Those are bandits added by the mod.  If they are too tough to fight there is setting in the MCM to reduce their chances of appearing.

 

How I deal with them is I always take a follower if I know I am going to do a delivery quest.  I make them wait outside of the shop (in case Master decides to surprise me with something) and after I get the mission I have them follow.  If the bandits are there I will summon a daedra, cast protective spells on myself and then start running around to avoid them.  While they are busy with the daedra and the follower I can usually get to the quest target NPC.

 

Ahhh ok thanks. Well sadly they appear random in regular bandit hideouts. Like the Mine close to Riverwood, or the long bridge behind Windhelm, even when i don't have the quest from master. Some caves and quest become unplayable for me now.

Managed to complete the first part of house maid ...(if it bugs exiting and reentering the manor fixes it).

 

Now the second part requires to make a VIP confortable.

 

I get in the bath and change, i get on the second floor and get introduced...

Then the V I P does nothing and doesn t have any particular dialogue... after some time he start walking off the manor...at that point if i target him and wait 1 hour he disappears, teleporting pc towards him results in going into an empty house with a chest of devices.

 

I will take a look and see if I can find the issue though it sounds like the VIP checked out during the scene (why he disappeared). I had thought I put in something to check if they are in a scene and delay the checkout by a day.

 

 

 

But my problem is this:

Either i don t know what i am supposed to do with the VIP or it simply act as a random NPC without dialogues scripts or anything :(

 

Anyone who did this part can tell what VIP are supposed to do? so at least i understand.....

And then he just stands there, very close to player, waiting.

 

This might (very small possibility) be related to that Delius quest where she just stands there silent,

But anyway here is the quest log and a decent picture of Tavish

 

In case this keyword or command will jog someone's memory,

I found BlockActivation in an advice giving entry somewhere in loverslab.

I am supposed to disable it somehow.

Not sure how, or if it would really screw something up, but apparently when an item or an npc has become unresponsive, this is a way to fix it.

 

use SQV CDxCustomerAssist01 and check the stage, should be 55 I believe.

Use isplaying xx0195E1 and see if the scene started or not, probably not if you have not seen any debug notifications about phases starting / ending

 

 

I ran into the same issue - stage is 55, isplaying xx0195e1 command is not found, i tried isScenePlaying instead, that shows that it is running. What do I do next?

I don't know why it would not continue, there is nothing there that should stop it from running.

 

 

That did not work :(

Meanwhile i tried to decline assisting Tavish. It also got stuck. I reset the quest and player controls via mcm and the next thing master told me that I should go assist someone in VIP house. I got past the washing up scene, but the room upstairs was empty and i got locked in there...

After that I reloaded earlier save game, waited for 24h and met Master outside, she told me to go to VIP house again, and this time the event worked almost correctly. However this time I was given maid dress - first time it was white dress.

 

 

 

 

Could it be that Customer assist 1 & 2 are interfering with each other when they are both available at the same time?

 

I need to go to sleep now, I'll experiment with it some more tomorrow and see if I can find anything else that could help.

 

Those were referring to trying to reset quest objectives that no longer existed. I am removing those commands.

 

 

So I did some more testing. I reloaded the save game again. Went to the MCM to reset the customer assist quest. Waited two days.

Talked to the master and got a VIP manor quest. I was in a Master's role and NPC was Slave. She did not appear at first, but I used sqv to look up ID and prid to target her then player.moveto player and after that it worked mostly file. (there were some '...' dialogs with the old lady in black dress, and few times when I greeted the maid before she started the dialog, which caused he to tell me to go away and then continue the proper dialog). Anyway.

 

After that I waited a day, and for Master to go to the shop. Set cdxCustomerAssist01 to stage 10 (it was at 5 by default) and talked to the master - nothing happened, then 20 which started the assist quest and the scene which used to be stuck initially and now the scene is progressing I can see "PHASE 1" "PHASE 2" messages, characters are all in position etc. (I have the game paused in the background and the moment, I'll let you know if it breaks somewhere else).

 

It looks like my theory about Assist 1 & 2 being available at the same time and interfering with each other was a good guess. Not sure if this is of any relevance, but: I did whole bunch of errands (7) - once every few days, then I did not visit the shot for probably 3 in-game weeks and after that decide to check if there was something new available.

 

EDIT: that almost worked but Tavish's Slave girl was not there.

EDIT2: I moved all of the slave references to player, only one of them appeared, but then just wandered off, not participating in the dialogue at all. However the scene was going on as normal.

That's never happened to me before.  That is a BUG so I would make a post and put Bug Report so Vel knows what he's looking at.

Hello all, 

 

First of all i'd like to thenk you Veladari

 

For this fine Mod :) Its great.

 

But then, Ii have now "overpowered" Bandits, which i never have seen before, in my Skyrim, some are on location where this Mod brings me too.

 

Bandit Mage, Bandit Tank, Some Bandit.

 

They are complete overpowered, i mean i do like strong, but one-hit kill with a knife is too much for me.

 

Since i did not install any Bandit Mods, i wonder where those strong ones comes from, and since they are on locations where the lost delivery spots are, i wonder if this Mod has installed them, to make the "retreive the delivery" Mods a bit more "tricky".

 

Those sound more like the NPCs from Sanguine's Debauchery Cages, which can be disabled in its MCM menu.

First of all- wonderful update, thanks for all your work, it was working fine before this.

 

I'm having the same problem Hellethia was a few pages back-- De'zra keeps constantly interrupting me after I'm moved to the smithy. I used the stopscene command, but that doesn't have any apparent effect.

 

I'm also unable to use the anvil for more than a second before being kicked out of the anvil interface, though I'm not sure that's a CD problem.

Having an issue with customer assist 2 repeating masters "come over here", any idea how to fix this with console commands or what the name of the quest is cdxcustomerassist02 doesn't seem to work

 

It's broken for practically everyone.  Vel knows it only works for a handful of users.  He's stated previously he'll fix it in an upcoming update.  ;)

Small bug I ran into:

After accepting delivery and the plugs + belt are equipped, the anal plug always slides out. Vaginal one is fine and after the delivery is done, Master takes all the items that were added except the anal plug.

How clean the Manor House with the broom?

You have to take the broom out of the room right next to your personal room. After that, a marker should appear which points at the dust piles in the manison. You need to do it about 30 times to finish the task.

 

I always quicksafe before speaking with Markus and reload until I get one of the other 5 possible tasks because the cleaning stuff gets pretty annoying after the first time.

How Long/much o.o?

Another way to see it:

You're a slave and prompted to do tedious tasks.

if there was less dust, someone else would do it, giving you another tedious task.

You're there (and i don't mean only this place and its tasks) to gain reputation for being a good and usefull slave.

 

 

Yeah, one of those things where game /= RL design wise, at least if you're going to do it more than once.

Can be mitigated by having stuff happening during it (but then has to be lots so it's not repeating), or having it shorter but a minigame (clean the floor while avoiding X say) to keep a win/lose state for the event.  Similar to the pony event, smithing.  There's some mixed comments there, but a minigame or something more to do with her situation would work well.

But all easy to say, not so easy to do with how coding this stuff is.

Been looking at posts, anyone having trouble with being tied to the post for enticing customers?  I get messages that 'x passed first check' 'x passed second check', but I never see anyone and nothing happens.

 

For the above, her pony pack isn't removed, so she's enticing customers with a pack of rocks on her back :).

 

Does the time limit for getting the strange core apply?  I was told two days, and with going to the wrong town etc. went way past that but still got a 'good job' report.  And fun quest btw, thanks Vel.

Likely due to either script timing or that the belt is an open back belt which won't hold them in.

The first check is that it is enabled and the person tripping it is not a child, second check is that it is a character race and not an animal, last check is that it is not the player, Raccan or another CD npc. At that point Raccan jumps into action to off your body to whomever is passing by. The problem was with the timer that controls it, it was being overridden by the standard end of day timer instead of the post timer. The post timer sends customers down the road every so often and once it hits after 8pm it will start the scene to take you inside (which is why the ending is broken as well). I have it working in my development version.

 

I saw that as well and am fixing that. From what I see it is due to the change in the door auto open system which is what was supposed to trigger the Ore pony eod instead of the standard eod.

 

I don't think the 2 day limit is working on the quests, currently the invisible fence isn't either (it breaks things a bit).

I am using a different system than I used to to cut down on the number of properties in the equip scripts (2 properties x about 200 items =  :wacko: )

It runs a little slower though. There is a flag that allows it to equip items faster but I think it is what is responsible for people getting 2 or 3 sets of devices, damned if I do, damned if I don't. I ended up removing the flag in the end.

If it isn't working properly or the dialogue won't go anywhere disable the quest in the MCM menu, it should keep the dialogue away at least and allow everything else to continue.

Another dialogue bug I encountered: When returning to the Master after an early package delivery (while under the free trial). 

 

The dialogue terminates in the CDxPD_GE_Early01_01 topic, no reward is given and the quest becomes uncompletable.

 

I suspect it occurs because of the setting on the CDxLongTermBelting global, which, for me was set to -1.  My fix was to add an 'OR' condition to the 'It's good you are a reliable slave' response, allowing CDxLongTermBelting == -1.

 

 

 

I'm not sure if this is the correct solution, as I did encounter some other weirdness with the delivery, where I attacked the thugs before they'd identified themselves, which seemed to really confuse the quest and I had to manually advance the quest's stages.

So I decided to to some mining for Master, But now whenever I try to enter the shop to get another job my game CTD's while loading :( Dont know if I have conflicting mods or what. Here is my Papyrus log: attachicon.gifPapyrus.0.log

They should not appear anywhere else once the quest is over, they are disabled once you get back to the shop. If you are beaten and didn't kill any of the bandits they will go to 1 of 4 hideouts for a day giving you a chance to get the delivery back and still make it but, as before, once you get back to Master they are disabled.

 

As it is, they level faster than you do (max 1.5 x faster) use armor based on their level and have enchanted weaponry based on their level.

The ... dialogues is probably Blocking dialogue that didn't set off correctly.

 

SQV CDxCustomerAssist01 will bring up all the aliases and such for the quest. CustomerSlaveDay is the one that should be there for the session, check that it is filled or says none. If it is none let me know as she should be set up with Tavish in the VIP house. I had some initial issues with getting the correct one but got it working, at least I thought I did.

 

The Phase messages are to let me know at what point the issue is happening.

Is the expansion of the grounds supposed to start automatically despite me not having done any of the expansion quests (Falkreath, the Thalmor Embassy, etc.)? I've only done a couple of errands so far and there's already the smithy, mine, mansion, stables and walkway.

The VIP quest depends on if you are a Master or Slave, they work differently.

 

As a Master the Slave (npc) is yours to do what you want with. There are different binding items on the table by the door as well as a crop. The book should order a pillory though they don't do well with it at times. There is a chest towards the bed that contains devices to place on them. You can also use them for sex or do some verbal stuff (I think that is finished in that part).

 

As a Slave the Master (npc) will command you what to do. Typically they will say 'Slave...' and you should reply back to them, they will then give you a command. If you are in the middle of setting up something and they say 'Slave...' again they may change to something else, usually due to a variable taking some time to get changed. They have all the same options as you except they will not use the pillory (freezes everything for player) but can order food and use it to tease the player. They also have a verbal dialogue, generally degrading and such.

 

The session will last a number of hours, determined by the MCM slider, I suggest setting it to 3 hours. Once time is up the maid is supposed to come in and tell you to finish up and put any items like crop or bindings away (the ending won't finish) then come out into the hall area. Miss Delius will greet you (she may have to walk there) and you will be paid, taken downstairs to get your things and have any items removed that were placed on you if you were a slave. She should also replace items removed befor the session.

Thank you for all you're help. Seems was really the SD Cages thing. After uninstall it (Mod Menu does not change anything) All the overpowered Badass Mages and Bandits are gone. Sorry for accusing the wrong Mod. CD works fine, thank you again for this fine piece of work. you did great with it :)

That is normal.

The expansion of the shop is now detatched from the quests.

I think I've found a bug with the device removal quest/service( CDxDeviceRemoval ). Master will sometimes charge to remove devices the PC isn't wearing. Steps:

1. while wearing 2 or more standard devious devices ask Master to remove them

2. when prompted for payment options decline to have any devices removed

3. remove 1 or more devious devices with a key, keeping at least one device equipped

4. ask Master to remove the device(s)

5. Master will list the price to remove all currently worn devices as well as all the devices removed in step 3

 

I poked through the source a little and I think the problem is in CheckForDeviceTypes() in cdxdeviceremoval.psc

For each device keyword it sets two variables that only ever get cleared if the device is removed. For example for zad_deviousboots the variables CT_boots and Cost_boots get set.

I you zeroed out all CT_ and Cost_ variables at the top of the function where you zero out the Count_ variables I think that would fix it. You could also add an else clause to every if playerref.wornhaskeyword(libs.zad_whatever) == true block and zero the variables there, but that could cause a problem if wornhaskeyword passes but then the libs.GetWornDeviceFuzzyMatch call returns none.

 

Related minor inconsistency: if you ask Master to remove some devices, balk at the exorbitant price, decline to have anything removed, raise some quick cash, and then go right back to Master to ask her to remove devices she claims she's recently removed devices, even though the previous removal was declined. It seems like she shouldn't charge a penalty if you didn't actually get anything taken off.

So I decided to to some mining for Master, But now whenever I try to enter the shop to get another job my game CTD's while loading :( Dont know if I have conflicting mods or what. Here is my Papyrus log: attachicon.gifPapyrus.0.log

I don't know what the mod does so I am not sure what it would be doing when it enters a new cell.

Is CRDE appearing in the console something related to this mod? Something took over my character

while she was being raped (Defeat), moved her across a large interior cell and sent her outside, where

she started walking. My controls were disabled.
