise how to fix this?

 

I didn't have any big issues during my gameplay or issues with any other MOD with this is relatively new save. Thanks for your hard work Veladarius!

 

The error in the log you gave me referred to clearing aliases but most are preset so that is what gave the error.

 

The removal of devices would have happened before this error occurred but if the CD MCM option of removing quest devices did not work then either they have become broken (since the log you gave me is incomplete I have nothing to work with).

 

To remove the items using the console do the following:

 

Move the broken item to a container and see if DD's restore function fixes them and try the MCM menu option again.

 

 

If it didn't work then move everything you can to a container temporarily (make the following easier)

use  showinventory  on yourself and look for items with no name, ignore the item with the id ending in 40f0c as it is the device hider.

use removeitem on the rest of the items with no name (and those only)

open your inventory and unequip the items, they should do so with no issues.

The Chastity Belt quest should still be running so get a normal belt and key, equip it and unequip it to get it to close.

 

If you are using the DDi beta version I take no responsibility for any issues regarding devices and won't until it is formally released.

It seems that some other mod keeps readding these. But its weird that I can get out of other devices of different mods.

 

I'm not using DDi beta, it is v3.3b. Should I use v3.2?

 

I'm investigating what other mod could be interfering...

you dont need 4.05. the parts listed under required is what you need part 3 is only optional if you have Shiny Rubber Catsuits installed already.

if you have the bodyslide mod you wont need part 4, however if you dont have it you will want either the cbbe or the uunp's unpb options as well or the items will clip.

this is what is required:

 

Part 1 - Esp, scripts and other minor files Required

Part 2 - Meshes and Textures by texture size Required

Part 3 - Catsuit data by body including bodyslide files (Optional if you already have Shiny Rubber Catsuits but you should not need the esp for it now)

 

optional:

 

Part 4 - Pre generated DD meshes by body type - CBBE v3.2 or UUNP's UNPB Option

The console instructions should have removed them though you may have to go one by one, It can remove any device (except my Jade Cursed items). If there is another mod reading things it may be what is interfering and triggering the reequip but it shouldn't stop the removal process by scripts like those used in the MCM menu removal option.

Found it: DFW has a 'Detect Device Unequips' option which was turned on for some reason.

I wouldn't think that it would keep devices from being unequipped via scripts, if so it is a mod I would avoid (or any others that do similar things).

Am I supposed to be able to leave the shop grounds after Master taking me as a property slave, and sending me to the manor after noticing my virginity?

Could've sworn there was a barrier or something around the area when enslaved and starting off from the mine.

How do I start the chaste life quest? I have it enabled, and figured I should get the quest going before getting married. It has been enabled for a long time now, but I have never seen an option to start the quest for it.

Could've sworn there was a barrier or something around the area when enslaved and starting off from the mine.

 

The invisible fence is likely not been enabled in the startup functions for that as i bypasses the normal one.

Ask about buying a belt, something to protect yourself from bandits and such (the normal Protector belt) but once she finds you are a virgin she will offer the Protector Plus (belt for Chaste Life) as well. If you have had sex (even forced sex) it may not detect you are a virgin and not offer it. You can go into SexLab and clear your sex history and you will be a virgin again.

the reason i activated it is i wanted serana as the slave.

 

could it be possible that there be something that checks sexlab that is missing?

I have gone through the coding used to determine your experience and there isn't much I can grab on to easily. The scripts were not changed for the function to check for your virginity so it may be a change in SexLab and the variable I am looking for is either not used or gone. I will have to update and check out what changed.

I did the VIP Customer Assist #2 and it never appeared again afterwards. Is there a way I can force either the guest to appear or force the quest to start via console ?

No, the quest is set up by part of the system that controls the guests and when they arrive.

It may be possible that the timer for it has stopped. You can get it to restart by doing the following:

 

SetPQV CDxGuestControl GuestsActive false

 

The next time you load the game it will start the system again (it checks the status whenever the game is loaded).

I did as you suggested and still no VIP quests will activate. I also found another issue. When I talk to Markus, it loops on the line "Excuse me, Markus".
