It may be possible that the timer for it has stopped. You can get it to restart by doing the following:

 

 

SetPQV CDxGuestControl GuestsActive false

 

The next time you load the game it will start the system again (it checks the status whenever the game is loaded).

 

I did as you suggested and still no VIP quests will activate. I also found another issue. When I talk to Markus, it loops on the line "Excuse me, Markus".

 

 

He has little dialogue if you are not a slave, even once you are a property slave there is little more than a greeting.

 

Use sqv cdxguestcontrol and scroll to the top of the quest variables and such and you will find a Papyrus section. You should see a note there saying that there is a timer that updates every x hours. If not then the script is still not running.

So i was playing around with the slavery stuff a bit and i have to say i absolutely love it. As far as i know it is the only slavery mod that is not focused exclusively on rape and/or prostitution. I feel there really should be more mods like that around.

That being said, apart form more content like that,i have the following on my wish list:

 

I had several instances where the day would not properly advance, especially in the smithy. Where items would not be counted sometimes and advancing to the next stage was wonky and required some console commands. But i also had some issues like that in the mine. Getting some clearly labeled, easy to use debug options to fix those sort of things in the MCM would be really useful. Also some debug options worked when they really should not. When i was stuck in the mine, i used the unlock cage option and it summoned the guard guy (forgot his name) and he brought me out of the mine to the cages outside. The result was a very broken game.

 

During the maid quest i was not equipped with a collar, fairly sure that is a straight out bug. i consoled in one for myself but it clips like crazy with the maid dress, do you think you could pick a different (smaller) model for the collar?

 

Also if you exit the manor, there is, what looks like, a path if you go right, but it somehow end in some rocks. Not only does it look strange but its also kinda annoying if you have to go fetch water or firewood and you have to jump over some rocks to get there first.

 

Speaking of firewood. Could you have hidden the wood chopping block any better? I spend way to long looking for it. ;)

End of day happens after 8 pm but could be later than that as De'Zra's timer goes off every 2 hours I believe. Usually the latest it happens is close to 9 pm. The start of day is triggered by a triggerbox on the first floor before entering the caged steps.

I am guessing that you used the reset for the delivery quest cage as that is the only reset that would take you out of the mine.

You should receive the standard silver collar not the posture collar the others get. Not sure why it was not equipped though.

I had left that rock there due to its size, it didn't seem like something they would easily get rid of.

The cook says it is between the Smithy and Barracks, and it is right by the smithy. Some mods that change the plants or grass end up hiding it as there isn't anything there in the CK and any bushes or things like that are removed from that entire area.

 

Also something not directly related to CD but something i just need to know. How do you activate the devious devices underneath feature for npcs? All the maids have their belts clipping though the dress.

The device hider only works on the player, it is far too complex to work on all the npc's

The issue with the dress is that it is made for UNP I believe and there is no CBBE version available (I also suck at Outfit Studio and couldn't change items if my life depended on it).

Ah ok, so I have everything in UNP, so I probably will not have seen it. The device hider works with me however also with NPC's. So if I deactivate the Bra there as an example, then I see it with the NPC's also no longer by the clothes. No idea. ;)

Look for these variables

- VIP_Room2     0-no session guest, 1-session guest is there

- VIPSessionGenericWt     if the above is 0 look at this, this is the chance for a session guest to arrive

 

 

Edit: also check that the aliases in Customer Assist 02 are being set:  sqv cdxcustomerassist02_main

CustomerA should be you, CustomerB should be the guest.

(this is my first post ever)

I installed you mod two days ago, along with DD, Cursed Loot, Simple Slavery, and all their required mods. Everything seems to be working pretty well so far.

 

Now, when my character as a property slave runs away from the shop, she gets zapped, becomes immobile, Herran and Raccan come running to pick her up (I think). Then the screen fades to black. Great so far. But then the screen fades back, my character is exactly on the same spot, Herran and Raccan walk away and my character is completely immobile.

 

It's a very consistent problem. It also doesn't play any triggered animations anymore (like struggling or aroused), but I can still play animations with the ZaZ tester.

 

Can you point me in a direction of what might be causing this? (it doesn't crash so no logs)

I believe the paralysis spell is keeping the scene from finishing completely when they get to you. The fade out is started at the beginning of the scene and runs for a set time and you should be moved while it is running. Enable your controls if it happens and they get to you (they get disabled) and it should let you back up though I don't know if it will move you or not (if it does then disable your controls again).

 

As for the animations I am not sure what would cause that but you can try using the 'reset idle' option on the player page in the MCM and see if that helps as it may believe it still has something it is supposed to do.

 

Also, what version of Captured Dreams are you using? (German v4.051  or English v4.15)

- When Herran and Raccan catch my character without triggering a stun/immobilise effect: controls disable, fade to black, still in the same spot, guards walk away. I can indeed enable player control with you MCM option, I can move again. If my character is still outside the perimeter, guards return to chase me immediately, and everything starts again.

If I'm able to move inside the perimeter before getting caught, get another freeze/fade to black, and enable controls via MCM while inside the perimeter, everything is fine again. But no AI movement or teleport triggered on my character at any time.

once outside and they have 'caught' you they are done but the function to move you does not seem to be working right.

 

I am going to have to go through this function again and see if I can come up with a better way of doing it, it just fails too often.

Hi, sorry to post about this again, but the issue I was having before where, having not done the expension quests when first available and thus having them time out, they remain unavailable (talking to the master displays "have a job" then "handle a personal request" leading to "maybe later" as the only option.

 

In this video, you can see that the CD courrier is leaving, meaning she just handed me the note, yet as it shows, it doesnt work. Also, I doubt it bothers anybody HERE but fair warning, there is a pretty naked follower in there at the end, I was in the middle of the Mia's lair quest when the courrier shower.

 

I'm sure its something i messed up, but I can't figure out what. As previously mentioned, the only quest I did when first available was the embassy quest, the others I let time out. additionally, though I don't remember it atm, the command you had me run when I first brought it up, that showes avail as 1 or 0 only ever shows 0 for the expansion quests, even after the courrier shows (I've checked several times as the courrier shows up pretty often)

 

II donno if you have any more ideas, but if so, I'd appreciate them. if not, oh well. thanks for helping regardless!

I will have to double check the scripts but you can set the availability doing the following:

 

setpqv cdxtaskmanager Avail_ExpQuest0# 1

for the # :

1 = Falkreath quest

2 = Embassy quest

3 = Solitude quest

4 = Windhelm quest

 

only change these if the value is 0

It may be possible that the timer for it has stopped. You can get it to restart by doing the following:

 

 

SetPQV CDxGuestControl GuestsActive false

 

The next time you load the game it will start the system again (it checks the status whenever the game is loaded).

 

I did as you suggested and still no VIP quests will activate. I also found another issue. When I talk to Markus, it loops on the line "Excuse me, Markus".

 

 

He has little dialogue if you are not a slave, even once you are a property slave there is little more than a greeting.

 

Use sqv cdxguestcontrol and scroll to the top of the quest variables and such and you will find a Papyrus section. You should see a note there saying that there is a timer that updates every x hours. If not then the script is still not running.

 

I did that and it says it runs every 24 hours. I went through another game week and still nothing. Any more ideas ?

 

 

Look for these variables

- VIP_Room2     0-no session guest, 1-session guest is there

- VIPSessionGenericWt     if the above is 0 look at this, this is the chance for a session guest to arrive

 

 

Edit: also check that the aliases in Customer Assist 02 are being set:  sqv cdxcustomerassist02_main

CustomerA should be you, CustomerB should be the guest.

 

-VIP_Room2 is 1

sqv cdxcustomerassist02_main aliases seem to be correct

If I talk to Master, she says What does my lovely little slave need hmm ? everytime and gives the usual dialog but not any vip related dialog.

Miss Delius keeps saying she has other things to do.

If I prid the guest and use moveto player, he says I did well and he will inform the master/

It seems the quest never finished properly when I did it.

and is there a way to convince the master i'm not some bandit's slave?

When I first did the quest. it did all that. I did the stuff he wanted and afterwards he said he would tell the Master. I got all my stuff back and it was seemingly over. Would using the MCM menu to end the customer quest be of any help for #2 ? Is it only for #1 ?

Perhaps I need to use a console command to end the quest.

using the end session works for #2, number one was disabled due to it not working for alot of people, and it was breaking differently for everyone.

The only way would be to end Chaste Life by getting married BUT not use Chaste Spouse. Master will remove the belt once you are married and that is the end of it and it should free you to become a Relationship Slave but Chaste Spouse will stop that.

These are some of the variables checked to allow the offering of the quest. It is possible that some of these may not have been reset and will have to be something that I go through and make sure they are when it is done.

 

Do the following to check these:

help  CDxCA02_DialogueFlag        - should be 0 - this is the most likely cause

 

SQV CDxCustomerAssist02_main

-   CustomerAvailable   - should be 1 - is set during setup when guest arrives - don't change this

-   SessionAccepted    - should be 0 - if it is still 1 and you finished the session some time ago change it to 0 by using:  

                 SetPQV CDxCustomerAssist02_Main SessionAccepted 0

Not yet, still working on the first of several new parts and have just started testing.

 

The device equip is not working as well as it has before, too many items in DDi v3+ that I am not interested in using being grabbed and used by the tag system even with exclusions added. It grabs wrong items and some items not at all. It likely means scrapping the current system of getting standard devices and setting up an array system similar to the one used for quest items. Most of the properties for devices are already in the Framework script so it is just a matter of putting the array's together (having to fill in all the properties takes forever so I will save some time at least).

 

The current quest being worked on is mainly dialogue driven and is repeatable but the conditions on the dialogue are complex.
