Does the follower detainment support multiple follower mods? From the dialogue the Master gives during the second quest, it seems as if it should, and I see the messages "follower found" and the follower dismissal message go through all of my followers, but only my first follower gets led away and the other ones just get stripped then continue to follow me using the latest EFF.

 

I have not figured out how to reliably identify followers set by follower management mods, just the standard Skyrim ones. Still working on it.

 

 

From Mud's desciption, I would say the identification went OK, it was the dismissal that failed (on all but the first one). I use a quest with aliasses that have a condition of GetFactionRank(CurrentFollowerFaction) >= 0 (limited to current location). That seems to work perfectly reliable with AFT at least and should work with most follower mods since that's the faction that governs the regular follower dialogue. I don't think you can be expected to account for mods that use non-standard methods, you'd never get to the end of that.

 

I always found the unasked dismissal a bit crass to be honest, I would prefer if my followers waited at the shop. I've gotten used to making them wait outside the shop now, which works fine, but my initial thought was that it would be better if Master just told the PC that it was a solo mission, and that they need to dismiss their followers first to continue. Then the player can choose whichever method works for their follower mod to do that (in case of AFT, the Tweak Commands "Wait" and "Relax" both work fine, as well as dismissal of course). That way you only have to worry about detection in your mod, not dismissal.

Amazing work I am really enjoying this mod. I am however having difficulties in "Yet another task for master" in which we all go to VIP home they call for Erani and she does not appear. I went free camera mode and scoured the house she is nowhere to be found, did i break it somehow?

Can you try to change something in the Talmors quest? Using the lot of mods, that can trigger different sexlab animations, but this quest is the only that triggers error. Maybe sex without armbinder of smth like it?

PS 2nd time it works without errors.

 

I have no idea what causes the error but I know it isn't the armbinder as it usually happens for me in the first scene with Elenwen. I have done everything I can to stop them.

Other than that one thing, this entire quest went perfectly well for me. Excellent job!

 

p.s. The letters that Master sends you say something about expecting your prompt arrival... is there any time restriction in the quest? I immediately dropped what I was doing and went right there, but I feel there should be a penalty of sorts if you disobey her instructions. Is that possible?

Used to have C++ "pure virtual function call"(?) errors at random and reliably after too many sex events without a proper save.  SL 1.59c has completely removed that problem, are you completely uptodate (that should be one word)?

Only penalties for jobs you've actually accepted.  If you're late on those there is a penalty.  But nothing on the 'new' jobs, which I guess are more like offers.

Yep, I am... I think it's the armbinder. I never have any problem with any sex animations except when wearing the armbinder.

I should note that the third time, when it actually worked on the first elenwen sex event, I was wearing the armbinder but I had the bug where my arms popped out of it (leaving me handless). I don't know if that matters.

 

I just reloaded a save before I got the quest to visit Master where she puts me in the devices and sends me to the embassy... I figure I'll wait a while, see if there's a patch or a workaround or something. I'm doing Bestial Essence and Animal Mansion right now, so there's lots to keep me busy. :)

Once or twice it crashed when starting the first scene, but mostly it crashed later (after the first scene ended or before the second one began, not sure about the length between them). I still haven't been able to get through the whole thing. *sigh*

First post here and kind of a noob at modding games. I put all of the mods needed for this mod, along with others like the prison overhaul. Everything starts up fine and I even registered and tested the ZAZ animations for sexlab and they work fine. I enter the shop and take a quest from Master, then upon not completing it he punishes me. The pc walks to the pillar fine, undresses and places on the items just fine, but when I am teleported outside and the guy says get in, nothing happens. The character just stands there and the controls are locked except the camera. The same thing happens in sexlab defeat, I get stripped then the attacker just hovers and nothing happens, and the prison overhaul, the jailor removes restraints then nothing happens. The game still runs and the characters go through idle animations, but nothing seems to happen, even after I wait. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to trouble shoot it?

i am getting some crashes myself when just by approaching CD shop sometimes. i wonder what the cause is. my only theory based on tests tells me it could be my cpu not able to handle all of the events happening on screen/background, which to be honest isn't a suprise considering i have over 200 mods active all the time while playing. if someone could suggest a solution that isn't hardware based it would be super nice. btw all the mods in my active load order are essential so removal cannot ever be an option

Tried to play with The full version installed ( no patches at first, then with each patch installed single), game will not start. Do I need both patches installed? All requirement are installed.

The patches in this mods download list just allow those items from those specific mods to be sold in the shop. You don't need them, but if you get them you also need those original mods.

Is anyone else experiencing freezing when in the shop?  This is something relatively new, just since I tried to accomplish the Embassy quest, (which I finally did get through, without setstaging btw).  Now, it seems like every time I'm in the shop, Skyrim freezes, doesn't CTD, just locks up and I have to End Task my way out of it.  Nothing shows up on my logs, no VM Freezing or anything.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

The only place where a new sex event starts immediately is the second encounter with Elenwen in her room. Of the 3 events there the 1st and 2nd don't have anything between them but all the rest have at least a short scene between them. As for background scripts they would be from anything you are running and not from CD, most everything is handled in the scenes themselves and the scripts just do small things they cant handle. Even though I have a crap load of scripts with my mod it is rare that any of them are running for any length of time.

Most likely another mod is trying to take control of one of the people in the scene. You can try enabling your controls and move a bit then disable them again (done in the CD MCM menu on the reset page, lower right).

I have 253 active esm/esp's during play and testing with no issues. If it is before the expansion has happened then there is nothing going on outside. If it is after the expansion has started the npc's who are outside do have items on that will be equipping when you approach but most all the items are non-scripted versions, only the collars, belts and plugs are active. The lights outside are static (for the most part) and very few cast shadows.

The patches are not required, they are just a fix for some things. If the game won't start then you are still missing a required mod, you can use TES5Edit or Wrye Bash (one I recommend) to see what is missing.

There are a few things going on when you enter, mainly an inventory check on the player (looking for items) and the devices being equipped on the npc's. Check your log for any repeating errors or other issues.

i'm having an issue similiar to one of the others.. i'm basically stuck in the middle of quest 2 in the thalmor embassy right after the party with the guards having their way.. they return me to my cell and it just stops animations at that point with the cell door still open and i'm standing on the bed roll while ailus is in the cell next to me.  i tried enabling player control.. closing and reopening cell door, talking to the guards.. sitting in the corner... no luck. 

 

my mods are all fresh.. all installed earlier this week and started the mod fresh at that point.  (I am using SL aroused.. not redux.)

Thanks for the great mod!

 

After Master forces your player character to put on items to try them out, my PC has been just standing there unable to move for more than 24 hours....  Is there a work around for this?  Something I can do to get Master to come back to me?  Perhaps a quest stage?  

 

I have been through this before in the past when it work fine.   It is just something that happened this time.

Its funny... i had no problems til the very very end, when waiting for Erani... it became something like that French play... Waiting for Godot. Master was there as was the person who took care of Erani. Master says Come down here Erani.  And then we all wait and wait... and wait. Other servants come to and fro, clopping around on those wonderful horse heels. But our dear Erani never ever shows and thus the play ends with the audience in suspense, and a reload to the point before we started this existential examination of the npc condition, for we it seem had become one.

 

I've had this happen damn near every time, so it's a habit now to "wait: one hour".

In my immersive little mind, I feel guilty as hell I'm making everyone wait, but this last play-through, Erani "appeared" right after the wait ended, and walked a couple steps to her position in the script.

 

I don't know how to explain "appeared", maybe think ghost.

 

To another post waiting forever, change the POV camera often.

Nothing else works for me to get stuck scenes going other than clicking the POV hotkey (My left controller button).

The frustrating thing is, only some users get these glitches, I'm one of them.

I've had the same experience with Erani: when she's supposed to be summoned, it can take her forever to get there. Just using the 'Wait' command for one or two hours has always fixed it for me though, so I just do that by default now.

I just got to finish your expansion and wanted to congratulate you on a work well done. Especially the 4 expansion quests were fun to play.

 

A few minor things I noticed:

  • I also had some trouble with crashes at the embassy. What seemed to help: Just before the sex scene fires (i.e. the PC changes from kneeling to standing), I open the console. Then I keep it open until in the background, the actors are undressed and/or teleported into position. Then I close the console again. I didn't do a thorough testing with this (so it might just be luck) but before I did that, I had 5 consecutive crashes. With that forced pause, none. Just in case this helps you or anyone else.
  • I also liked the idea of the free trial. Unfortunately, the quest seems to be always the same. I'm never shown new stuff. Perhaps it would be fun to make it more... customer-driven. Like a real shop. You go in, someone offers to help you and then you get to try out different stuff. The shop clerks comments on the fit and whatnot, you can try different stuff, and so on. Would be cool to see that in the CD shop as well. Being able to browse various plugs, belts, harnesses, boots, gags... someone explaining the pros and cons of each, you try on the ones that sound fun and then get a "free trial" with the set of your liking. With the option of purchasing it after the trial.
  • I saw that the delivery quest doesn't require a belt anymore when you're considered reliable enough. Maybe there is an interesting alternative: The player still has to wear gear but can use her own. So you can't start the quest until you're wearing some form of belt or harness and plugs. But you can choose which ones to equip. The reasoning behind this could be that the Master trusts you enough not run off with the delivery, but still wants you to publicly "advertise" for her store by wearing a proper "uniform".

    Maybe it's just me but the belting itself never bothered me. Only that the Master often used gear I didn't like. So it's just a thought. If you don't want to change that quest yet again, I totally understand. With the current implementation, I can still wear DD gear on a delivery. I'm just not forced to. So it's not that bad.

  • There seems to be a conflict with Spells of the Third Era which also uses Refugee's Rest. The entrance to the shop appears moved and the shop itself was empty. Not sure if you can do anything about it, but perhaps you want to at least document that conflict somewhere in the mod description.

You're finally a broken submissive PC, and whatever other immersive BS you wanna throw in, so you say

"well, yes, I would"

Sex scenes in mods are always trouble, and I don't want to get a shoe thrown at me but it always seems to come down to One mod in particular.

The author of that mod insists it's perfect as-is, and I can't argue, I'm powerless to disobey.

So I feel like one of those lemmings walking slowly off a cliff to my doom.

MAYBE by some miracle the mod I am vaguely referring to will get simplified or (please god) incorporate error-checking very soon.

So #3, I love it when master says something like

"well, yes, I would"

I see your point. But where would be the problem if instead you could say: "Can't I keep on the one I'm wearing now? I love it soooo much!"

 

 

Another idea that popped into my head a few moments ago: What if there was an optional "hardcore mode" to the delivery quest? You also get equipped with gag and armbinder and maybe even blindfold and pony boots. And then you have to make your delivery that way. Including the gag dialog when trying to explain to the recipient what you want from them. Could be kind of cool. You could get extra cash for doing the delivery like that (again, good advertising for the CD shop)

 

I just don't know for sure what to do about the bandits. Maybe you could outrun them or sneak past them. Would have to be tested. Or maybe they shouldn't be spawned in this mode. Or be spawned at a location where you can bypass them somehow when you see them.

 

Again, just putting ideas out. It's fine with me if Veladarius doesn't pick them up.
